Had a crown put on today. Went in first thing this morning so an impression could be made and all of the other prep work accomplished. Took about an hour. Then, I was able to go back early afternoon to have the actual crown put on with the usual tweaks that need to occur for a good fit. I have to say, as I’ve had crowns put on my other dentists over the years, this was my best experience by far. Both procedures were accomplished effectively and efficiently. Doc Dieterlen and the team are top notch and I love Doc’s “chair-side” manner as he communicates every step of the way and keeps you informed with that calm, resonating voice of his. I’ve got additional dental work to be accomplished next year and Doc Dieterlen and the team there will be the ones doing it and would recommend them to anyone.

I and my husband have been going to Dr. Dieterlen’s office for almost a year. Together, we have made several visits for various reasons from preventative care, to root canals, to orthodontia work. The kindness and efficiency that office operates under impresses me every time. From the front office staff, who handles all phone calls, scheduling, billing, and much more, to the individuals that have given us our check up cleanings, to Dr. Dieterlen himself, the entire office is kind and professional. We look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Dieterlen and his staff, as they are truly the best team that has serviced our mouths. Highly recommended!

I have been seeing Dr. Brett Dieterlen for 20 years. He is a great dentist, very professional and friendly. His staff is always friendly and attentive to make sure that the time you spend there is as pleasant as possible. If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend this practice.

The dentist is never a fun place, and I had a terrible experience at another dentist office 2 days prior where I actually walked out in the middle of the appointment. I then scheduled with Dr. Dieterlen and I could brag about the experience all day. Dr. dieterlen and his staff were so so wonderful. They were friendly, thorough, gentle, and just made the overall experience very enjoyable. They answered any questions with detail and I felt like they actually cared about me and my teeth and even my checkbook. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr Deiterlen for years! Went for a cleaning today, staff are always friendly, never a long wait (usually less than 5 mins), and very professional. I have never felt like I was having work done that wasn’t needed — in fact I think Dr Deiterlen takes a rather conservative approach to treatments. I highly recommend this dental office!

Cleanliness is important to me in a dental office . This office is very clean and to my satisfaction. The reception desk is helpful, cordial , efficient . The waiting period is never very long. It is typically running in a very efficient and timely manner. Dr. Dieterlan, is knowledgeable, kind, caring but is also very business-like and doesn’t waste time. However, he will take time to answer any concerns . I find the hygienists very efficient and courteous as well as the x-ray tech. The atmosphere overall is friendly but still very businesslike. This dental office deserves 5 Stars.

Dr Dieterlan has been my dentist my whole life. His father was my first dentist and when his son stayed in practice I switched to him. I am 48 years old and he still had my 5 year X rays! They run on time and are very friendly. He runs a very professional practice. There is a culture of excellence here.

Dr Dieterlen and his staff are professional without being stuffy, and always treat me and their other patients with respect. I appreciate that they are efficient yet friendly and get me in and out without any hassle Would definitely recommend them over the other two dentists I have used in town.

I love Dr. Brett………started many years ago with his dad, Dr Bruce, and transitioned to Dr Brett. He is gentle, kind, professional, thorough. I could easily come up with multiple other adjectives, but probably saying he is the best of the best is the most significant thing I could say about him. He and all his staff are amazing. Thank you Dr Dieterlen for all you do.

I’ve never had my teeth cleaned this well. The staff and Dr. Dieterlan were very professional. The other place I used to go to seemed to only care about making money, and they didn’t do my crown properly on top of it. They messed up my husband’s as well. We will continue to see this dentist. I highly recommend!

Brett Dieterlen is to dentistry what Elvis Presley was to rock and roll. Before Brett Dieterlen there was nothing. I love the guy, I want to name one of my kids after him some day. He is an excellent dentist with a great staff. They have taken great care of all of my dental needs for years.

Dental visits can be very unnerving, but after many visits to Dr. Brett Dieterlen, by my wife, Sharon, and me, we have learned to expect the best friendliness, knowledge about dentistry, concern about any discomfort, and quality of workmanship at a reasonable price. Most importantly, we have learned to trust Dr. Brett. We have never had a complaint — and, if we were to, we know we would encounter the best response we could reasonably expect. I might add, that he employs a great staff of very courteous and capable people.
