I made an appointment at Dr.Lutes and Dr.Lawson’s practice, on the advise of a good friend, after moving to this area. This practice exceeded my expectations. There is a calm friendliness as you enter the office. The staff is professional, knowledgable and attentive. All the staff introduced themselves, which has never happened to me before. My exam was comprehensive from the initial oral cancer screening to the dental cleaning. All concerns were discussed with me immediately which I appreciated. This office functions as a team /family with mutual respect for each other. Dr. Lutes and Dr. Lawson have a practice centering on high standards of excellent dental care in a caring manner. Ken and I are searching for a new dentist. So, Ken George and I went in for a consultation with Dr Lutes. First of all, we were greeted by the ladies at the front desk! They all had big smiles, pleasant and very friendly. But, also very professional. The reception area is small, but clean. Big plus!. But, we had a short wait. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lawson and the rest of the team. I am normally extremely anxious about going to the dentist and everyone there always puts me at ease right when I walk through the door. I recently began my Invisalign journey and Dr. Lawson answered all of my questions and more without making me feel embarrassed or silly, and I felt so relieved when I left the office. Hands down the best dentist and staff! I have never really been a fan of going to the dentist – always made me a little uncomfortable, but then I found Lutes and his team. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Starting with the warm greeting upon entering the office to the dentist chair, all while listening to a wide variety of good music over the speakers. You kind of forget you’re at the dentist! And the most important part – they do great work! Have been going here for years and would highly recommend them!

Karl Lutes and staff are absolutely as good as it gets. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and caring. The dental facility is clean and equipment used seems to be state of the art. Their Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati area dentistry work is 2nd to none. I’ve had a chipped tooth repaired there and multiple teeth cleanings. As a result, I’ve had experiences at their Crestview Hills, KY office, with Karl Lutes DMD, his dental hygene specialists, and office staff for both routine oral hygene work and “emergency” tooth repair work. I would highly recommend this Dentist to anyone and would go out of my way to take my family there.

I had my first visit today and I can tell you that this will definitely NOT be my last. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family, plus I was brought back promptly and didn’t have to wait (unlike most doctors). Speaking of doctors, my dentist was an absolute delight! I saw Dr. Natalie Lawson, who took my concerns to heart and answered all of my questions. Dr. Lawson truly helped put a nervous patient at ease and was thorough when explaining a complete overview of my mouth. For me if you have my trust you have my support, and this office has both! This place is by far the best health care experience I have ever had! This past visit I was yummy uneasy because I was seeing a different hygienist for the first time and the newly hired dentist. If you’re looking for a great dentist, it’s hard to go wrong with Dr. Lutes! I recently visited his office as a new patient and came away impressed with every member of the staff I encountered as well as the quality of the dental services performed. The first thing I noticed when arriving at Dr. Lutes’ office were the friendly office staff that went out of their way to make me feel welcome. After submitting my new patient paperwork, I took a seat and waited for my name to be called. I didn’t wait long, though, as I was called back to begin my appointment on time; it seems like the office is well organized and runs like a well-oiled machine! After being escorted to the room where I would have my teeth examined and cleaned, I was introduced to Michelle — the hygienist that would be performing my checkup and cleaning. She was friendly, professional and thorough; before every step of the procedure, she would explain to me what she was about to do, and performed all of the dental work with a gentle touch… the process was totally pain-free! I also noticed several dental tools and technologies that I had never seen before at other dental offices (e.g., a small camera for taking pictures inside of your mouth before and after the cleaning, a digital monitor by the chair in the room that immediately displays the results of X-rays, etc.) which gave me the impression that the office keeps up-to-date on modern dental technologies. Before finishing the checkup, Dr. Lutes came into the room to examine my teeth. Again, much like his staff, I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future dental services. Overall, I’d rate my experience with Dr. Lutes and his staff a 10/10 – I’m a happy patient and would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr.Karl and the ladies at the office are always wonderful! I just started Invisalign a few days ago and I was super nervous. Everyone in the office made me feel really comfortable and Dr.Karl did a great job on my teeth. I was worried the experience in the office would be painful because they needed to do some interproximal reduction (hopefully I said that right) but it didn’t hurt at all. It was more nerve racking because of the sound it makes. I highly recommend Dr.Karl and his wonderful team!! Happy smiling everyone!!

