Morita Orthodontics has been my ortho doctors since the beginning of my braces journey. From my consult – the removal of my braces – and now my retainer checks, every single person working in that office made my whole experience so awesome. Any questions I had, any appts I needed to reschedule they’re always so kind and knowledgeable. Anytime someone asks who I go to for my braces I always so happily recommend this office and my first comment always is that the staff and doctors are so nice.

This orthodontics office was probably the best experience I’ve ever had going to a dentist. The staff and everyone that I came in contact with was so kind and it had such a family feel, I felt right at home and they treated me so well it was incredible! I’m blown away by how kind and loving each and everyone was there. They snuck me in on only a days notice, when no other office would and I literally called every orthodontic and dentist on island but these guys were the only ones to come through and treated me like a queen! So so thankful for this staff, they blessed me beyond what I could have ever expected!

My experience with Dr. Scott and staff was impeccable! Every appointment that I had scheduled was a breeze! Highly recommend this orthodontics practice to anyone and everyone! Thank you guys for the awesome work and hospitality! Now I can live on with a great smile

It was 10 years ago since I first walked into Dr. Randal Morita’s office. I remember that his staff was very prompt and friendly. When I met Dr. Randal Morita for the first time, he made me feel so comfortable as if I had been coming to see him for years. Fast forward 10 years, I had to go back to Dr. Morita for a new retainer, and I was blown away because the staff remembered me. Dr. Randal Morita is the ultimate professional. He takes his time to get to know all of his patients, and he makes sure that you understand the treatment. His office is very clean and his staff is second to none. Dr. Morita’s son, Scott Morita, will be joining the practice very soon. I was fortunate enough to meet the Scott during my last visit, and just from our conversation, I know that Morita Orthodontics has a bright future.

What more can I say about Morita Orthodontics, they are simply amazing. From the caring staff to Dr. Scott and Randal Morita, they make you feel like family. They know exactly what they are doing and will get you on the fastest path possible. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs orthodontic treatment to go and see them. I am so happy with my results and couldn’t thank them enough. I love you guys!!!

I am so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Morita and his awesome staff. Every visit is always pleasant because of the staffs hospitality and professional character. Dr. Morita is approachable,respectful, understanding and easy to communicate with. He is willing to listen to his patients and that says alot about him. I met his son Scott, who is a respected young man working with his father. It is such a blessing when father and son working together. The staff always greets with a warm sincere smile, ready to assist and give you helpful information. There is validated parking available and easy access to the office. If I had to get braces again I would choose Dr. Morita & his great staff.

Dr. Scott Morita and his entire team are amazing! They made the process of getting my sons braces so easy and pleasant. The moment you walk in your greeted warmly and with a smile. They made the consultation feel like a visit with a friend. My son got his braces on today and raved about the process being simple and not uncomfortable at all. I would most definitely recommend Morita Orthodontics to anyone out there. They have the kindest staff ever and are beyond friendly. They make the entire process very easy and fun. While vacationing in Hawaii, my son lost one of the wires that connects his braces. Still a long time before going home we called his orthodontist in California who referred us to doctor Morita. He was nothing short of amazing! Even though the office was very busy he managed to fit us in the same day. The staff was very kind, courtious, and professional. They treated us like we were one of their own patients. We were in and out in under an hour with the braces fixed.

The BEST orthodontists in Hawaii!!!! I have had the pleasure of knowing them for over 12 years! My oldest son (now 25) and daughter both had braces put on by Dr. Randall Morita and from their first visit to their last, the doctors and staff were so nice and helpful! Both kids have GREAT smiles and LOVE everyone at the office. I decided to get Invisalign with Dr. Scott Morita and I had my doubts on if it would work. My teeth were very crooked but as a professional working woman I couldn’t put braces on so I opted for Invisalign. Wow, wow wow.. Dr. Scott was so helpful with the entire process and I could not be happier with the results! Everyone is different but mine took about 1 1/2 years to get perfect! What I love about Morita Orthodontics is there are no hidden charges, no matter how long it takes to get your teeth straight. They will give you a complete estimate and I never had to pay a penny more. They take all of their 3D photo type pictures of your mouth right there in their office, it’s amazing! It’s a 1 stop shop to getting your teeth super straight. I would highly recommend them for children OR adults looking to do braces or Invisalign.

