The whole team at Parkside has been incredibly friendly and upbeat – they are always personable and do a great job explaining your procedures, making sure you’re comfortable, and answering any questions you have. The Dentists, the hygienists, and the staff all make a point to know your name, and learn about you as their patient.

I highly recommend Parkside Family Dental! Sally is my hygienist who is gentle but very thorough and makes the whole experience enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable and even showed me how to floss correctly. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming in a state-of-the-art office. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

One of the nicest dentist offices I have been in. The front desk staff, hygienist, and Dr were so pleasant. The hygienist explained all the processes she was doing and this office has the latest equipment making the entire cleaning very efficient. The doctor did a thorough examination and was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The office is beautiful as well! Very happy we found Parkside Family Dental, I will be recommending in the future.

We live in California, but our kids reside in Louisville and needed emergency dental treatment. Finding this office online, we contacted them and made arrangements for treatment. Best decision we ever made. The staff is compassionate, caring, and goes above and beyond the norm in their care. Their top consideration was making sure our kids were comfortable, not afraid (they both have dental phobia) and their pain quickly relieved. Plus they offer an outstanding family plan as well. I am a dental hygienist, and in a position to state that Parkside Dental is one of the best dental offices I have ever set foot in. You cannot find any better place to go.

A great professional and friendly experience! After a sudden and an unexpected pain in the lower jaw area while traveling, I believed I had cracked a tooth. An initial examination and x-ray imagery by the technicians did not show any damage to my teeth. While further examining my teeth, Dr. Gaboviy was able to ascertain that in fact the problem was unrelated to my teeth and was rooted in the lining of my gums. He explained the cause of the problem clearly and suggested a course of treatment. The treatment was then carried out during two sessions by a staff of knowledgeable and friendly practitioners. During this time, I was clearly advised of the kind of procedure that was taking place and felt completely at ease in the hands of the medical staff. In addition to the capable treating staff, I found the supporting personnel very personable. The treatment took place in a punctual manner. The facilities are state of the art, very tastefully decorated and maintained. I especially enjoyed learning that many of the staff members were from different parts of the world and everyone of them so capable and trained to provide the best treatment possible. A+
