The Bittner Family Dental Group does a great job keeping everyone safe when visiting their office. Patients are required to wear masks when entering and are screened at the door. Doctors and dental hygienists wear masks, face shields, and gloves at all times. HEPA air filters are in every room including the lobby. This makes risk to patients minimal and really makes us feel safe to come in for a procedure or just a hygiene appointments. No reason to suffer from dental plaque because of fear. This team really knows what they are doing and is keeping everyone safe and comfortable. Definitely will come back for clean and healthy teeth.

This place is AMAZING. I have been coming here for my teeth needs for 20+ years and they have been nothing but professional and friendly. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Dental Practice. Right from the start – the front desk (Jenny and Tom) are welcoming with big smiles. From there, Narda and Sam are very very gentle and were able to quickly get my X-Rays done. I am somewhat of a difficult patient so having them guide me through the process was extremely helpful. Dr. Suri is very knowledgeable yet friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. To cap it all off, the hand wax treatment was the cherry on top! I definitely recommend Dr Bittner, Dr Suri and the rest of the team for any of your Dental needs!

The Team at Bittner Family Group are amazing, I recently had a replacement for an old crown done by Dr. Siri who did an amazing job as always, they were able to make the new crown onsite with state of the art technology; so just one painless trip. Dr. Siri, thank you for making me feel very safe and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Bittner stopped by and checked in on a personal level which was greatly appreciated. As we all know when it comes to having dental work it is normally associated with pain and the unknown, i have yet to experience any unknown suprises or pain. I have had and will gladly continue for me and my kids to be a patient here. The staff is top notch, professional yet very personalble as well, from the front desk to the chair allthe way to finance my family has been treated with a warm welcome. Just a quick note regarding Dr. Bittner and his entire staff. 10 years or so ago,they completely changed my life with a whole new smile. I continue to go there for routine visits like clockwork. The work they do is second to none. By combining leading technology with very personable service it doesn’t even feel like a regular ‘dreaded’ dentist visit. I have been a patient for about one year now and I think this dental office is amazing! It is full of new technology, including lasers and hand held X-ray units. The staff is very friendly and they always go out of their way to be accommodating and provide the best care possible. My favorite part is the fact that I don’t have to get numb for fillings (I hate getting shots)!

Dr. Bittner is the BEST…!!!. He did my Veneers 11 years ago. It’s still perfect. The BEST part is, whenever I need his help. Dr. Bittner is always there for me. Even in the weekend, he still come in to take Good care of my teeth. The money I spend for my Veneers is the BEST investment I ever did for myself. I think it’s the most well spend money. I travel from Connecticut for over 10 years now, just to see Dr. Bittner Jr. and his team! I do not trust anybody else with my smile and my teeth as I have never found a more dedicated, professional, thorough, and compassionate dental, nor any other doctor office!!! They have gone above and beyond to make the office completely safe , impeccably clean, And they even offered testing on site!!!! They go above and beyond to make every single person feel as if they’re the only ones present! They make sure that the environment is 100% clean and comfortable! I spent an entire day there and they kindly ordered me lunch and even did a paraffin wax on my hands to make sure I was comfortable! I usually do not write reviews but, when I met Dr. Bittner Jr. and his staff I was completely amazed! I had missed quite a few of my dental appointments with my last dentist because I really did not enjoy going there. A friend had referred me to Dr. Bittner and raved about him and his office. So I decided to give them a try. I have never been so impressed and felt that I was in such great hands with any other health care office before. Everyone was so friendly. When Dr. Bittner Jr. met with me he thoroughly explained all my options. Their state of the art facility w/ lasers and digital x-rays made me feel quite at ease and that I was in good hands. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very gentle and knowledgeable. She offered me hand waxing during my visit, which I thought was pretty cool. I have been there numerous times now and I just wanted to share my thoughts on what a great office they have. If you are looking for an outstanding dental experience you should definitely give them a call.

Dr. Gerald Bittner, Jr’s office is the ritz carlton of dentistry.  I have been a patient for three years now and have referred everyone I know there.  I wouldn’t trust anyone else as my dentist after going to him.  The entire staff is so eager to help and go out of their way to ensure an amazing experience.  I am currently in invisalign treatment and I love it.  Dr. Boschken is one of the founders of invisalign so I figured if anyone was going to do my treatment right it would be him!  Its easy, painless and my teeth are looking better than ever.  Friends and Family members have gone through the smile makeover process with Dr. Bittner and their master ceramist Shoreh and could not have been happier.  Their work is absolutely spectacular and I promise you world class service.  If you are wanting to go to a motel 6 quality dentist than this is not the place for you but if you care about your oral health or might have a fear of the dentist than I highly recommend this office.

