Becoming a patient at Tremont Dental Care is one of the best choices I have made about my dental health. Dr. Lim, Dr. Dempsey and the other professional staff at Tremont Dental Care are superb. They are thorough, highly skilled, and competent in every way. They are attentive, genuinely caring and always take the time to answer my questions. Because of this kind of respect and attention, and for always taking the time to explain the situation, I feel more engaged and reassured throughout the entire treatment process. The administrative team that handles scheduling and billing are efficient and courteous. They really make things run smoothly, and I appreciate their reminders. Tremont Dental Care is clearly a direct reflection of top-tier professionals who are deeply committed to making the patient their top priority. I have the highest regard for Dr. Lim and the entire Tremont Dental Care team and am delighted to recommend this practice to my family and friends.

I hadn’t seen a dentist in 7-8 years. I didn’t have insurance for a long time, and was just plain scared after years of not going. I just started doing standup comedy and acting recently, so, I wanted to get a cleaning and improve my confidence in my smile. Everyone was very friendly, and Maylene(sp?) did a great job of making me feel comfortable. Luckily, I didn’t have any cavities. Dr. Lim was great as well. I would highly recommend Tremont Dental Care.

My appointment was for some minor dental surgery. COVID precautions were very thorough and well done, so no concerns about being there. Staff is friendly and personable. Procedure went well, and all the next steps were explained clearly and without hurry. And the dentist called me later that same day at home to check in on how I was doing.

Keeping up my dental health is always important, but during this “age of Covid” I was nervous about having a dental cleaning.   After visiting Tremont Dental this week for a cleaning, I can report that they are going a great job to keep patients safe during visits.  I showed up on time for my appointment and was taken right away.  Face masks are required for everyone and worn by all employees.  There are Hepa filters continually cleaning the air.  The hyengenist was wearing gloves, 2 masks, a face shield, and a smock – fully protection for her and me.  I’m glad I went and had a great visit!

I’ve been here many times and had nothing but good experiences. After a few years of neglect my teeth are now some of the finest choppers in the neighborhood. Nobody likes going to the dentist but not taking care of your teeth is a mistake. I don’t have insurance so pay out of pocket so have no opinion on the insurance billing stuff people have brought up. I haven’t seen any other patients there who where unhappy. I’d go!

Love this place. Dr. Lim is very thorough and nice, as are the hygienists and staff in the front.  I’ve had my teeth cleaned 4 times and had my teeth whitened.  All were great experiences.  The office is also very nice, modern, and comfortable.  Scheduling my appointments has never been a problem – they go late into the day AND on Saturdays which is really helpful if you work during the week.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but this place actually makes it not so bad. Dr. Lim is amazing. She is always very honest about the procedure and tries to get you in and out quickly. They always start the appointments on time and end on time, which is a must with my crazy schedule! Cleanings book up weeks in advance and they don’t offer services for kids.

I grew up in the culture where “having good teeth” is considered as ” one of the 5 fortunes in life” but regardless of your cultural background, if you have suffered from any dental problems it wouldn’t be difficult to understand what this means. Unlike those lucky ones, I have had so many dental problems since I was a kid and have been seeing various dentists in my adult life but I was very often unsatisfied with the results until I met Dr.Lim at the Tremont Dental Care. Those dentists who have some reputations seemed to over charge for unnecessary process ( this is why you always need to have a second option with another trustworthy dentist, in my case that was Dr.Lim.) and some dentists who came up with a budget treatment didn’t seem to have good technical skills or seem to use cheap material which caused poor results. When I was introduced to Dr.Lim at the Tremont Dental Care, I was seeing a high profile dentist who was asking more than 20K dollars for my 4 unit bridge which discouraged me to start the treatment because of the cost. But Dr.Lim’s approach was totally different. She first took out all the unnecessary process and completely sorted things out to be done for health reason and cosmetic reason and she gave me the choices what I want to do based on that.  With that, I finished my treatment for less than 1/2 of the originally estimated price from the other dentist with very satisfying result. ( by the way, this treatment gave me my smile back which I used to cover with my hand for last 10 years) .  If you have bad teenth, having a good dentist is like bringing one of the your 5 fortunes back to your life. Now I ve been her patient for about 2 years and my trust of Dr.Lim and Tremont Dental care has been even stronger.