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly with several hellos, and then escorted to the dental office & chair. His assistance and technicians were courteous, kind, and professional. throughout the visit and procedure, they outlined everything they were going to do, explaining it in a way that I could easily understand. They handled me with a gentleness and care that put my mind at ease. I knew instantly I was in excellent hands. Dental appointments have always been a scary thing for me in the past but Dr. Lutes and his team really alleviated all of my fears. What impresses me most – they’re an amazing staff who listen to their patient. When I came to Dr. Lute’s office as a new patient, I was coming from a dental background that was VERY corporate & I had become VERY skeptical & leery of the dental field altogether. When I came to Dr. Lutes office, admittedly my guard was up and I was prepared to be defensive…. however, what I came to find was a very positive and refreshing experience. What I found was my family’s new dental “home”. With my background in the dental field, I decided to schedule my visit first, to test the waters. At my first visit the staff asked me questions and listened to what I had to say. They understood my concerns and were amazing. I was so comfortable and pleased that I decided to bring my entire family to their practice, and we’ve all been extremely happy! We have all been treated by Dr. Lawson, and absolutely love her. She’s thoughtful and listens to what her patients concerns are. Did I mention she’s amazing?! When you walk in you’re greeted by Brittany and she’s always very kind and helpful. She knows who you are and always has a smile on her face. My whole family has also been treated by Erin (one of the hygienists), not only is she very knowledgeable, but she also goes over what she’s seeing what she recommends and is more than happy to listen to your questions and takes her time to make sure you know what’s going on as well. At our first visits she also did our cleanings. Katherine is the office manager who we met on our way out, she was very kind and helpful as well. There is no pressure here, there’s no hassle, nor do you feel as if you’re being hustled, there weren’t any sales pitches. Yes, they do have and will recommend products that could help to your dental routine at home, but it’s not a pressured sales pitch nor is it automatically built into your “plan”. I really have enjoyed getting to know the staff and look forward to seeing them each visit. If you’re looking for a team who are knowledgeable, professional, and yet find a way to make you feel at home and at ease – Dr. Lutes office is who you’re looking for. Thank you to this amazing team.

Growing up I always had a fear of the dentist so when I originally came to see Dr. Lutes I was extremely apprehensive. The entire staff made me feel at home the minute I walked in the door and I immediately got treated like I was an old friend they’ve known forever! Okay, this place exceeded any expectation I’ve had or thought a dentist office should be. I just moved to Erlanger area and I feel like there is a dentist office on every corner so i decided to go to google reviews to weed out the bad one and there was only one place with 4 stars or better, this place Karl Lutes. The people there are beyond friendly and so attentive to detail. I went there for a routine cleaning and to fix a slightly chipped tooth. The took care of everything and didn’t even charge me for filing my tooth down. They had a pretty cool tool that took individual pictures of each tooth to compare it in the future if anything were to change. None the less, they made me feel like I was a super star lol I’m a 24 year old man and had been to plenty of other dentist but still I was in awe with the treatment I received there. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Side note they also sent me text wishing me a happy birthday

I found myself in a situation where I needed to have a repair made to an already once repaired crown. I relocated recently and ended up going somewhere near me , but didn’t have a good experience there. Afterward, I reached out to Dr. Lutes and was offered an appointment that same afternoon. Dr. Lutes’ staff was extremely accommodating and super friendly. Upon arriving to the office, I was greeted and had a seat in the waiting area. This was the first time I went to a dental practice and got to thumb through Far Side comic books! There were tons of them! Not only that, the music playing throughout the office was great. No piped in elevator music. Actual feel good music. So, I was already pretty relaxed by the time they called me back (which was in about two minutes). I explained what was happening with my crown and Dr. Lutes took a look in there. It needed some adjustments, which apparently he did, but I barely noticed. He was gentle, reassuring and thorough. He explained everything he was doing beforehand and during. I’m typically not impressed by technology, but Dr. Lutes had some great stuff in there! The x-rays were all taken from the chair and I could view them on the monitor right next to me. The images were crystal clear, a little too clear for my taste because they showed all the areas I miss when I brush! I was in an out in no time, but it was an experience I’ll remember. Not everyone enjoys going to the dentist, and I’m at the top of that list, but it was actually a pretty great time. I recommend Dr. Lutes and his staff wholeheartedly and without reservation. I was at ease the entire time and left the office feeling informed, repaired and happy.