The Dr. Morita’s (lol) are awesome! At least to my son they are! I just never really have to interact with them. BUT, I can definitely tell you that the girls at the front are amazing! From the day my son had to get his consultation for braces and even now, years later, with his retainers they are always so friendly to us. To everyone, but I like to think that I’m special. Lol I like that they make an effort to remember you when you walk in. First impressions are key and they make it very easy to stick with the Morita practice. Thank you!!!

I don’t want to sound biased, however Dr. Scott is the best Orthodontists on the island! He is very compassionate and great at what he does. We only have been with Dr. Scott for over a month for our son’s upper jaw expansion but we cannot tell you enough how happy we are with the staff and their professionalism and friendliness.  I can tell from the getgo that Dr. Scott is very good with the kids.  Not only did he make my 8 year old son forget about the discomfort of placing an appliance in his mouth to widen his upper jaw and having to turn it daily but my son could not wait to go back to sit in his office (okay, partially it is to get his responsibility card rewarded and loaded)  You can tell he is very confident about what he does and he enjoys what he does.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to all our peers.

The staff here is absolutely amazing, and the service is incredible! Dr. Morita and Dr. Scott are very knowledgeable, and they truly make the extra effort to accommodate your needs and get to know you. The staff is very efficient, which makes each appointment very fast! Aside from the service, they also have a great rewards program in which you can get gift cards and other benefits from taking good care of your teeth.

Such great diligent workers!! I love the service that they provide; friendly and positive. Not only they have a way to make us(patients) feel warm and welcomed, but having to do a really great work on putting on braces. Both Dr Randal & Dr Scott are the greatest orthodontists. Dr Randal did the work on my teeth & Dr Scott filled in whenever he wasn’t available or out of town. I went from having fangs to beautifully straightened teeth, it was worth the time and patience by both the doctors and me, my confidence is high, hopefully my golf game will be low! A big thank you to all at Morita Orthodontics. My daughter who has braces, had trouble whilst on holiday in LA. We were due to fly to Honolulu the following day and from the first phone call to ask for an appointment, Morita Orthodontics were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They fitted her in first thing after we arrived so that they could fix the problem and she could enjoy the rest of her holiday in Hawaii. All staff were so courteous and friendly and the Dr was so calm and assuring and explained everything in such an easy manner. My daughter wishes he would be her dentist in Sydney. Thank you again. I have had a great experience with Dr. Scott. I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Scott as my orthodontist at USC dental school. Luckily for me, we are both from Hawaii and graduated from our respective programs the same year, so I didn’t have to go through the trouble of finding a new orthodontist that would be willing to take over my case when I moved back home. Dr. Scott is such a kind, personable, and humble guy that really cares about his patients. He is also very knowledgeable. It’s always a treat seeing Dr. Scott; he always makes my visits very personal and carefully explains what’s going on with my teeth. Both Dr. Scott and Dr. Morita along with their staff are extremely friendly, and they really do provide excellent quality care. I actually just removed my braces and am happy with the results :). Morita Orthodontics is a life savor!!! We are on vacation here and my daughter lost an elastic. Her tooth was already shifting its position and we could not wait until we returned home to SC to get it fixed. We just walked into the office and the staff were so courteous and accommodating. We only waited a few minutes and they had my daughter back there, fixing her right up! The doctor even took a look at her and talked to me about what they had to do to secure the elastic. Thank you so much!! We truly appreciate you!! Definitely recommend!!!

Although my procedure took many years to complete, it was well worth it! Dr. Morita and his staff are amazing! The magic that was done has totally transformed my smile, bite and jaw alignment. My teeth were moved so much that I was prepared for work that would never be close to ideal alignment, some way, some how, he worked his magic and made my teeth as close to perfection as possible. I’m more than ecstatic with my results and I’m positive that if anyone, even if they are older like myself, is considering to get work done, you should definitely consider Dr. Morita.

I have to say…. I am so impressed!!! During this pandemic and keeping safe. The staff have made it very comfortable to be at their office. Their system of appointment reminders, the process to check in virtually, their appointment system, their everything is wonderful. The kids had an appt at 8am. We completed the consent forms online. They advised us that a seat was ready – kids went up the elevator to the 10th floor- suite 1000. Were done and back to the car at 0830!!! The kids handed me an appointment paper. I called them – and at 0834 we had their follow up. So efficient. I am so amazed by their efficiency. The front office are so pleasant. It’s nice to call them. The parking are at either the Bank of Hawaii building or at Ala Moana. I think it’s the 4th floor parking at Ala Moana that they have a connecting bridge to the Bank of Hawaii parking that leads to the elevators as well. (That’s confusing- I know). The parking is a hit and miss. It’s not the Office fault. Some people don’t know how to park in lines and sometimes take up 2 spaces at the Bank of Hawaii Bldg parking. Ohhh must park in the green circle spaces. They offer up to date technology!! So hip and with the times!!

