Today I visited Valley Grace Dental to take full mouth X-rays along with my regular teeth cleaning. I was greeted with friendly mask covered faces at the door, and was helped with haste. The girls were quite attentive! My dental hygienist Ellen H. cleaned my teeth beautifully! Her teeth cleaning meathods are quite skillful. I was then helped by a beautiful young lady by the name of Kimmie D., as I had left over cement from prior orthodontic treatment that needed to be removed. Ellen H. and Kimmie D. both did amazing jobs!! Dr. Huang examined my wisdom teeth and I’m so excited for him to remove them! I got to meet Dr. Hendricks as well, what an amazing laugh! Valley Grace Dental group is really the bomb.com! 10/10 would recommend.

Overall, exceptionally friendly staff. Observed a handful of patients that seemed to really love the staff there as well. This practice has certainly built a positive culture between staff and patients. From a service perspective the doctor and staff never attempted to push any additional procedures outside of the minimum. Doctor and hygienist were open and honest even going as far as to say a deep clean wasn’t necessary after 10 years of no dental visits on my part because I have taken good care of my teeth. I honestly felt that my time, money, and patience was well respected here. In short, this appears to be a very honest high quality practice. Can’t wait to work with them more and bring my family.

This was my first visit. The staff was fantastic from the time I walked in until I walked out. They were all very nice, explained every step, and moved me through at a very good pace. I had been looking for a new dentist office and I should have came here a long time ago.

I went in for a cleaning and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and new DDS Dr. Huang. Kandyce B. has cleaned my teeth in the past and I requested her this time to clean my teeth again. She is always so friendly and makes an effort to get to know you. Dr. Huang was funny and down to earth. After examining my teeth he gave me pointers on which teeth to keep an eye on until my next visit. I recommend Valley Grace Dental to anyone who wants any dental services performed. Don’t forget to floss!

I popped loose a front tooth cap and they were able to set up an appointment the next morning. They checked to make sure no decay was present, that the post was intact, and the cap was intact, then glued back the tooth good as new. I’m very happy with the dentist, Arthur, and the assistant as well (name started with V). Very warm and welcome office.

Had a great experience – staff are friendly and professional. I had two separate visits. The first was for an acute issue, thankfully they had an opening. Dr Stevens and Roxanne were wonderful. The second visit was for my cleaning and exam. Ellen was terrific – incredibly sweet, gentle, and caring. Dr Huang and Kimberly were both very kind and thorough. I also appreciate that they provide endodontist services in one place rather than having to go to different providers to complete a treatment. See you in 6 months for my next cleaning!

This has been the best dentist office from routine cleanings and checkups to having the latest up to date procedures done as needed on my teeth. I feel confident in the way my dental work is completed and I like how the office is run on schedule. They work well with my insurance and I can make my next appointment on the spot. A friendly card is sent just prior to my appointment as a reminder!

This was my first visit to Valley Grace Dental after moving to Bakersfield. Happy to say I’ve found my new dentist. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Hygienist Stacy was very thorough and explained every step. She makes you feel vey relaxed like you’re just visiting with a friend. Dr Huang also very friendly has a very light touch – which I really appreciate. All in all I’m happy I chose this office

I’m new to town and to the practice. I was referred by my neighbors and how grateful I am to them. Dr. Hoang was very welcoming and gentle in his exam. My hygienist, Stacy, is such a gentle spirit and incredibly knowledgeable. She gave me practical tips on cleaning that I had never heard before that were so easy to implement. Not to mention her technique was not only gentle but very effective. In a time where we could all use the benefit of positive human connection Valley Grace Dental delivers the highest customer service and expertise in their field. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I love Dr. Hoang. He was so friendly and personable. He explained everything extremely well and was able to make accommodations around my schedule. Ashley was so bubbly and took time to explain the parameters around my insurance plan. Elvira and Maria are simply 2 of the best. I have seen some of the other reviews and I can assure you that I received 5 star treatment. Best dentist experience I have ever had!