I just had a root canal and I love my dentist!  How often do you hear those two statements in one sentence?  Tremont Dental Associates came very highly recommended from a friend of mine.  After 10 years of bad dental care, I was nervous to try a new dentist.  So I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful  Dr. Lim, Dr. Tang, and all the assistants and hygienists at Tremont Dental are!  The office is state-of-the-art, the staff is friendly and relaxed and they explain everything.  The digital x-rays and high-tech equipment are impressive.  Not only are they all top-notch dental professionals, they have a wonderful bed-side manner and will patiently answer all of my questions.  I am also very grateful for how helpful they are with figuring out what my dental insurance covers.  They actually called my insurance company and did all the leg work for me.  I have recommended them to many friends already.  Best dentists ever!

I’ve been going to Tremont Dental for a number of years and couldn’t be happier. They are a kind, professional, and very knowledgeable group of people. They also don’t push unnecessary procedures/dental work unlike my prior dentist. The office is modern and spotless. Further, I felt very comfortable going to my recent cleaning with their COVID safety measures in place.

It’s time to go back to the dentist! My cleaning was over due because of COVID and that I found unacceptable. The experience I had was as good as ever, which is excellent. The only difference was the level of ppe that everyone was wearing. I felt perfectly comfortable and it made me very happy to be there. Thank you! Thank you again, Stephen.

If you were one of those kids who developed a phobia of the dentist chair like me, fear not for my experience at TDC was first rate. In a moment of vanity before attending a wedding, I called to schedule a cleaning and they got me in the next day! The admin was efficient and helpful, and had commendable taste in magazines. After being ushered to the back by the dentist assistant, she proceeded to gently poke, prod and scrape my chompers, chatting politely all the while. And left me with a pleasant slick feeling, that even now brightens my smile.

I’ve been coming here since 2008, and it’s never really been all that close to my apartment. When I was in Symphony, it was a bit of a walk, and now that I’m in the Fenway, it’s even farther, and not really convenient via bus or T. But I continue to come here because I feel as though I’m well taken care of, and that my business is appreciated. This morning on a gross humid day, I walked over super early and checked in 45 minutes early, just to get out of the disgusting 10 AM heat. They were super friendly as always at the counter, and they said they’d try to get me in early. They brought me in about 25 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment, which I appreciate, because I’m always PAINFULLY EARLY FOR EVERYTHING. They brought me to the downstairs offices, which I had never been in before. I can’t believe how huge this place is. It’s very deceiving! The office is beautiful, modern, and very high-tech looking, which is refreshing when you’re coming in from the heat and you’re sweating all the way through every piece of clothing. I couldn’t figure out how to lock the restroom door (I think it’s broken), so I hoped no one popped in when I was in there! The entire office is bright and clean. The dental hygienist who saw me this time made the effort to be upbeat and friendly. I have absurdly good teeth and take ridiculously good care of them, so I never have to worry when I hook myself up with a cleaning. Today was no different. The hygienist said that my cleaning was “the most uneventful she ever had,” which made me feel smug and proud, because I treat my teeth and gums like prized fighters. After the cleaning and my free toothbrush, paste, and floss package (yay! My favorite part!) the dentist came in and checked me over. It was quick and easy, and she confirmed that my teeth were good to go. Overall, great experience, as always.

I had not been to a dentist in about 4-5 years … I had some tooth pain and was able to be seen the same day (on a Saturday!) when I called up.  The office was nicely decorated and the doctor I saw was amazing — she didn’t berate me for not having been in too many years but instead was polite, kind and is willing to see me for a long Saturday appt. for a few fillings I’ve been avoiding and a cleaning.

My front tooth chipped at about 2 pm on a Friday afternoon- great way to ruin a perfectly good weekend coming up. I called several dentists since I am new to the area and could not get an appointment until next week. Great. After checking out Yelp, I called Tremont Dental Care and they got me an appointment immediately. By 4.30 pm on Friday my tooth is fixed- looks fabulous and I am ready to get my weekend on.  The dentist was wonderful, worked fast and everything went super smoothly.  Highly recommended!!!

Nobody likes the dentist, but Tremont Dental does a wonderful job. They have a very upscale office with wonderful staff. Everyone is friendly and I always have the same hygienist, who I’ve formed a great relationship with over the years. The location is easy to get to. I’ve been going to Tremont Dental since 2009 and will continue.