We scheduled an appointment by phone, very polite. We wanted an appointment that figures out when will I get braces. A week later, we go to Ala Moana, to reserved parking. Directions confusing, and five frustrating minutes later, we finally find the green stalls. Because of a stupid driver of a Toyota, we have to squeeze in a different stall. I won’t take away any stars, since it is not Morita’s fault, but that definitely decreased my patience. We arrive on the tenth floor, room 1000. The sight that greets my eyes is a pretty big waiting room, and a kind employee who checks us in and calls us in in a mere 3 minutes. I find this very impressive. After a few checks on my teeth, we are sent into a office to wait. The nice lady asks us a few questions about insurance, and we small talk for a while. Then the doctor comes in, with vanilla scented gloves. Dr. Scott is amazing. He gave us a accurate review of my teeth. See you next Christmas!

Amazing! My kid busted a part of her braces on a piece of arare. We were referred by a general dentist and this office took my kid on a same day walk in appointment. Dr.Morita attended to her in person with much kindness. Some other orthodontist offices would usually handle this type of job with some type of hygienist or technician. This review is for the Ala Moana location, BUT it can be for the Aiea location, as well because it is the same staff. Morita Orthodontics is located at the Ala Moana Building on the 10th floor, suite 1000. There is a paid lot for the building, or you can park at Ala Moana and walk over. (I honestly don’t know if this frowned upon or not.) The office is cozy, but has gone through a renovation since I had braces (almost 30 years ago). There is a TV, magazines, and games for the little ones to stay occupied. The front office staff are so friendly. I am always greeted with a cheerful, “Hello!” You sign in via laptop and wait to be called. Once you go in to the back, there are the examination chairs. You are also treated to a floor to ceiling view of the Nordstrom apartment building and part of Kapiolani Blvd. I have known Dr. Randal Morita since I was 13. Needless to say, it’s a long time. I was his patient when he only had one office located at the Aiea Medical building. Dr. Morita has always treated me with kindness and care. Even though my braces treatment caused me some pain, Dr. Morita always made sure that I knew what to expect. I listened to everything he told me & 15 months later, the braces came off!!! Woohoo! Flash-forward a ‘few’ years, and my kids need braces. Well, no brainer. I went straight to Dr. Morita! I trusted him with all 3 of my children. Again, he treated them with the same exact care he gave me all those years ago. Recently, Dr. Randal’s son, Dr. Scott has joined the practice. He is so energetic! Always has a smile on his face and always putting the patients at ease. He’s a great addition to the practice! If you are looking for quality treatment and awesome care for yourself or child, this is the place to go!

Both of my teenage sons are in braces. Dr. Randall and Dr. Scott are wonderful orthodontists. They both are very accommodating and answer all our questions during our appointments. We also love the office staff and assistants as they are all very friendly and helpful. My sons have different orthodontic needs and I feel confident that they will be left will beautiful smiles. Our experiences with Morita Orthodontics has been nothing short of amazing, we are so grateful for this wonderful father/son team!

Dr. Morita did my braces back in High School and made it as good of an experience as possible. Two convenient locations with free or validated parking. A great staff that is always friendly, prompt, and inviting. He is very personable, and despite his busy schedule he takes his time to learn about his patients and to make sure his patients understand the treatment. There are many reasons why our office continues to refer our patients to him. And if you were his patient, his son will be joining the practice next year…another generation to care for your future children!

It has almost been a year since I’ve first came to Dr. Morita. I very much enjoy the service and environment that Dr. Morita provides. As a general dentist I am very particular in who I see when it comes to dental treatment.   I had the privilege to see both Dr. Randal Morita (for braces when I was in middle school) and Dr. Scott Morita (for a retainer appliance this past year). Both doctors are very friendly, personable, and detail oriented.  Their staff are very helpful and easy to talk to.  Since I have been so satisfied with their treatment and convenient locations I now refer all my patients to them for orthodontic treatment.
