So far all I have are good comments! My son is getting braces here. The office is nicely decorated, the staff seems nice, and they offer a “taxi” to pick up your kiddos from schools that are close in proximity to the office for appts. Super easy for the family!

You never wait more than 2 minutes to be called back for your appointment and they are very accurate when they estimate how long the appointment will be. We’ve had three kids get braces there, and only have good things to say about Dr. Taylor and staff. Friendly, thorough, always patient about answering questions, and they work overtime to get you back in if you had to miss an appointment due to illness.

Everyone in the office makes sure you’re comfortable and makes yourself at home. They really do treat you like family with much respect. They have taken great care of my daughter and my only wish would be that Dr. Taylor was also a pediatrician! But at least I can rest knowing my daughter has the best care! The Taylor’s have the most up to date office I’ve ever seen. The first time we came, we got a tour of the whole office, which was pretty great. I waited in his office while my child went back to get checked out. When they are finished, he comes into his office, showing x-rays on a huge screen and explaining everything to us. There’s also a chair in his office that leans back just like the dentist chair, but you’d never know until it went back! This way, he is able to show you what he talked about while you’re looking into the patient’s mouth. They have a long row of sinks that is kept perfectly clean so the patients can brush their teeth before seeing the doctor. Always a brand new tooth brush and a brand new tube of toothpaste. You really do have to go to get the full experience. Dr. Taylor and his wife are truly genuine people and they’ve hired the same type of staff. There aren’t many doctors out there like this these days, so I’m very grateful that we were referred to him!

Utilizing the Ortho-taxi makes the whole process easier on working parents and doesn’t diminish the level of care. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Dr Taylor and his team has taken good care of my sons. Recently we had an emergency and they got my son in immediately. Now it was entirely my sons fault he was eating something he was not supposed to. The girls (I am so sorry but I have a memory like Dory) got him in and fixed up. We had our consultation a few days ago and the entire process was so seamless. My son had his x-rays taken and our consultation within minutes of walking through the door and the pricing breakdown with insurance was finished just minutes after. They had an opening due to a cancellation so he walked out of there with braces less than an hour later. They sent my son home with an ENORMOUS bag full of items to care for his new braces, along with a note for school, and appointment card for the next visit. I was blown away by the entire process and I had high expectations considering my daughter and I recently had great experiences with traditional braces and Invisalign with a different orthodontist slightly further away. I made the switch after hearing lots of great reviews and I’m quite psyched about the convenience. I’m looking forward to building a relationship with Dr. Taylor and his team over the next few years while this kiddo (and the next) are in braces! 🙂

We went to Dr. Taylor for a consultation and my girls knew immediately that’s who they wanted to do their braces. He is amazing with the kids! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The facility is very clean & has the newest technology. Impressions for retainers are done electronically through scans. A big plus, is receiving 2 retainers. They offer a service called Ortho Taxi where a staff member will pick your child up from school, take them to Dr. Taylor to perform an adjustment, and return him/her to school at no extra charge. Not to mention they send you home with a bag full of (useful) goodies along with a high quality Bluetooth electric toothbrush (one of the things my daughters were really looking forward to). I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this dental practice. Highly Recommend!
