(…) I have been coming here almost 2 years, driving from Seal Beach area… because honestly, I was always scared of the dentist and she is the only person who makes me feel comfortable. Mainly because the ones I have been to are painful and pushy. Even my kids have been coming here since they were 2 years old.

Dr. Meachum is extremely qualified, personable, gentle, and informative. Doesn’t try to rip you off or pressure you for unnecessary services. She will make her recommendations and has your best interests in mind. The staff are welcoming and nice. They are very upfront and honest about services.

Dr. Meachum is a very personable and skilled dentist. I had several appointments with her and never felt the slightest discomfort when she performed intricate procedures on my teeth. She is also very jovial, easygoing and a very good communicator…so overall the experience was very pleasant and effective. I highly recommend her as your family dentist.

Dr. Meachum & Tish are the most GENTLE dentist/hygienist I have ever met! I have always avoided the dentist because of my fears instilled as a child. Even as an adult, I would be crying in the chair from the agonizing pain. Today, I can say I’m excited to go to the dentist! Dr. Meachum & Tish are very EDUCATED and EXPERIENCED. I’m excited to know from here on out, all of my dental work will be properly done!
And thank you Brittany for always greeting me with a smile and making the insurance process so easy! I was new to my insurance company and Brittany was able to get all the info I needed to begin my dental work. Dr. Meachum & Brittany also built a payment plan for me. This meant the world to me because now I know I’m on track to a healthier mouth within my budget!

This was my first time with Dr. Meachum, and I unabashedly and highly recommend Dr. Meachum and her whole staff—Tish, Brittany and brightly smiling Leticia at the front desk! They are all so kind, sweet and very professional. Dr. Meachum is extremely thorough, kind, caring, and explains everything so you can understand and then make good, informed decisions on your treatment plan. She makes you feel comfortable right away and her touch is very gentle. I was all smiles from the time I entered to the time I left the office. Try Dr. Meachum, you’ll love her!

(…) I’ve had a regular check-up with x-rays, and a cavity filling with Dr Meachum thus far, and her and the staff’s care has been professional, warm, friendly, and extremely skilled.  (…) I love the warm, intelligent, friendly, and extremely capable care that I have received from Tish, Kristin, and Kelly since as long as I could remember.  This is true with both Dr Meachum and (previous owner): I’ve never had more fun getting cavity fillings than with these two dentists (the current and the former) and their staff!  Honestly, it’s the most painless, most enjoyable time I could’ve hoped for!  I left the office in smiles, feeling like I had a great start to my day!  
I’m very happy to continue my tradition of dental appointments with Dr Meachum and her staff!

(…) Luckily I have found a dentist’s office that meets all of my needs. Dr. Meachum and staff are so responsive to my needs and so gentle! I actually almost relax in the dental chair now. The office is built in a way that is open and flowing and doesn’t trigger any of my claustrophobic anxieties. Dr. Meachum makes sure I am numbed properly before doing work on me and trust me, having been to a dentist who didn’t numb me, it really matters! The front office staff is really friendly. Tish, the dental hygienist, is amazing!! We have a new one in the family now and look forward to bringing him to Dr. Meachum and Tish for treatment.

Already a bit anxious to visit the land of beautiful people (being a humble country bumpkin myself), my anxiety was exponentially increased when a cap, right in the front of my face (of course), broke. Horrified, I called Dr. Meachum. Her receptionist, Brittany, answered the phone with a sunny greeting, and fit me in just two hours later. Dr. Meachum x-rayed my tooth, and discussed options for fixing it with me. She was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. She and her staff went out of their way to help me. I strongly recommend Dr. Meachum!

I have never been to another dentist because I like this location so much! Tish has been the dental hygienist I have seen since I was super little (over 14 years!) I am not afraid to go to the dentist, but I did overhear a young girl who was in tears about being scared about the dentist. I heard Tish walk her through each step slowly and reassured her to make her comfortable. I heard all this while Dr. Meachum was working on me (…). Dr. Meachum is so kind, gentle, and patient. I would recommend this dental office to anyone!

She is an outstanding dentist. Very professional, timely, honest and hard working. Best cleaning I’ve had in years!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her.

