I have survived 66 trips around the sun. During that time I have had more than my fair share of dentistry. I am very happy with Jon and his staff. He has an excellent approach to discussing some very sensitive subjects and overall a great ‘bedside’ manner. As I finish my travels on spaceship earth, I am reassured that Jon will keep me chewing. 🙂 You could not have your teeth in better hands!

If you’re looking for a dentist, this is the place to go! Dr. Jon King is amazing. I had no pain during my visits (even when I needed a crown). And I haven’t had any problems with my crown since (3+ years ago). He explained everything in an easy to understand way, answered all my questions, explained all the options and was upfront about all costs (and they did their best to get the cost as low as possible as I didn’t have insurance at the time). I felt extremely educated about my dental health and options. A huge plus for me is that I truly enjoyed coming into the office. Everyone is friendly, there’s lots of laughter and I could tell that they truly cared for me as a person, not just as someone that would bring in money. I brought my son for his first visit to this office and they made him feel so comfortable. Unfortunately, we’ve had to move away from the area since, but I’ve called a couple times to get second opinions when I’ve felt other dentist’s might be suggesting unnecessary procedures. I’m still trying to find a dentist in our area that reaches the high bar Dr. Jon set for us and if I was anywhere near enough to drive, I wouldn’t hesitate to make the trip.

I am having Dr. Jon King take out old fillings and replace them with new white ones. He is fast, friendly and really funny. I am an adult, but am seriously glad that he’s a dad. His attitude towards his patients is kind and caring. I actually was laughing so hard today that I had to sit up in the middle of two replacement fillings. Even with the laughing and silliness I was out of there in an hour.

King of Dental work. His work is like artwork. I have not seen such good work like this in years. Passing through Santa Barbara, found some taffy and oops awau goes half a molar. Sharp like sharks teeth, I had to have it fixed or I would be days cutting up my tounge. Im glad for his work and this family in family dentistry.

We have been with King Dental group for the past 25 years because we trust them. My son Chad was Dr Jon Kings first patient when he joined his dad about 11 years ago. On the morning of Dr Jon’s first day Chad was playing on a jungle gym, slipped and broke his two front teeth, right across the middle of his teeth. As I was rushing to pick him up from the park I called Dr King and told Peggy what had happened. She told me Dr King senior was busy but that Dr Jon could see him right away. I rushed Chad directly to the surgery, he went straight in and an hour later he walked out with his teeth totally repaired!! It was such a blessing that Chad never had to face the world with two badly broken teeth. Chad is 18 years old now and he is still sporting his repaired teeth from all those years ago.

Best Dental Experience Anywhere!! First of all, just entering Dr. Jon King’s office, I feel welcomed and safe. I know I will be treated by a knowledgeable, caring staff. Recommended by a friend, I first came to the practice a number of years ago because I was having headaches and have been a happy patient ever since. Who knew that a slight mis-alignment in my teeth could have been causing this discomfort? And, my smile was not what I would have liked. I didn’t know how much it would change my appearance and my health to engage in Bioesthetic dentistry! Best investment I’ve ever made! Transferred over from dr. Robertsons office since he retired, and was nervous about having a new dentist – I honestly couldn’t be happier with dr. King and everyone else there! I’ve enjoyed having King Dental Group help me manage my dental health issues. It’s great that they are a family group. I’ve been worked on by Jim the father and Jon the son. They are both knowledgeable, caring and gentle. When I get my teeth cleaned they do an assessment to see how far my gums have receded. They show me the problem areas and give me tasks to do to help my gums improve, which they have. Dr. Jim and Dr. Jon ask about my teeth issues and help me manage and decide what to handle when. They advise without a big sales pitch, so I feel informed enough to decide when to deal with it “now” and when to “baby it along” until I can deal with it later. I feel welcome to pop by and say hi at this wonderful family practice. Dr. Jim King’s wife Peggy answers the phone and greets me when I come in. She’s super warm and knows a lot too. I feel comfortable with my “family” at King Dental Group.

I have been a patient of the Kings for 20+ years, and I truly can’t image having another dentist work on my teeth. My entire family started with Dr. Jim, and his dental work has been life-changing. My dad (a jazz musician) was certain that he wouldn’t be able to play his saxophone anymore due to some severe problems with his teeth, but Dr. Jim stepped in and was able to save my dad’s musical career. Preventative care was something impressed on me at such a young age by Dr. Jim, and I still adhere to all of the things I learned from him in my youth. Dr. Jon is continuing his father’s legacy of excellence, and he is just the best there is!! PERIOD! My appointments with Dr. Jon are the most comfortable dental experiences I’ve ever had in my life, and the care and expertise that he has provided for my TMJ pain has been remarkable! Dr. Jon is a dental genius and an absolute master at what he does!!