I was very impressed with how the staff has increased safety precautions for COVID-19. I felt that the environment was very clean/sterile and I felt very safe being there. I always have a wonderful experience with my hygienist and the doctors always are so kind and informative. All the staff provide exceptional care and I will be a patient here for life!

I’ve been going to Dr. Bittner for my dental needs for the past 20 years. No other dentist compares to the quality of care! Going to his office is like seeing old friends. I always feel supported, cared-for and listened to. Now that I’ve moved to Oakland, I drive 60-90 minutes to his office! I can’t imagine any other dentist caring for me or my teethe.

The best and most professional staff of any dentistry I know and have ever been to. Caring and attentive from the first phone call, to the front desk, to the doctor. All very kind and courteous people. Saw me and treated me the same day.  Made sure I was taken care of. The building and ambiance is extremely clean, tidy, beautiful and feels very safe during these times. Offered me bottled water. I almost felt like I was getting a spa treatment. After going to several different consults with different cosmetic dentists I was so relieved when I found Bittner Family Dental. Dr. Bittner Jr and his entire practice and second to none. Every single person from front desk staff to the dentists are warm, kind and friendly. I was always greeted by name by every staff members that walked by. I truly believe Dr Bittner Jr. is the best dentist in San Jose area and beyond. I made the decision to move forward with the veneer process during my consult. Immediately following the consult I had x-rays, photos, and molds of my teeth done. Instead of having me make another appointment to come back in they started right then and there. The following Monday I came back in to see and approve of the wax ups. Tuesday I had my temporary veneers placed. I was expecting a lot of pain, but it was completely painless. They go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The warm wax on my hands was an unexpected and amazing experience. I wore my temporary veneers for less than a week while the ceramist Shoreh made my veneers in their on site dental lab. The final veneer placement was just as amazing and comfortable as the temporary. I could not be happier with the results and get complimented on my smile on a daily basis. I’ve been to a variety of dental practices in my life and always thought I was given good treatment. I just didn’t know any better. After coming to Bittner Family Dental, I now in fact know what it feels like to be under amazing care. None of my other experiences even come close to mine here! I saw Dr. Jerry and he did such an awesome job giving me a thoughtful treatment plan. You can truly tell that he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I was shown before and after pictures and you can’t even notice there is a filling there! Just looks like a regular ol’ tooth. I can’t say enough great things about the Bittner Family Dental Group. *Dr. Bittner, Dr. Siri, Dr. Mancuso and all the staff exemplify the cleanest, safest most professional environment possible. With great bedside manner and the latest in technology you can trust this dental team to make sure you’re comfortable and receive the best care you could hope for. I would especially like to point out that if possible cavities can be treated WITHOUT drilling, crowns can be completed in one trip as they make them onsite and scanning for Invisalign is there too. Dr. Mancuso is a Maxillofacial & Oral Surgeon so extractions, implants and reconstructive/plastic surgery plus so much more are in the same office, and as I recall he can even provide anesthesia (go sleepy sleep) for routine dental procedures if you suffer from anxiety. This Team can and will make you proud of your beautiful smile!

Store begins when my wife heard an advertisement for “Freedom Day” on the radio….. Free dental care for Veterans was the claim. Make an appointment and come on down. So she did and we went… I really wasn’t in pain but probably became one of the more extreme cases they has to deal with that day.. I had neglected my care for over 5 yrs with all the normal excuses, I started a new business, don’t have time, can’t stop, insurance to expensive. Well 5 of my teeth were decaying and need to go….Three were busted off and 2 were decaying under old crowns…. I learned later that this was very serious, life threatening or reducing to say the least… We were one of the first to arrive that morning…. From the moment you walked in you felt the warmth and caring in the room…. As the other Solders started to show up it reminded of my days in Service and the world felt good again.I had forgotten that…. Thank you for the reminder… Some of the others were in obvious pain. Thank you for taking care of them… Its been about a week now and I’ve found myself grinning about how efficient and organized the whole thing was.. Again it reminded me of the days in the military and the old get’em in and get’em out way of doing things….Although the girls were prettier, the Doctors weren’t yelling,everybody smiling and they had balloons… Whole thing took no more then 2 to 3 hrs…… They cleaned my teeth, took 2 rounds of ex-rays and pulled 5 teeth.. I had five different people talking about and caring about me, wanting to fix me….. Golden…. I was infantry so getting mushy is kind of hard but this chance experience has warned my heart and made a difference… From what I have learned about these people at Bittner Family Dental and what they do and stand for is that this was just one day of many days they do good things and for that they should be afforded all the goodness life can give them during their time on earth….. Had my follow up visit for my three minor fillings. Was very thankful that the office could accommodate me last minute last week Friday. They used the laser! 🙂 no issues and the dentist was careful ensuring my bite was fine. She took the time to make sure it was Goldie locks and the three bears just right. The back right filling needed more attention and she took the time to make sure it was properly done. Much appreciated.

