I have been going here for almost 15 years. I’ve always gotten great service and never had to wait very long to be seen. They have quite a few in-house services that don’t require you to make multiple appointments to get something accomplished (crowns for example). Everyone is very friendly, and they are upfront about appointments and associated costs. I would recommend taking yourself and your family here for services.

This business is a great hometown establishment that treats its customers very well. My recent visit was met with all of the high expectations I was hoping for from a staff that has put the safety and health of its clients at the top of the list. To anyone worrying about what oral care facility to go to during a pandemic, make this your choice.

We have going to this office for nearly a decade and cannot recommend it enough. Derby Family Dentistry always has well organized appointment planning and availability for us. Appointments are always thorough and we receive great care. Derby Family Dentistry also provided emergency service recently for my son and was able to get him in within 24 hours.

Dr. Norden and his staff have always been wonderful!! They are great listeners and have been more than patient when I have questions (trust me….. I do ask alot of questions!) about the reason I went in and my treatment plan. I have referred some friends and family to this office and they have come back to me saying that they are very pleased!
