He is so caring and you can tell he is very passionate about helping his patients. He will never steer you the wrong way and is big on preventative care. He doesn’t want to just fix the problem, he wants to help you create a lifestyle and a solution to prevent future problems. On top of all of that he does amazing dental work! Good dentists are hard to come by and he is the best!

I have been a patient of Dr Shannon for over a year now and let me just say that not only is he a compassionate great dentist but also really takes his time to explain any of your concerns, I am extremely satisfied with everything he’s done for me and will be a patient for a long time and his Secretary Christine is a doll also explains everything in detail and makes you feel comfortable they are like family to me “very happy patient”

In my search for a dentist with whom I could feel both comfortable and confident, I struck gold when I found Dr. Shannon. The typical fear and trepidation of seeing a dentist were eased as soon as I settled into the chair. Dr. Shannon combines his expertise with a calming friendliness, and makes the experience totally comfortable. Add to that his wonderful staff, who are personable and incredibly helpful, and you have a dental practice which is a keeper!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Shannon’s office for many years and to this day have not been dissapointed. The entire staff is very personable and professional therefore making our visits very enjoyable. What makes this office standout the most in my opinion is Dr. Shannon’s thoroughness and the time he spends speaking to you. It is always nice in this day and age to have a Doctor who actually takes the time to explain procedures, ask questions, and be interested in your health and well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Shannon!

Dr. Shannon is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have always had bad experiences with dentists and he has such a calming way about him. It makes me feel very comfortable going to his office. Since getting married and having kids my whole family now goes to Dr. Shannon. My kids love riding in the dentist chair and are never afraid when we tell them they have to go to the dentist. They love the little goody bag they get with toothbrushes and floss when they are done with their appointments as well. It is very hard to find a great dentist. Dr. Shannon is the dentist you want for your family. He is passionate about his profession and truly makes you feel at home in his office.

He set up an appt for me immediately, and by the end of the next day the problem tooth was extracted and I was already feeling better. Do you dread going to the dentist? Well there’s a reason –its because your dentist is not Dr. Shannon! He is incredibly kind, patient and professional. He always takes the time explain proper dental care and takes a genuine interest in me as a patient. He is a prime example of someone you can trust for life. Dr. Shannon always makes me look forward to my dental appointments. If you are looking for any dentists on the eastern end of Long Island this is it!

Dr. Shannon is the best! He is always thorough, personable, and really takes the time to educate the patient on everything that he is doing and that is going on. He has a great sense of humor and is always very accessible to his patients. I have been coming to his office since I was a child and even though I no longer live in the immediate area, I still keep him as my dentist because I don’t think I will find anyone better than him to take care of my teeth!

If I have to go to a dentist, Dr. Shannon is the best. He is caring and gentle and really listens to you and is always concerned about you the patient. He makes sure that whatever he is doing he explains it so there is no surprises and checks in with you constantly while performing necessary procedures to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Everybody in the office is great. My teeth have never looked and felt better. Thanks Doc!

I have been going to Dr. Shannon every 6 months since he took over Dr. Greens practice ! Every visit is very pleasant and I would recommend everyone and anyone who is looking for a personable oral check up, oral issue or just an outstanding cleaning. I leave his office feeling refreshed and look forward to my next visit to make sure my teeth are up to par and well maintained. I am never afraid to share my concerns or thoughts with him cause he will always give me an honest response. 10/10 and if you don’t believe my review, try him out for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Shannon and his staff are amazing. It is so refreshing to find a dentist who truly cares about his patients and his profession. His communication, which is so important, is second to none and his dental skills are the best I’ve ever experienced. He is extremely caring and as a patient of Dr. Shannon, you will experience such a comfortable feeling that you almost forget you’re at the dentist. Do yourself…and your teeth…a favor and see Dr. Shannon as soon as you can. What a blessing!!!

Dr. Shannon and his staff are excellent. I lost dental insurance 6 years ago and stopped going to see Dr Shannon (mistake). Recently I broke a molar.  What came next was excruciating pain. So I called Dr Shannon’s office (still have no insurance) he took me into the office immediately (an hour after I called) and welcomed me back and took care of my toothache. He worked with me on payments and took care of me. My wife is also going back. He is an excellent dentist who will always give you the absolute best care. Definitely goes above and beyond for his patients. I highly recommend him and his team. My teeth are so white again! Hands down best around.

Dr. Shannon is extremely friendly. He makes what could be a difficult experience a breeze. he did a big filling for me that I felt no pain what so ever on. I had avoided going to the dentist because of a bad past experience with another doctor, but not anymore! He’s been nice enough to work around my schedule too, I’m very happy!

Dr. Shannon and his staff were extremely kind, competent, and patient with my many questions and I. Dr. Shannon carefully explained everything that needed to be done and made sure I understood the procedure and my options. And despite the early appointment (9 am on a Saturday!), their happy and friendly attitudes were able to make a dentist appointment enjoyable. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Shannon’s office is great! Friendly and accommodating. Dr. Shannon is professional as is his staff. He explains in detail the work that needs to be done and gives you options. A big plus about Dr. Shannon is that when he gives you a needle, it doesn’t hurt! I’ve been to a lot of dentists in the past but Dr. Shannon is definitely one of the best that I’ve been to. My experience today with Dr. Shannon was just as perfect as any other visit. My husband and I have been using Dr. Shannon for over 5 years and we couldn’t be happier. Shawn and the rest of his staff are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. During procedures, each step is explained with enormous detail, which is a huge help. Any questions or concerns we may have has always been answered promptly. We are always satisfied at every visit.

When I came to Dr. Shannon, I had extremely inflamed gums. My gums oftentimes would bleed for no reason, which caused me to become extremely self-conscious in business meetings, meeting new friends, etc. I had gone to other dentist, and no one knew how to help or took the time to go through the possible causes with me. After one visit to Dr. Shannon and his professional advice, my gums stopped bleeding within a couple of days! I can smile confidently now, and I am extremely grateful to Dr. Shannon and his team for giving that back to me. That’s truly priceless.

I met with Dr. Shannon today for the first time and my experience with him was very pleasant. He is kind, informative and professional. He takes his time and voluntarily relays information so it is clear and you feel comfortable as a patient. I learned a lot about preventative care and look forward to my next visit.

This is a truly great dental practice! Unlike most dentist I’ve visited in the past, Dr. Shannon actually takes the time to educate his patients on proper health care maintenance and it’s clear that he is genuinely concerned about their well being. I started going to Dr Shannon after I had great recommendations from my wife. I must say that he is a great dentist and has a wonderful staff. Bookings are taken on time and efficiently and his bedside (chairside??) manner is outstanding. Don’t expect to be coddled, but do expect professional service from all at his office. He is top notch in his skills as well as his people management. He can laugh with the best of them but he can also let you know when you are out of line, including this over 60 year old guy! I would and have recommended him to everyone for any treatments. His office is up to date with the latest in technologies and equipment to assist both him and you the patient. A definite bravo!!!
