Absolutely wonderful service. Highly professional client representatives, hygienists, and doctor. All of my hygienists have taken immense time with me and cared for me (I am quite scared of the dentist). I learned I had a worse case of TMJ then I thought, and the doctor and hygienists took an unexpectedly generous amount of time to explain what is happening and treatment going forward. I went back for my cavities to be filled, and was once again immedietely taken care of and treated with respect and care. I can be a pain in the butt sometimes when it comes to everything and I felt like my teeth were not perfectly lining up after fillings. I went back same day without an appointment, and they were so kind to take me right in. I typically never leave feedback, honesty. But in this day in age, where customer service, patience, and honest care is dead, I wanted future perspective patients of Impressions Dental to know this is a truly wonderful place. You will be treated with respect and given the utmost wonderful, professional care that is detailed and done right the first time.

I’ve been going to Impressions Dental for over 3 years now. I get a feeling of great satisfaction of my dental work in every visit, even though I moved from Mesa to Marana 2 years ago. Yes I make the 1 1/2 hour drive to Impressions just because I feel comfortable to have them work on my teeth. I have looked around Tucson for a while and not sensed the quality of work and expertise as Impressions has. So I make the Trek and its worth the drive for me since I have issues with my teeth that need specialized care! I appreciate all the Techs and Dr. Baker for taking care of my smile, can’t get or find any better than Impressions Dental.

I love this place, I mean as much as anybody can like getting dental work done. Needles in the mouth is never any fun, but at least all of the people here are nice and pleasant to deal with. I don’t like change so I like dealing with the same people. That’s not always possible but every time I get somebody new they are always pleasant to talk to and make it easier to be here! Today I dealt with Victoria and she helped to make my first crown experience bearable, I hope not to have it done again but would definitely be back here if that was necessary. Dr. Baker is good at what he does and has created an environment at this office that me and my family enjoy, again as much as anybody can enjoy dental work.

Let me tell you! Today was my first crown ever! It was to be a same-day crown but the universe had other plans for this girl! Amanda did such a good job! She was so personable and totally relate-able! She also explained my options quite well. The entire procedure was seamless and Amanda was very good about keeping me abreast of the progress. Dr. Baker was in and out in a timely manner as usual! Their everyday chit-chat was reassuring as well, because I never wondered if anything was going south (which it never did). I was in an out in and hour (for my temp crown)! I have never loved a dentist or his office folks more than Dr. Baker and the staff at Impressions Dental. I highly recommend you go see them!

I’ve been coming to Impressions Dental for the past few years and I am very satisfied with the services they’ve provided myself, and my family with. I had Veneers done previously with another practice and after having them in for 8 years one of them suddenly cracked. I called Impressions Dental and they got me in within an hour of it happening. After having my Veneers replaced I knew what I had been missing for the past 8 years…Natural looking teeth! The previous Dentist put in bulky Veneers that did not match my other teeth, which looked very un-natural..I am happy Amanda took the time, and patience to listen to exactly how I wanted my new Veneers to look. Great dental office! An emergency arose, namely a very old crown (30+ years old) broke and I received an appointment the next business day. Dr. Baker and Amanda were very professional and caring. Would recommend them to anyone. The only drawback is they do not take HMO insurances. So – You do have to keep on your toes with the billing department.

Best dentist hands down! I can say that after 7 years if not seeing a dentist, my oral care is in great hands! He brought me back from periodontal issues! Also, I’m on my second zoom whitening treatment ever and so excited with the outcome! The first time I had it done I was amazed and wish I’d have kept up with it. Yes, they give trays for upkeep, but I have squirrel moments and forget. Go see Dr. Baker for all your oral care and then some! He and his staff are top notch!

I hate the dentist. I hate going ever since I was little. This was the first time I left at ease and got out of pain in just one visit. The front receptionist was able to get me in the same day. My cheek had me looking like a chipmunk because it was so swollen. Dr. Baker was able to complete my root canal and by the time I left I felt so much better. 2 days later my swelling went all the way down. I was the biggest nervous wreck but the staff and Dr made sure I was comfortable before starting anything. This office is pretty great!

I was a little skeptical to come to this office because of the drive but I saw some really great reviews and had to see for myself. I had an amazing visit with Nansy who cleaned my teeth. She is very gentle and thorough. Dr. Baker did my exam and he is so down to earth and didn’t push me for any unnecessary treatment like some dentists at other offices have in the past. I can’t forget the massage chairs which is the coolest and made my visit even more relaxing! This is the best dental office I have ever been to by far!

My son had an accident where he took a hard hit baseball to the upper left side of his jaw/gum area. He was already scheduled to pick up his custom mouth guard 2 hours after the accident… really!? Terrible timing for us…I called the office and they got us right in for x-rays and stitches in the upper lip. Doctor Baker and his team are the best in Chandler. I’ve been a scardy cat all my life about the dentist and not only do they cater to cowards (nitrous oxide) but they also have all the latest technologies to help make your appointment as pain-free and quick as humanly possible. I had a crown fall out last night (a Friday) and luckily they were open today (Sat.) and were able to squeeze me in early this AM to replace it (the old one had broken just enough that it needed to be replaced). The appointment went very smoothly, everything was explained to me about what would happen and how much it would all be before they did anything, and they made sure I was comfy the whole time. They have always been spot on with the amount I will have to pay after insurances cover. Very helpful with alternative solutions when I cringe over a certain plan of treatment. Also, very very accommodating with my demanding work schedule which includes last minute surprises that make me have to call and ask to reschedule. Techs are super cool with my gag reflux and they show extreme patience with me. I moved and continue to see Doc Baker and his team even though I now have to drive almost 25 miles each way to do it!
