I found Newton Dental without a referral by Googling cosmetic dentists in the Boston area and set up a consultation about recreating my smile. I met Dr. Berik and explained I had missing teeth and had 2 prior cosmetic procedures I was not satisfied with. Dr. Berik spent a good amount of time with me to hear to the issues I had with my smile and took notes. She suggested doing wax models so I could get a visual of the changes she was going to make. When I saw the model I couldn’t believe that would be my smile, and again she spent more time with me making sure I was good with what she had envisioned. Three weeks later I had my perfect smile. Dr. Berik is a highly skilled cosmetic dentist who has vision and commitment to getting her patients the best cosmetic result she can. I would recommend her over most cosmetic dentists in the Boston area. Thank you Dr. Berik and team!!!

I highly recommend Newton Dental Associates. I’ve been several times for cleanings and most recently went for a filling a wisdom teeth extraction. Everyone was extremely nice, professional, and care dearly about their patients. They make sure you have all of the information before your procedure and a great deal of follow-up information. They even call you later in the day to check on you to see how you’re doing and you have a follow-up appointment scheduled 2 weeks later. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place!

Perfection! If you’re insecure about your smile, go see newton dental. Dr. Berik fixed my teeth and my confidence. Honestly, this place changed my life. I came in with a seriously messed up tooth situation and I had been told by multiple dentists/orthodontist that it was a really difficult case and it would take years to fix, I had basically given up. Then, day one with Dr. Berik and she told me not to worry, that this was an easy case for her. A few months later, I have the most beautiful smile I could’ve ever hoped for. My teeth look amazing and natural, and I get compliments all the time, whereas before I never smiled in a photo.

I have never had a more pleasant, comforting and informative dental experience. If you have any type of dental-anxiety, I highly recommend this practice. They treat you in regards to you as a whole and make sure to cover every base with you in your treatment process. The accommodations were pristine and the customer service couldn’t have been better. Amazingly kind staff!! I was able to snag a last minute appointment here and I was wildly impressed with how much time the dentist took to talk with me, answer my questions, and help educate me about a few different options available to me for my teeth. I also felt super safe with all the COVID precautions they’ve put in place. Finally, they were very attentive to how I was feeling and offered both numbing gel and a little stress ball when they could tell I was uncomfortable- something I haven’t experienced at any other dentist office! I love Dr Berik! I started at Newton Dental Associates for Invisalign and then Zoom whitening leading up to my wedding. I did a lot of hunting for the right fit and I’m glad I chose their office. I’ve been coming to get my teeth cleaned at Newton Dental for about 23 years (and since I’m about to turn 26 that’s saying something…). The offices were recently re-done and are clean and bright. My whole family goes to get cleanings and dental work done here and we love it. Dr. Berik and Dr. Walsh are lovely and talented dentists and are a pleasure to chat with, even while your mouth is gaping wide open 🙂 Dr. Javer has done a number of successful oral surgeries on members of my family and is an accomplished periodontist specializing in gums. I had two gum surgeries done with him a few years ago and they were quick and painless with great results. Tia is the BEST hygenist too! I’ve discussed being fitted for Invisalign and the financial coordinator, Sheila, is available to help with financing questions. The ONLY down side is that parking is the worst in Newton Center. Make sure you fill your meter to the max because you’ll get a parking ticket the minute it runs out!

I’m so grateful that I found Newton Dental Associates! I needed an emergency appointment (broken tooth & severe root canal pain). I was not a current patient and had no idea what their procedures were. I expected to go through the usual rigamarole with getting records transferred and other delays. But, miraculously, I called at 7:40 am, was seen the very same day, the receptionist worked miracles with transferring my records, and everyone from the staff to the dentists treated me professionally and respectfully. I feel absolutely confident in my treatment, which is a new feeling! The whole atmosphere is welcoming, modern and spotless, and I was very impressed with the range of services offered. If you need a dentist, or are not satisfied with your current care and wish to change, take my word for it and come to Newton Dental Associates.

After moving to Boston and trying out 2 different dental offices in the city which were terrible, I decided to venture out on the green line to Newton Dental Associates. First of all they are about a 1 minute walk from the T station which works great for me since it was 10 degrees out and I don’t have a car. I saw Dr. Berik when I was there and she was great. I had 2 veneers that needed to be replaced and I was very happy with the temporary ones that she created for me while I waited for the new ones to come in from the lab. Last week she put my new veneers in and I could not be happier! Not only do they look great, but they also feel comfortable too.

Newton Dental Associates stands Above the Rest through their practice of extreme hygiene by having filters that have special laser lights that kill covid-19. They take every precaution possible to ensure that the efficacy of patient health is at the highest it could possibly be. I almost equate it to the movie Forrest Gump where Forrest had the only shrimping boat during a hurricane and all of the other boats sank but forests was able to create Bubba Gump Shrimp and Company. I truly hope that we get past this time and we all become better people after it. All of the other attributes are of the highest order of Dental Care is here at Newton Dental Associates they could not be doing anything, but the best that they do. Best Dental Practice in the Boston Area! I worked as a dental assistant for several years and have been attending this practice as a patient for 10 years. Even though I’ve moved away, I still travel over an hour each way for my appointments, because they know their stuff. I’ve heard other doctors compliment the beautiful work they have done for me! I absolutely love Newton Dental! I’ve been a patient practically since birth and decided to stick with them while I’m in college in the area. Dr. Berik and the rest of the office have been nothing but accommodating, and her work is absolute perfection. She will keep you in the chair until your smile is beautiful–not a moment less! The hygienists are all wonderful (though I should recommend Deb, she’s very thorough and manages to not massacre your gums). I’ve also had a root canal at this location and found it a surprisingly painless experience. Additionally, they have great plans and discounts for those who are uninsured (like me)!

Unfortunately I cannot rate higher than 5 stars here 😛 Newton Dental Associates has been a god-send to my wife and I. For myself I discovered the practice after a long spell of horrible dental experiences in the military. I had two major dental incidents that required a root canal/crown and implant. Both procedures were done flawlessly with NO post procedure discomfort. I’ve seen Dr’s Berik, Rellas, Javer, and Walsh and I cannot praise them highly enough. Each is an expert in their respective specialties. The hygienists are also top quality and their service is just as important as it is preventative. Usually see Ashley and she is excellent, courteous, with just enough humor to take the edge off of, well, being at the dentist 😛 After my initial experiences I pulled my wife into the practice as now I know how a top-notch dental practice should function. My wife has recently completed an invisalign and she is ecstatic with the results.

I have a fear of the dentist. As a kid, I had a terrible dentist who scared me. As an adult, I struggled to find a dentist and go consistently.
