I recommend this dentist, staff, and facility very highly. Extremely competent, extremely friendly, extremely efficient, extremely accomodating of changes in my schedule. I’m one of those people who really dreads going to the dentist, for lots of reasons. I’ve also had some really bad dentists. And in this case, I had 2 broken teeth from an accident, and some other work needed as well. But both the hygienists and dentist (Dr. Al, really nice guy) listened very carefully to my questions and concerns. I felt like a partner in the whole process. They were empathetic but not just telling me what I wanted to hear. I got both the good news and the bad. Very meticulous, very thorough in their communication. They should probably replace a couple of water-stained ceiling tiles, but that didn’t bother me, and that’s the only thing I can think of. And I was amazed how easy it was to find parking in that part of town. Every time but once I got a meter within a half block or less, often right by the door. My teeth are repaired, and I can smile again without worrying about how I look. It’s the first time in 30 years I left a dentist office feeling not only satisfied, but really happy. I am referring this place to friends and I will definitely be back again myself.

This was my first time going to the dentist since Covid and here at mass dental. The customer service is Amazing. From the nurses at the front desk, to the doctors themselves ALL very communicative and patient. Great team work between each other and friendly conversations. Everyone is very smart and fills you in on anything they are doing. Excellent service! 1st wisdom tooth down 3 more too go!! Shout out to Nadia and Doctor Omar please keep up the great work! Will be coming back!!! Thank you and stay safe guys!

I came here because of how great the reviews were and my experience surpassed what I’d read. Dr. Al and every hygienist I have seen are incredible. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was extremely nervous. From scheduling my appointment to having several procedures done, I couldn’t have imagined a more relaxing experience. I am so very grateful to have such an exceptional practice near my apartment and I truly won’t be nervous about going to the dentist again.

I absolutely love Mass Dental!! Dr Al and his staff is the best!!! I’ve been a patient of his for over 20 yrs and can’t see myself going anywhere else. His receptionist Crystal is the best she’s been there as long as ive been a patient of his. She’s always friendly helpfull and knowledgeable. Its good to be greeted with a smile each time. Thank you Crystal and Dr Al and his whole staff for all you’ve done.

My family has been coming here for many years. Dr.Hosam is one of the kindest people and dentist I have ever worked with. He will work with you with payment and making sure you are happy with your results. He has never judged me for not flossing as much as I should have! Always such friendly staff. They are one of the only offices that try to take emergency walk-in appointments esp in the Boston area, that’s why sometimes the wait is longer than normal but that’s never with a scheduled appointment. I’ve always been in and out of that place unless it was a walk in. 10/10 would recommend, very family friendly place.

I have been a patient of Mass Dental Associates for almost 10 years now. It’s one of these places that treat with care rather than how much they can get out of your insurance! I live north of Boston & despite traffic on 93, I keep coming here as I feel always welcome by staff & especially because of Dr. Al-Khateeb who is very kind & knowledgeable. Having to park in Boston is my only complaint.
