Simply exceptional! Although I do not live close to the city, I made the venture to the office on the word of a good friend. I have since had a regular cleaning on one instance and returned on a second visit to have wisdom teeth pulled. Both experiences were far above any other that Ive had at other offices. The service was pleasant, professional, inviting, and expedient. I will definitely be returning for future services and would make this recommendation to any friends/family.

Just moved to New York and I went to Dr Reyes based on reviews; now here’s another good one to the list. It was easy to book on short notice and the office was extremely responsive, they communicate well via text and email. Kim, her dental hygienist made the X-rays bearable, did a great job with cleaning and I left feeling reassured. It is a small, tucked away office but what they lack in office space decor, they make up in service and knowledge.

I’ve been with Dr. Reyes for the last 3 years or so and I really enjoy her. Like many people, I had a phobia about dentists but she is warm, inviting and efficient. I never have to wait at my appointment time. It starts right away. She explains everything she’s going to do before she does it and educates patients at the end of the appointment. You can also book your follow up with her before you leave, which I appreciate because I tend to forget to do it myself. Overall, Dr. Reyes, and the staff she works with, is excellent.

Great first experience with a new dentist. Dr. Reyes is extremely professional. She is very thorough and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Very comfortable visit. Both my husband and I agree that Dr. Reyes is our new family dentist. We have moved out of the city 2 years ago and continue to visit doctor Reyes. We are so happy with her. We will not switch

Came in after a terrible experience with another dentist nervous and scared but urgently needing to have dental work completed. Dr. Reyes made me feel incredibly relieved right away, her office is truly supportive and caring. The procedure was quick and literally painless, and the whole experience couldn’t have been more of a night and day difference between the dentist I had been to less than 24 hours before. Highly highly recommend, especially if you are a little dental work-phobic and can extra benefit from a supportive and warm atmosphere.

Dr. Reyes is a great dentist! Her front desk staff is friendly, patient and professional. Dr. Reyes is professional and friendly as well. I felt as it I were speaking to a friend. She was also helpful in answering any questions I had. I’ll definately return and highly recommend her.

Dr. Reyes is probably the best dentist I’ve found in NYC. She’s conservative when it comes to dentistry and she strives to make the best decisions for her patients. The office is never overcrowded and I always feel like I have her undivided attention. She did a filling for me and it was actually painless and quick and I haven’t had any issues with the tooth since. I highly recommend her!

Had the best dental cleaning experience ever! What a wonderful person Dr. Reyes is. Dr. Reyes and her assistant made me feel very comfortable and I even watched netfix during the cleaning which made me feel more relaxed like I was at home! Would highly reccomend, escpecially if you are not one that likes the dentist.

I highly recommend this practice! When I came into the office, I was greeted by an amazing manager, Ethel, who answered all my questions about insurance coverage. She was so smart and sweet, which is very refreshing from most other offices in New York. In addition, the assistant, Kim, who took my x-rays was kind and very gentle on my mouth. During treatment, Dr. Reyes answered all my concerns regarding my teeth and really took the time to understand my needs and come up with a treatment plan for me. I have never experienced such a compassionate dentist before. She never once tried to rush me out of the office, she was attentive, and actually let me speak about my concerns. I will definitely be returning and recommending all my friends and relatives to come here!

I made an appointment with her last minute. She accepted my request. Next day I had to call a receptionist to ask the exact location of the office. She was kind and patient with me. Her assistant was very pleasant. Dr. Reyes gave me a right advice about my teeth. This is the most important matter. Her office is clean and comfortable. I am very happy to find her!

I’m not one to write reviews but Dr. Reyes gets five stars from me! I have a tight schedule and I got a convenient appointment time and I was called in right on time when I got there. Dr. Reyes took great care of me and got me back on my way! I would definitely recommend seeing her if you’re in search of a dentist!

My visit with Dr.Reyes was a pleasure as always. She has been my dentist for 2 years now and she is the best dentist in the nation. Her dental office is sparkling clean and spotless. Let me ease your mind for those who are reading this comment you are SAFE when visiting her dental office and she is STRICTLY following all guidelines and taking all measures to keep her patients SAFE during this pandemic. Remember good dental hygiene is very important to your overall health so don’t delay.