Dr. Meachum and her staff are amazing! They are true experts at what they do. It’s been a while since my last dental visit so I needed quite a bit of work. I was a bit nervous but they go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. From the beautiful interior design to even the smallest things like scented essential oil diffusers, you will feel super relaxed when you are getting the dental work done. Tish is such an amazing hygienist! I very much enjoyed our conversations while she was going through the check-up/cleaning procedures. I felt no pain or discomfort throughout the entire process. Dr. Meachum and her staff also do an amazing job of educating patients about everything and have given me helpful tips to keep my dental health in check. I will continue to keep coming here and would 100% recommend everyone in OC to come visit Dr. Meachum.

My wife and I visit regularly for maintenance. Last visit however was an urgent, very bad toothache. Dr. Meachum took me in immediately, after X rays and inspection a course of action was devised, results are already positive after a few hours. They have a professional staff ready to take of the patient quickly and efficiently using the latest medical devices. Waiting time of 5-10 min spoils after years at different dentists with waiting times of a lot longer than that. The remodeled facility is quiet and comfortable.

Dr. Meachum made a nightguard for my husband and it has been so helpful to reduce his nighttime grinding and wear on his teeth.  The process was quick and easy.  Her office is airy, bright and nice and you do not feel like you are at the dentist office.  Dr.  Meachum is professional and very friendly and we definitely trust her opinions.  Must visit her if you live in the area!

The BEST Dental experience I have been to in a long time.  I must say that I have been in several Dentist’s offices for fillings and cleanings, and Dr. Meachum’s office is the best I have experienced.  I recently visited the office to have a cavity filled, as well as a deep cleaning.  Many are typically hesitant to get these procedures done, however Dr. Meachum and her staff made the experience relaxing and honestly enjoyable.
The cavity filling was simple, quick, and easy, and there was absolutely no pain involved in the process!  I didn’t even realize that the time had gone by before she said to me that we are all set and finished.  Extremely professional.  After the cavity filling, I was due for a deep cleaning.  This is a little more extensive than a standard cleaning.  The goal is to clean up tartar build up around the gums.  Tish, the Dental Hygienist who took care of the procedure, was extremely, gentle, quick, and effective in her methods.  She was also very informative, and kept me updated on exactly what she was doing every step of the way.  She made it a pleasant experience, and honestly gave me motivation again to maintain and keep up on my flossing and at-home brushing in-between visits.  I am very excited honestly to get back into Dr. Meachum’s office for my next visit (…).

I just wanted to add to the outstanding reviews for Dr Meachums’ practice I know the dentist is not fun for anyone so it is great to find a friendly face and caring people. This practice has this, from reception, the hygienist and the doctor herself  I felt well cared for and thank them.

I have always dreaded dentist appointments because of painful experiences. Then, my husband and I moved to Dana Point. He found Dr. Meachum first and told me how great his dental experience was. I was happy but skeptical. (I was really nervous and have a low threshold for pain!) My gosh…was I surprised! First, I met Brittany in the front office. She put me at ease and took x-rays quickly and easily. Next came Tish. I had never had my teeth cleaned without even a hint of pain before and she made the process even pleasant and informative! Dr. Meachum went over my x-rays with me and came up with a plan for ultimate satisfaction with my teeth! She, Tish and Brittany are very caring and kind. Love them!

Had a great experience with Dr. Meachum and her staff for my checkup and cleaning. Really nice people, efficient but not in a rush, and totally professional. Tish, the hygienist, always does a great job doing the cleaning. It was the first time I had met Dr. Meachum and I was impressed. Still the best dental office I’ve ever been to.

Dr. Meachum, Tish, and staff are an excellent team who are extremely friendly, gentle, and thorough. The overall atmosphere is professional yet warmhearted. They have state of the art equipment to ensure x-rays are taken quickly and display accurately, and they make sure the teeth deep cleaning and tooth extraction is completed as painless as possible. Their location is not ideal for me since I’m coming from north Irvine, but for a dental office I can trust, it’s well worth the drive.

Excellent service. Great professionalism. Felt as if I was seeing a friend that I hadn’t talked to in awhile. Very knowledgeable about every dental question I threw at her which made somebody like me who hadn’t been to a dentist in years, feel comfortable and confident. Would highly recommend