I had put off my usual cleaning appointment due to COVID and was afraid of how my teeth had become. Ellen my hygienist was very professional and through as she always is. I have been to other hygienist in this office and never receive the same care and treatment as Ellen provides. The office staff are friendly and all were wearing masks with social distancing and plexiglass in place if you have let things go like me, call the office and ask for Ellen you will not be disappointed.

So I haven’t been to the dentist in 18 years. I decided to go to valley grace for a cleaning and x rays. Just to let you know I’m a person that has to ask a thousand questions. All my questions where answered by the hygienist and the dr. I felt they did an awesome job. Don’t remember the name of the hygienist that worked on me but she was great. Highly recommend this place.

Kimmie D for VIP! After needing a root canal, that was needed to be referred to a specialist, yet still completed the same day, I was impressed. Now after multiple crowns; the exceptionally sweet and always clear in communication, my care has had the best support from Kimberley. A special thank you to all the staff at Valley Grace Dental.

I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist because it is always painful and unpleasant with my never ending cavities. I went today and was pleased since I did not have any excruciating pain during the drilling process. The dental assistant was also patient when I went to my car to wait until they were ready since it was starting to cause issues with the wait due to my silly anxiety with dentists. My teeth feel so much better after having all the rotten cavities removed. I highly recommend.

If you don’t like to have your name remembered, you don’t like prompt and courteous staff, you’re not really into having your hygienist take time with you and address any concerns you’re having? Oh.. ok, then this is not the office for you! But! If those things are important and invaluable to you, give them a call and schedule your appointment asap! Our whole family uses this practice.. they’re great with my very young children, my adult special needs son, and my husband and I love them!

I was very disappointed when I arrived and learned none of my former dentists were no longer with this group but after meeting and conversing with Dr. Huang and his hygienist my hesitation was put aside and I felt quite comfortable proceeding with my dental work. After all was said and done, I was impressed with my experience and have decided to continue with Valley Grace Dental

I went in today for a crown. This was my first appointment with Dr Huang & I was very impressed! He’s a caring dentist, concerned that you don’t feel any pain plus my procedure was quick & efficient. His assistant was Vanessa & she was great also! The two worked well together. When I first found out that Dr Peterson was moving out of town I was ready to start looking for a new dentist. I’m thrilled that I won’t have to do that now. I’ll be keeping Dr Huang as my dentist.

I absolutely love this place ! Its  litterly a heaven sent I prayed for this place no doubt!! If you don’t like waiting and you love kind courtesy service this is the place for you! The most caring and kind Dentist and Hygienist along with the entire crew upfront always kind courtesy to me and all my family! I would highly recommend this Dentist to everyone! It’s a  pleasure to get my teeth work done and cleanings on a regula!

I love this place, they don’t waste your time all day the time you have your appt is the time they call you I’ve maybe sat to check in and waiting about 5min when they call my name. Lovely staff and dr.’s very educated. Guarantee you’ll love this place too. Check it out

Based on my first impression visit, this place was a 10/10. I booked 4 visits on the same day for my family including my toddler and everyone had a great experience, even my husband. The staff was very nice and understanding and did so great working with my husband and I who hadn’t had a dental check up in several years. We both did not feel judge or embarrassed when discussing our dental issues which is one the most important factors for me in deciding to stay with any dentist. The other factor that absolutely impressed me and guaranteed my future visits is the fact that although we were all only booked for exams and cleanings, they managed to find the time to also include some minor dental work for my daughter and several other work for my husband. Having them value my time and make the most out of my visits will help me not lose time from work in the future or lose time in the future with a million more appointments. Lastly, the front end staff at the reception desk was amazing! They help you understand your insurance coverage and quote you on anything you may need in several different ways if it helps you organize and prioritize your future dental work. I really can’t say enough about how much i liked this office, the Dr, the hygienist, and the reception ladies. Thank you for taking care of my family.

