I’ve been through a lot of dental issues lately and Dr. Hinds has steered me through it with comfort & ease of mind! By far the most patient, kind & thoughtful team I’ve ever been to. Super duper impressed on how welcoming this place is. I am one to never go to the dentist, However I would like to get braces soon so I was recommended here to start up cleanings and x-rays to get going in my braces journey. I like Dr. Kelli Hinds, Very pleasing. Her staff work with her as a team. They all know just how to please her & her patients. Their office is clean modern, & comfortable. They even get to the office when the snow is too deep for me. Parking has never been a problem. The parking lot has always been plowed all the way to her door. I have not spent any time in her waiting area, what I have seen is nice to look at. Appointments are easy, I have never waited more then 5 minutes. Personally I’m sure she would be good with children. She would put them at ease, and they would be ready to go back. Knowing the experience of their first visit. Dr. Hinds and her staff, are really nice. I would recommend her. to any body who needs her services. Thanks Dr Kelli I could not ask for more.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing. I have perio and sensitivities and they accommodate me and always ask if I’m ok. I’ve been going to Dr. Hinds for the past few years now and every encounter with her and the staff has been great. Everyone is very personable and you can tell they all love their job. Dr. Hinds herself is attentive to each patient and easy to talk to while being very informative about your dental health. There is no push to pursue more expensive options like I have encountered at my previous dentist. She’s the best and I’ve definitely found my permanent dentist!

I was really nervous about going back to the dentist after 10 years of not going, but Dr Hinds and her wonderful staff made me feel at home. I feel like everyone truely cares about you and you’re not just a patient. I recommend Dr. kelli Hinds to all my friends, family, and co-workers.

From the moment I walked in to when I walked out everyone was so nice and friendly. I avoided going to the dentist for about 4 years simply because of fear and I’m so so so glad I chose Kelli Hinds Family Dentistry! They make sure you are comfortable and not in any pain at all.In my opinion, the most important part was the dentist herself talking to me about how to better take care of my teeth and signs of issues to look for. I ALWAYS have a great experience. The hygienist is really gentle and thorough. The doctor comes in does her thing and boom, I am done and out the door. Being a private pay the price is not bad. They do offer a budget plan. This is a great place. Convenient too! Thank you again, Barbara.

I only went to see Dr. Hinds for a second opinion on something but I will be returning from here on out. I not only have a fear of dentists, but I am always skeptical that they are all very “for profit” if you know what I mean. Dr. Hinds and her staff made my fears immediately go away. They all made sure I was comfortable and extremely well informed. Dr. Hinds answered all of my questions and didn’t force me to jump on such a huge decision for my oral health. If I do end up needing a crown, they offer same-day-crown services which is very convenient, and they accept most insurance. I feel very confident that Dr. Hinds truly has her patient’s best interest at heart. Edit: I seriously can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hinds and her staff. I went yesterday for my crown and I honestly kind of enjoyed the experience. They were very gentle with me and wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. While the mill was making my new tooth, I got to relax, read a book, watch some TV. All the staff chatted with me and answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I kind of can’t wait to go back!

Let me preface this review with saying I hate going to the dentist. I hate it more than any other routine medical appointment. I’ve been going to Dr. Hinds for a year now and this time, I was actually looking forward to my cleaning. My hygienist is so genuinely nice and never has a judgement all tone. Dr. Hinds takes great care of me and pays great attention to detail! The staff at this office is so wonderful, I cannot find enough compliments to pay them. I highly recommend Dr. Hinds!

I enjoy my dental visits and look forward to attending. Casey Allen, my hygienist is gentle and efficient. She is caring and compassionate and has thoughtful conversations. Kelli Hinds is a pleasure. She is knowledgeable, professional and Educates appropriately prior to performing any procedure.

As good as it gets is an understatement! Dr. Hinds’ practice is clean, new and easy to get to. The staff is incredible and very friendly. I was there last week and felt completely at ease. I’m so glad to have found this practice! She accepts all types of insurance which is reassuring. I had a hard time with my last dentist clearing explaining what I would pay out of pocket. The best part is I now get free whitening EVERY visit! I definitely didn’t get that with my last dentist. Now I actually look forward to going to Dr. Hinds!

What a surprising experience…. I put off going to the dentist for over 11 years and started to get really worried about my teeth. I went in for a consultation last week and as expected, needed some work done and a heavy cleaning. The reason I came back was Casey. She has a great attitude and took it as a challenge to get my teeth right. She did a great job. Dr. Kelli was professional and extremely efficient at what she does. As a person who procrastinates these sort of things (Doctor/Dentist) I am now thinking that I should have done this a long time ago. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone looks into the services this business provides. I’m going back next week to repair a broken tooth. Heck, after today… I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist….. Whaaaaat?

