Ok so a root canal is never a pleasant experience but Dr. Alina Lane and her crew provided the absolute best patient experience that I think I have ever experienced. Thorough and fast examination with continuous conversation about what she saw, thought and her recommended next best action while asking for my opinion every step of the way. Remarkably pain free and the inclusion of the patient as “part of the team”  is extremely differentiating in any health-care situation. An exceptional experience!

I used to be hesitant about going to the dentist, but I truly love coming here! The staff is top of the top, very personal and professional! Thank you Monica for being so helpful all the time, with a fun positive attitude! I already got my friends and husband to transfer over here, because they are SO good.

Dr. Lane is an outstanding dentist – committed to the highest quality work while incredibly efficient.  And surrounded by the nicest staff.  I love this dental practice.  Dr. Lane is kind, communicative, compassionate, and a world-class dentist.  And did I mention fast?  She replaced an old, damaged crown for me in under an hour — and I think I may have dozed off for a bit. If going to the dentist makes you nervous, check out Dr. Lane.  Great staff (looking at you Dee!), great music, great experience start to finish.  I’m a fan.

Dr. Lane and her office are the best!  Everyone on the team takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand everything that is going on with your dental health.  They are patient and very generous with their time.  The quality of care is exceptional, and they are truly interested in providing the best solutions for your needs, without upselling or pressure.  They work with your insurance and advocate for you – I can’t say enough good things about them!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lane’s for several years and can’t say enough good things about her and her staff. Besides providing professional, thorough & pain-free general dentistry, I’ve just had a great Invisalign experience with her. She always goes the extra mile with patients – she even came in on a Sunday morning to fix a broken tooth for me! I’ve been to a lot of NYC dentists, and the only one I’d highly recommend is Dr. Lane.

I love this office and cannot say enough good things about their care. I am someone with a lot of dental problems and a quite extensive treatment plan. This was the first dental office I’ve been to in all my life where I left feeling truly taken care of. First thing, Dee, the office manager is wonderful. She enjoys what she does and she is extremely good at it. She’s incredibly efficient and I never feel like my questions are left unanswered. In fact, she encourages communication so she can make sure patients clearly understand their insurance and billing which is something you rarely get. She is a master at helping you with payment plans – she will work with you. She’s also funny! Second thing, Dr. Lane is an AMAZING dentist. I’ve been here for what feels like 5000 root canals, emergency appointments for tooth pain, cleanings, xrays, everything. She’s confident in what she’s doing because she’s exceptionally knowledgeable but she’s also just a really nice person. Her office is always spotless, it’s really comfortable for those who don’t particularly love dental work 🙂 They have a really wonderful team here and I would recommend this office to anyone. A lot of offices are experts are scamming you or taking advantage of your pain! This is a genuine dental office who really enjoy what they do. I feel valued when I go to my appointments.

Wow, Dr. Lane and her staff are incredibly nice and do a fantastic job of creating a warm, friendly atmosphere. They truly care about their patients. I have never felt better leaving a dentist office. I highly, highly recommend her! I selected this office after reading both ZocDoc and Yelp reviews and can confirm what so many others have commented about: Dr. Lane is the best.

Been coming here for a little over a year now. Each appt has been flawless from start to finish; the receptionist staff is warm, friendly and welcoming as are the hygienists, and Dr Lane herself. As for the cleaning (and the repairing of a broken tooth) – easy, professional, and quick. The staff always carefully answers questions and breaks down areas of concern thoughtfully. Bonus (because time is money and I’ve got little patience): I’ve always been seen promptly at my appointment time! Highly recommend!

Look no further for your next dentist! I could not be more pleased with my experience at All Smiles. The office is nestled in a seriously awesome location across the street from Washington Square Park. Inside, you will be greeted by friendly staff and good music. The equipment is clean and modern, and Dr. Lane’s chairside manner is warm and sincere. I made an appointment for a cleaning and to diagnose some tooth pain. As a new patient, Dr. Lane thoughtfully called to check my insurance coverage, took a full set of digital x-rays, and patiently reviewed the results with me. The suspect tooth appeared fine – just as my previous dentist had said. Unlike my previous dentist, Dr. Lane took a closer look. After a few minutes of biting and pressing, she identified a hairline crack in my molar. She decided that fitment of a crown would be the best treatment, and clearly explained the rationale. After two more appointments, the tooth is now 100% fixed and pain-free. Not only can I enjoy my coffee again, but catching the crack early saved me a root canal. Thanks All Smiles!!