I dig the tech at this office. They have these tiny cameras for your teeth. When they are explaining what needs to be worked on and why they put those pictures on the moniter on the foot of your chair so you can see what they see. Friendly and courteous staff. I really enjoy this office

Dr. Huang and Valencia did an amazing job on my smile. For many many years I was so embarrassed of my teeth and today they made me feel like a whole new person and I was in absolute tears! Such an amazing dentist and I highly recommend them! Also the staff is super kind and couldn’t be more helpful! Thank you so much

I was so nervous about getting my wisdom tooth removed but Valencia made me feel so comfortable and at ease by explaining the procedure and how to take care post op. Dr. Huang is always a sweetheart, I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time but I’m glad I chose his office to break my fear of dentists. He answered any questions I had and also took the time to make sure I felt no pain. The ladies at the front desk were my favorite, they made me feel like family. Definitely recommend!

Off tops, Valley Grace Dental was the cleanest, kindest, and fastest Dental Office i’ve been in. For being so early in the morning, the staff was on top of it, fast, and extremely kind and very helpful. They work with you, to find what works best for you. I specifically would like to acknowledge a few of the Valley Grace Dental staff. Maria and Elvia at the front desk, thank you. You two really threw me a bone and helped me figure out what i needed most, you help me apply for a payment plan that worked best for me so i can get what i needed to get done, regardless. Been attending this office since Dr Weinberg was still the head and have stuck with ever since. Sad to see Dr Peterson go buy happy with Dr Huang and the gang as he’s just as skilled and qualified. My husband and I had a bad experience with our first dentist office here in Bakersfield. We called Valley Grace and from a brief explanation to them, to our first exams, we have get nothing but cared for to the highest degree. Never did I think this type of care would be found at a dental office, and the care comes from every single person at the office. So happy to be here.

Went here for my first time today after my dad recommended them to me and I was not disappointed. My regular dentist I went to for years is no longer in businesses so I’m glad to have found this office. Everyone was so nice, the facility was clean and I left happy. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist and this will be my go to dentist going forward

Just changed dentist and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This office is so clean and welcoming. The hygienist that I got for my visit and Dr. Arthur were super nice and friendly. The hygienist went beyond on my cleaning. You can really tell she took her job serious and wanted to give an A+ service. She showed me before and after pictures of my cleaning and all I could say was WOW ! I’ve gotten cleanings before, but her cleanings have been by far the best. She took her time and made sure she did her best. If you need a great dentist, don’t look elsewhere valley grace dental has you covered.

After many poor experiences at various dental offices, I was definitely pleased when my fiancé encouraged me to switch to his dental office. Very clean, beautiful decorated office. Friendly and efficient staff. And my root canal and other work was done with minimal pain at a quick pace. I won’t mind going back for my next appointment 2/9/16 I brought my daughter for her dental checkup. At 11 year old she’s been to many dentists and is always nervous. She had a great experience this time and isn’t worried about coming back for the next cleaning

Proabably one of the best Dental experience I have ever had. The facility is impeccably clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. All of the equipment is the latest technology and they explain the billing very well. The only negative is that they have so many clients that wait times for an appointment can be very long (sometimes months).

I love, love, love Dr. Huang! He recently took over Dr. Peterson’s practice ( he moved out of state), and I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Huang and the entire staff at Valley Grace Dental. In addition to being an excellent dentist- and believe me, I’ve spent a good deal of time in dental chairs, so I know what I’m talking about here- he’s a genuinely caring, compassionate and all around wonderful person. The entire staff is just great, I’ve seen Dr. Hendricks and she is very good too ( and has a great personality) and bonus… both dentists are very good “injectors”- you can barely feel their anesthesia injections, something not all dentists are very good at. The dental assistants are all very competent and always so nice. Candace is by far the best hygienist I have ever seen; she is very thorough- yet gentle- is extremely knowledgeable … and oh, so nice ! I am moving out of state soon, but I love this practice so much I may just have to make the 800 mile trip back here just for my dental work !
