Love this Dentist and staff. The front-desk receptionist could use more service-related training with a lesser abrasive approach, but the office Manager, Dental Hygienest, and Dr. Raissi are great! I had a serious infection that required two extractions and bone grafts; both of which went very well. I am now confident that the implant procedures will go just as well. I will definitely recommend this practice to anyone!

I was in tears and at my last straw when I called Dr Raissi’s office. The receptionist were so very friendly and encouraged me to come in the very next day. Everyone is so nice, friendly and accommodating. We started the implant process and some other things I needed done. Dr. Raissi has a great bedside manner and was very patient with all my questions. If you need any dental work go see Dr. Raissi at My New Smile. He does everything under the same roof. I feel you will be totally satisfied. I have found my new dental home and I feel blessed.

I had been faithfully going to another dentist for years and consistently being told that all was well. When I flossed, I’d have an awful taste around a particular tooth and report to dentist and again be told that nothing was wrong. On the first visit, he found out what was wrong! Do you know how furious I was going faithfully to the previous dentist?? So yes, I have a treatment plan with a mound of repair work to be done. Thankfully I have an awesome dentist that is as passionate about my teeth as I am. Thanks Dr. Raissi for your dedication to keeping your patients smiling.

I was in a car accident years ago, and from that accident suffered thru many dentists and unhappy results, developing a very real anxiety. I had not seen a dentist in several years. I reached a point where I had to see someone. I picked My New Smile off the web (because that’s what I really wanted), gave them a call, and have not looked back since that initial visit. The team members are incredible; Dr. Raissi is by far the most personable, talented, compassionate, empathetic dentist I have ever met. These same traits are evident in the staff – you truly feel like you are part of a family. You know they are there to help you get to where you want to be. There is a calmness in this office that I have never before experienced. I now have my smile back; I never thought I would be able to make that statement!! My experience with Dr. Raissi and his team has been beyond exceptional. If you have dental issues and/or anxiety over those issues (or previous bad experiences), this is the dental office for you. The calming atmosphere, the sincere interest in you as a patient, is beyond compare. Professionalism at its absolute best. Dr. Raissi is not only a wonderful dentist, he is a gifted educator as well, and it is obvious that he loves what he does. I am so delighted to have found him and his staff that my faith has been restored in the dental profession.

This is honestly the best dental office I have ever been to. Very accommodating staff and cares for their patients. Kat was wonderful and cleaned my teeth gently, like a pro. She definitely knows what she’s doing and if you need a good cleaning, she’s the hygienist for you. Prices are upfront and fair. Your time really matters to them and that makes all the difference. Thank you my new smile for making me feel so welcome.

I am a new patient with great fear of dentists. Dr Raissi put all my fears to rest and the compassionate care of Dr. Raissi and his staff is amazing. I only wish I had found him years ago! I highly reccomend him for all your dental needs…I can honestly say I have never been in a more caring office!

From the moment I walk into My New Smile office I was struck by what a beautiful, comfortable, inviting setting it is. The respect and hospitality that the entire staff extends is unmatched. Being my first visit, I was apprehensive and nervous. Filling out the paperwork and detailed dental and medical history I was getting the sense that Dr.Peyman Raissi was providing a very detailed and comprehensive service as well as educational in cause and effect. I have never experienced such attention to detail in every aspect. State of the art equipment and the most soothing and comfortable setting left me at ease and feeling less pain. I had no idea that the first visit would be so involved and extensive, but was exactly what I needed. the staff and Dr. took wonderful care of my immediate needs and set a treatment plan in motion. My prayers were more than answered and I am very excited about my future visits. I can’t express enough what a wonderful practice My New Smile Dental is! Best in my 55 years!

This dental office is the best. I called from an internet add and didn’t know them at all. From the get-go staff was patient, friendly and showed genuine concern (not just doing my job kind of people). I was impressed with the office very clean and inviting. While in the waiting room I have never heard the dental sounds being used on patients who are already being treated and the waiting room doesn’t smell like a dental office (a good thing in my opinion). Everything was up-front and personalized to my needs and concerns. From insurance to credit pay for services. But, I saved the best for last. I can’t express enough how great Dr. Raissi is. I was down and depressed over losing my front teeth and he has given me my smile back. He gave me options, then let me decide what was best for me ( without judgement). He makes sure I am in as little pain as possible and doesn’t make me feel bad for being nervous. He has a beautiful smile and an effervescent personality. He is gentle as CAN be with the needle lol. I highly recommend him and his staff for all your dental needs.

Dr. Raissi and his staff are fabulous. I have12 crown and multiple root canals so I have been to many dentists in my lifetime. He is by far the best. I just had a crown replaced in the front of my mouth and you cannot tell it is not a real tooth. He went above and beyond what I expected. He is an artist as well as a fabulous dentist. I would recommend him to anyone. He also offers flexible hours for those who work the 9 to 5. I am so glad I found him. Thank you, Dr. Raissi.