Dr. Hinds and her staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.  Appointments are timely, and you even get free whitening trays and gel refills for life with your regular visit!The office is impeccably clean and inviting. The patient chairs are comfortable, and you can even watch your favorite tv show while your getting your teeth cleaned.  I highly recommend Kelli Hinds Family Dentistry for all of your dental needs!

This is by far the best service I have ever received from any provider. Dr. Hinds and Megan have been so amazing and caring through what could have been a really devastating situation for me. I had a wonderful experience at Kelli Hinds practice! Casey was the dental hygienist and she was AMAZING. She was very knowledgable and took the time out to explain to me everything from proper homecare of my teeth to the issue i was having with my gums as well as why my symptoms were occuring. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. Dr. Hinds was also great! She was very straight forward and answered any questions i had. All in all, i had a great experience at this practice and will definitely continue to get my teeth care at this practice. Thank you!

Dr. Hinds was the first dentist I visited since moving away from my original dentist – and I won’t be looking elsewhere! I was very impressed by the facilities (massage chairs!), and by the personability of both Dr. Hinds and her assistant. Because Dr. Hinds is the only dentist at her practice, I feel prioritized and valued. I also received several reminders for my appointment, and electronic follow-ups which I appreciate. I would strongly recommend Dr. Hinds as a dentist.

Kelli Hinds dentistry is the Best in all of Indy, hands down. If you’re used to small town service and attention to detail like I was before I moved to Indy then you’ll really appreciate this place. I’ve been to other dentist offices more urban on the east side and the service was awful, I’m convinced they sold me unnecessary procedures and services just to get more money. Kelli Hinds only focuses on what is best and needed for you. They are so kind and offer guidance instead of judging and lecturing. They go so above and beyond that they even helped change my flat tire while my teeth were being cleaned! That says it all to me. It is well worth the drive and I will always be a patient here. I was looking for a cosmetic dentist in Manhattan, I stumbled on Harold Square Denture on Google. After reviewing their site i liked what i was looking for and made an appointment. Dr Pasch was very professional and explained every step of the procedure. He did an excellent job with my teeth and became my permanent dentist. I highly recommend Harold Square Denture Center to everyone!

When my dentist retired, one whom I considered to be outstanding, I asked her to recommend a dentist for me. She told me that Dr. Hinds was her dentist and recommended her highly. That was enough for me, and I am very glad that I took her recommendation. Today was my first visit, and I was very impressed. Absolutely FANTASTIC!! My whole family goes to see Dr. Hinds and we love her! My husband said today that he felt this is the best condition and the most clean he has felt his teeth have been in for years!! We LOVE her!!!

Went to this dentist office for the 1st time today, excellent dentist office!! The entire staff is amazing. Everyone made me feel so relaxed and welcome. I haven’t been to the dentist in about 12 yrs so my teeth needed a deep clean. Instead of the anticipated shaming I thought I would receive for not being to the dentist in so long, they simply educated me without any judgement and proceeded with an action plan. I highly recommend!!

The office staff are wonderful and always know who we are. I wish I could remember everyone’s name to give a shout out to. I know Courtney who cleaned my teeth, Cassie who did Bruce’s and of course Dr. Hinds. Just a respectful, clean and professional environment. Everyone is interested in our lives and talks about theirs. They even ask about our daughter Jenni who used to go there but now resides in a nursing home. Just a wonderful dentist to go to.

I have been twice now and had a great experience each time. The entire staff was super friendly, the dentist and assistants were attentive and gentle.  My 3 kids have been going there for a few years and are always well cared for and feel comfortable. I’m glad I go there now too!

I really need to make my appointment but while I was thinking about it I thought I would leave this raving review!! I love the staff here. They are all so nice. From the front desk, to the dental hygienists, to Kelli! They don’t make you feel bad or force you into anything especially if it is costly. I have had dentists in the past make me feel horrible for my teeth but Kelli and her people are great. They make you comfortable and you don’t actually dread going to the dentist. Definitely a nice place!

