I wish I could give them 10 stars! My entire family has been treated by them; and their staff is welcoming and informative, starting with the front desk and following into the back staff and dentists themselves. They are phenomenal with kids. I brought my two year old today, bracing for the worst. And they brought out the best even in a toddler, explaining, reassuring, and engaging her the entire experience. This office goes above and beyond for their clients. Thank you so much!

I have been a patient for over 6 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the doctors, staff and quality of service. They have repaired or replaced several very old filling and crowns for me. I chose them randomly when I moved to VA Beach in 2013 because they offered CERAC and they were close to home and work. That random choice was one of the best I have ever made. Thanks for the great treatment.

I was looking for a place to take my daughter for her first dentist appointment and happened upon Sweeney Utterback. I emailed to get information and costs and they responded promptly and were very kind in their response. I found them very reasonable to what one would expect to pay for a child’s exam and cleaning. My daughters first visit was today and both the hygienist and Dr. Sweeney were very patient and kind with her and she walked out with a smile. I would definitely recommend them to parents looking for a dentist for their children!

Treated like family, they don’t “up-sell” and push you to do anything until it’s actually needed. They know me when I call, without benefit of caller ID. I went to another dentist who’s office would cold call on Saturday, you REALLY need to have that filling re-done, it’ll fail at any moment. That was at least 5 years ago, the filling is still fine!

I always have a good experience with all he staff and Dr Sweeney. I throughly recommend this practice for your dental needs. My hygienist Diane is terrific !!! She always considers my sensitivity to cold air and water and takes her time The same with Dr Sweeney she always thinks of my comfort and explains everything she is doing so I know what to expect. I was one of those people that was afraid to go to the dentist and would put it off. Since going to this practice I have lost my fear and my dental health has improved considerably

I happened on This Dentist thru Google Dentist near Me… I was in a lot of pain over a weekend from 1 tooth that was throbbing with every beat of My heart!!!! They worked Me in and within about 30 minutes I was done and the Pricing was actually lower than I thought… They were Very Kind and receptive of the pain I was in.. I highly recommend Sweeny Dentistry to everyone… My prior Dentist was younger and a bit cocky. I didn’t feel as comfortable with My Dentist before as I did at Sweeny Dentistry..