This has been my first appointment since covid and it was a great experience. The office took all of the precautions by taking my temperature and having me take a short questionnaire  to make sure i didn’t have any symptoms. The staff had on all of their PPE to ensure the safety of all of their patients. As always, everyone was extremely  welcoming and  helpful during my visit. Thank you for making me my first covid dental visit a great one.

They are the best! Nice, CLEAN, friendly and the best up to date laser so that you don’t have to be numbed! Anyone who knows me, knows I have massive anxiety at the dentist and they have changed that for me at Bittner Family Dental! Truly amazing. I’m mot even in network with my insurance and after so many Aeroflot dentist experiences, I can’t go anywhere else!

Dr, Mehta is OUTSTANDING. His demeanor is terrific. His support people are great also. i have always had a difficult time going to the dentist, but I now have new upper and lower dentures that are perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I feel that the pricing was very fair. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I want to express my appreciation to Dr.Mehta and the entire staff at Dr. Bittner’s office. They are all very professional, caring and pleasant to be around. I will continue to use their services.

Dr. Bittner is just the best!  He is the most compassionate and human dentist one could wish for.  His services/equipment are state of the art; however, it is the genuine caring and concern he offers that makes me drive from San Francisco to San Jose for his dentistry.  The”up” attitude of the entire staff is awesome.  Simply said, Dr. Bittner is One Class Act!

This office is the BEST!!!! Everyone I have met at this office is so nice and sincerely cares about your well-being.  I was also really scared about going to the dentist and I heard about the office through a friend and it changed my world.  I was always very unhappy with my smile and it really affected my personal and professional life.  I hated smiling in pictures and in work interviews I was always self-consious about it.  I met sue, the new patient specialist and she took me through the whole veneer process with ease.  Dr. Bittner and his assistant made the procedure relaxing and painless.  It took only a few hours for my new smile to be completed and it truly changed my life.  My family says I am a happier person and I have never been more successful in my professional life.  I have confidence that I truly was lacking because of my teeth.  I can’t thank this office enough for giving me the smile of my dreams!!!!

Had my cleaning today with one of the Dental Hygienists named Gina today. It was a great experience. She did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and I was in and out. She explained everything very well and the communication was great. Also, the office does a very good job of being COVID-19 safe and taking the proper precautions. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I will definitely come back!

Been a long time client of the Bittner Dental group- they always take GREAT care of me. They are welcoming- greet you by name and cut no corners in their practice. I just started my Invisalign treatment and it was really easy, and I mean REALLY easy. 3D Scan was quick, no molds needed. I know this isn’t typical-  But I got my trays within a week , the fitting appointment was fast, easy and also thorough. 10/10 experience with Invisalign and general care! No need to do any more research, you’ll feel right at home here!

My family has been coming to Bittner Family Dental Group for years now. We are always pleased with the services and procedures that we’ve had done. The front desk staff always greets us with a smile (even under their masks) and the hygienists and physicians are all very friendly and  professional.  We’ve been back a couple times since Covid started, and we feel very safe. The staff is all wearing masks, face shields, etc. They have spaces marked out that are 6+ feet apart. They are taking all the precautions! I did A TON of research when I began my journey through Invisalign. About 2.5 years later and I am so glad I chose Dr.Bittner and his staff. Yes it was a hefty investment and at least back then it was noticeably more expensive than other providers in the area. However the money was well spent for the quality of care I received. Every appointment I can say that I was met with professionalism and amazing smiles. Everyone on Dr Bittner’s team is ready to go above and beyond to help. Whether it’s scheduling, answering questions, or making sure an appointment starts on time – I’m grateful for the positive experiences all the way around. Either they all have great memories or they keep great patient notes because everytime I went in the staff would ask me about my life- remembering about my job, home, upcoming wedding, pets, etc. however the method -it was very welcoming and appreciated the attention to detail. They offer bottled water and even pre toothpastes toothbrushes! Really really appreciate everything the team did and I am over the moon for my teeth.

Dr. Bittner and his staff are absolutely amazing! I came here as a first time patient with an emergency tooth repair. He took my call on a Sunday and I was in there first thing Monday morning. The staff from the moment of check-in to walk out was so professional and friendly. The office is really big and very nice. The equipment is very clean and very up-to date. I am extremely pleased with the service and outcome of the repair/crown. This entire visit (first time) including an Invisalign screen took less than 1 1/2 hours. There was no shortage of help and little to no wait at all! I take really good care of my teeth so the need for cosmetic treatment was never needed. I was really nervous, but the Dr’s preforming the treatment ( Dr.Suri and Dr. Bittner) were very cautious and constantly made me feel at ease. I went in as a referral from a friend and came home to refer my family back as well. I would highly recommend this office for adult, child or cosmetic work.