I had a great experience with Kelli Hinds dentistry. The dental tech (Casey with the curly hair!) was exceptionally thorough, and very proactive about explaining to me exactly what she was doing, which I really appreciated. She was also very proactive about ensuring I was comfortable, including while getting x-rays. Her touch was so light that I didn’t feel a thing as she was checking, flossing, and cleaning my teeth. Kelli was also friendly, efficient, and thorough. Neither Casey nor Kelli seemed like they were trying to “upsell” me at any point (for example, by encouraging unnecessary whitening treatments.) I didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment, and it was easy to make an appointment by phone. The office was clean, and the front desk staff professional. I’m happy to have found my new dentist! They accept Delta Dental insurance, and currently offer a check-in deal for those who are uninsured.

Crown came loose 6:00 p.m. left a message and received a call before 8:00 the next day and went right to office. All were very friendly and understanding. Replaced filling and put on temp. crown in less than 2 1/2 hours and have appointment to get perm. crown. Pain free. I don’t have dental insurance so they also worked with me on the cost. Appreciated that

I hadn’t been to a dentist for a long time. Went to them, they have begun the process of making my mouth as good as it can be. Still have a way to go to get my teeth correct, but don’t have any concern or worries about going. Nice people, good work. I have also since started to take my son there after the way that I was taken care of in their office. Totally recommend.

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist because of really bad past experiences. Dentists, hygienists, and orthodontists have made me feel horrible about myself, were unconcerned with any discomfort I had, and made me feel unheard. Because of this, I have neglected my dental health by not getting regular cleanings and check-ups. I took a chance with this office because of all the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Kelli and her staff are so wonderful. The hygienist was warm and friendly, and never once talked condescendingly to me. Dr. Hinds was just as sweet. She told me that I had pretty teeth, which is something no dentist has ever said to me. I kind of laughed and said they were stained, but she calmly said that they didn’t appear that stained to her, then reassured me a second time, promising me that I had pretty teeth. I cried on the drive home because I didn’t know it was possible to have such a positive experience at the dentist.

I’ve been to well over ten dentists in my lifetime and never have I been to a cleaner or friendlier dentistry than this. First off, the office is so clean and they have state of the art instruments as well as very nice decor. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is very laid back. Dr. Hinds is very knowledgeable and 100% honest to her patients, you can tell she wants her patients to be healthy. I’m happy to say I’ll never have to find another dentist again

Two thumbs up for Dr. Hinds and her staff!  I have a lot of anxiety when getting dental work done, and Dr. Hinds and the dental hygienists truly did everything to help me feel comfortable.  It may sound silly, but to someone who nearly has an anxiety attack at the thought of dental work, it made a world of difference to know that Dr. Hinds and her staff actually cared that I was ok and went out of their way to ensure my comfort.  I will certainly go back when I need dental work done again!

THE REVIEWS WERE SPOT ON! I found myself in need of a dentist recently. SO, To Google reviews I went! Came across Kelli Hinds and her great reviews, location, and it being a family/dentist office I thought I’d check it out. I was blown away by the level of service! Employees are polite, professional and friendly. I’ve had some experiences at other businesses where it seemed they treated your insurance company and your wallet like a cash cow. This is not at all what I felt here. I have a couple more appt set up here and I feel like I can trust them!

Any customer of Dr. Hinds knows that her and her staff’s first priority is the customer. This shines through especially right now with the COVID19 pandemic. They are taking extra pre-cautions and provide a very safe environment for a dental visit. I have always and will always recommend her to anyone looking for dental care.

Let me preface this by saying that I am TERRIFIED of the dentist! I’ve had so many negative and incredibly painful experiences that I just decided to not go; for seven years, in fact. I found Dr. Hinds initially because the location is so close to where I live. I did a little research and found raving reviews of the practice and doctor. All the wonderful comments thus far, are true. My hygienist Casey was amazing!! She explained everything so clearly. She was non-judgmental. They came up with a great treatment plan for me. While I didn’t have any cavities, I did require a bit of a deeper cleaning and Casey explained everything to me so clearly. I’ve been to dentists before that were very “for profit” if you get my drift. Not Dr. Hinds’s practice. I was concerned about a small chip/crack in a tooth. She very easily could have said I needed a crown or some sort of repair. Instead she told me to keep an eye on it and told me the signs that I needed to watch for that would let us know that it was worsening. She it could stay that way for the rest of my life or it could get worse. It was a nice change to not be nickled and dimed to death. I have a coworker who visited a new dentist this week and came back with an $11,000 treatment plan. (Yes, you read that right…I saw it with my own eyes!) I will definitely refer him to visit Dr. Hinds. My 16yo daughter had an appointment at the same time as mine and she was very pleased as well. We will definitely remain patients of Dr. Hinds’s practice for years to come!
