I was referred to Dr. Hong via a friend and am very satisfied with her service. I received deep cleaning and had my existing crown replaced to treat decay underneath it. Dr. Hong was very thorough in explaining what steps will be taken as part of treatment and showed photos after the treatment to further explain what was done. Staffs were friendly and I felt safe (in terms of COVID) in their office. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Hong for over two years and she is fantastic. She is thorough, makes good recommendations based on your exam/x-rays, takes the time to answer questions, and is overall calming and pleasant to be around. The facility is clean, bright, and the rest of the staff are very friendly. Communication with the office was easy and they send multiple reminders ahead of your scheduled appointments. I very much look forward to seeing Dr. Hong every six months!

I’ve received a deep cleaning and onlay so far, and I plan on coming back on a regular basis. My experience was great. Dr. Hong was very professional and I was surprised at how painless the whole procedure was. She is also very thorough when answering my questions, which is one of the most important things for me. By far the best dentist I’ve ever encountered! Dr. Hong is extremely detail oriented, thorough, professional, yet very friendly with great bedside manners. Dr. Hong is a wonderful dentist with a great bed side manner. She listened to the issues I had with my teeth (cavity) and examined thoroughly to make sure that nothing else was missed. During the treatment, she was very careful yet efficient so it was a painless process for me, a busy New Yorker who took a short break at work for the appointment. I will 100% recommend her to my friends and family if they are looking for a dentist who is a good listener and a problem solver.

Great staff and office, Joanna Hong is a rock star, has to deal with me who knows teeth are important, but never fun going to the dentist. Convenient midtown east location and they process everything efficiently. Nothing negative to say at all.

I always had dental frustrations. One of frustrations came from unsolicited bills. Often times, I received bills from dental offices after my visits for services I did not ask for or services I assumed to be covered. With Dr. Hong, I did not have this issue at all; she checked my insurance coverage prior to performing any services and asked for my consent if I want anything in addition, etc. Besides, Dr. Hong has a sympathetic and caring bedside manner. I have been impressed with her thorough examinations, and her efforts to communicate them to a patient. She spends a significant amount of time to walk me through every detail I should know of my dental health. I don’t feel rushed here.

I had my first visit today. Doctor Hong and her team have very good bedside manner and are very thorough with their treatment. The clinic was modern and has a wonderful view of NYC. The system for appointment booking and patient information was user friendly and the appointment reminders are very helpful. Will definitely go back.

The establishment and the environment is well above excellent. The service you received is just simple amazing. Friendly staff and an amazing dentist what can you ask. AMAZING! For someone that does not like visiting the dentist office, my experience with Dr. Hong has never been anything short of exceptional. The level of professionalism and attentiveness is always top tier and I know that I’m always in good hands. With the million options you have in NYC how do you choose a reliable dentist that isn’t going to recommend unnecessary procedures that are expensive , well look no further. My visit with Dr. Hong was amazing. She made me feel like she really cared about my financial and oral health situation rather than her own gains. I hate the dentist but her genuine and professional demeanor kept me calm in the chair. I’ve recommended her to my family members and friends, so I’d recommend her to whoever is reading this too!!!