Dr. Reyes is wonderful! Her practice is small making it feel very warm and welcoming. She has gone to great lengths to make the space inviting and comfortable for patients. She’s thorough and works hard to develop relationships with her patients. I feel very lucky to have her as my dentist.

I moved back to NYC, after having been away for over 30 years. I was in need of a dentist and went on line to search for dentists in the area. I saw Dr. Reyes had good reviews, and thought I would take a chance and visit her. Since I was “only” getting my teeth cleaned, I figured what could go wrong? Dr. Reyes is the sweetest and most gentle dentist I have ever encountered! As someone with sensitive gums, I have become accustomed to my teeth bleeding during the cleaning. I had minimal bleeding with Dr. Reyes! I left her office looking forward to returning for my next cleaning. Six months later, she was just as sweet and gentle as the first time! Now, even my college-age son also is a fan of Dr. Reyes!

The Dentist that I used for about 20 years, retired, and I dreaded finding and going to a new Dentist. The wonderful office manager Ethel, who worked for my old Dentist, recommended Dr. Reyes, and what a great recommendation that was. I broke one of my front teeth 2 days ago, and Ethel managed to get me an appointment with Dr. Reyes, the very next day. Dr. Reyes put me at ease immediately. She is gentle and took her time working on my broken tooth. It was a pain-free, non-stressful experience, and in 1 visit, I know Dr. Reyes will be my permanent Dentist. The office is clean, and the support personnel, knowledgeable and warm.

Dr. Jennifer Reyes is the BEST dentist ever. I had not been to the dentist because of fear. Well her great manner and sweet spirit changed all that. I am begging everyone please visit Dr. Jennifer Reyes wow what a dentist she is. She has an awesome office and everything is state of the art equipment. I rate her 1 millions stars.

First off, Dr. Reyes is so kind! Spoke with her over the phone, and at first, there was a misunderstanding with my insurance coverage but everything got cleared. She did not make me feel intimidated for not understanding how my insurance plan worked. She is very professional, sensitive when talking about dental hygiene, skilled, and flexible with scheduling. Her office is cozy and welcoming. She offers Netflix or Hulu on the tv, so you can watch while getting your cleaning. Overall Im glad I switched dentists! Update: Her office is really safe to go into during this pandemic. Her and the other dental hygienist were fully protected with proper PPE, and are following all protocols. I felt safe today during my visit!

Dr. Reyes is an outstanding dentist with a beautiful and well-run practice. She has been my dentist for the past several years and has helped me with everything from fillings to Invisalign. She is always accommodating and responsive and delivers high quality dental work.

Wow, where do I start?! Jennifer was so friendly and naturally charismatic yet very knowledgeable and very professional. I felt like I was talking to an old friend of mine. Dr. Reyes made me feel so comfortable and was sure to lay all my options out for any questions I had so I can make the best decision for me. I don’t want to see anyone else ever! Dr Reyes really puts you at ease, which is nice because sometimes our fear gets the better of us when we visit the dentist. She just makes it seem like a pleasant place, is very professional, and left me feeling like my teeth hadn’t been cleaner in years. Her new office on 57th Street isn’t fussy but is packed with state-of-the-art equipment that just made everything easy. I especially liked the digital x-rays. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a trustworthy dentist who is experienced but also up to date. 

Dr. Reyes is the most thorough and gentle dentist I have ever encountered. I have been to many other dentists in the area but no one has provided me with the utmost care and service that I have received from Dr. Reyes. She is so warm and sweet. I feel like she really cares about me and I learn something cool about teeth and gums from her ever visit. The staff is especially friendly and comforting. They had no problems updating my insurance information as I just changed switched my insurance. And I was seen promptly and on time. I have had a lot of things done there – cleanings, fillings, crowns and I have to admit that each visit has been enjoyable and surpassed my expectations. Hands down the best dentist! Highest recommendation!

The whole experience with Dr. Reyes was exceptional. This is the first time I’m writing a review but I felt like I had to. From the scheduling, to the introduction, to actually getting the procedure done (I just came in for a cleaning) everything was so personable and professional. One of the reasons I put off meeting with a new dentist is because I didn’t want to go through the whole explanation of why I didn’t take care of the situation sooner. Dr. Reyes and her staff was truly kind, personable and just got the job done! I even complimented her and said that I was so relaxed during my procedure that I almost fell asleep! 10/10 recommended.
