Dr Jacobs is AMAZING, he’s done fantastic work for the overall health of my teeth. His staff is equally amazing from Jerry, and the amazing blonde at the front to Arlene and Dacia as the hygienists and my personal favorite Jill as his right hand woman. I unfortunately didn’t take good care of my teeth with awful candy and smoking habits. Jacobs and his wonderful ladies go me back on track with s health feeling and looking mouth. They are such a great staff always helpful, well mannered, caring and go the extra mile. I love that he’s so honest and doesnt BS. This is by far the BEST place around.

First visit with at Modern Dental in Palm Coast I am very happy to start this journey to regaining my dental health. I have a number of issues that need attention. Dr Jacobs and his team explained everything with much detail and let me know what my options were, pricing and the best step by step route to take towards my goal for a healthier mouth. Side note….the office is very clean. The atmosphere is very comfortable and a very friendly and helpful staff. All around great first visit.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Ronald Jacob’s practice. I was very impress with the staff from the first day I went for an exam. It had been some time since my last visit to a dentist and I knew that I was going to need extensive work. However, they did not make me feel uncomfortable or guilty. On the contraire, they complemented my teeth in what they could be honest about. Dr. Jacob made some observations that no one else had made before but it’s something that can be a serious issue with my health. So far, my dealings with the staff Nicki, Tammy, Jill and others have been super. I highly recommend Dr. Jacob’s dental practice. This is my firs review that I have written about any business I have ever dealt with.

Can’t say enough great things about this office and the dental assistant Jill was amazing! I came to them after leaving another local dentist and it was such a great move. I went to another place in Palm Coast looking for a dentist, I felt like I was just a number there, and as long as my check was good thats all that mattered. I really didnt want to go back. I needed some work done and found Dr. Jacob, I have to say Im really glad I did his staff is great and they take their time with you and are great at explaining what is going on. I have not had a dentist sit and talk options and what he suggests and actually have a conversation with me in a long time. If your looking for a dentist he and his staff are great. I strongly suggest going there.

I had an emergency appointment due to a cracked tooth and was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. This was my first visit. My husband is a patient and I was able to be seen within 24 hours, which is amazing. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. Dr. Jacob was very thorough and put me at ease. A month ago I developed pain at the site of my molar that has a cap on it. I called the office and the got me in the same day! I was very nervous because novocaine does not work for me. We found out that the cap on my molar was cracked causing the pain. Dr Jacobs said I will numb each tooth for you, I had 2 issues next to each other. I’m not sure how he did it but he numbed each tooth with a small bar I didn’t feel a thing!!! No numb face, cheeks, lips. I was totally IMPRESSED!!!! Dr Jacobs explains everything to you before he does anything and if you are uncomfortable in any way he will stop. The office staff was AWESOME as well they were professional, kind, helpful. I’m so happy my friend recommended Modern Dental Dr Jacobs to me and my husband who will be going next for all of his dental work. This is the best office EVER ❤️

Just booked an appt. and the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I had called several other dentists and couldn’t get an appt. until January. The other place I called had snotty receptionists who didn’t seem to want to be bothered to even answer the phone. They also were very rude. However, here at Dr. Jacob’s office the lady on the phone was extremely friendly and got right to business. Satisfied so far! Will update after my appt!

Not a full time resident of Palm coast but while here helping with the care of my elderly Mom who suffered a stroke, I broke a front tooth & was frantic to have it taken care of & I Went to Dr Jacobs office & not only did he take care of that tooth he also took the time to take care of a second tooth that also needed attention . Dr Jacob was wonderful & very informative & patient even though this was an unscheduled visit . I would not only recommend Dr Jacob but also everyone else in his office

Dr. Jacob is a fantastic dentist and his office employees are just as amazing! He explains everything he’s going to do before he starts. The dental hygienist are great dealing with children, and they make getting your teeth cleaned not so bad. What a great office. I was greeted with a full smile when I arrived. I had just stopped by to check out the prospect of a new dentist and walked away a new patient. The lady in the front office, Tammy I think was her name, gave me a quick tour and said that I needed to look no further. So, I tried it. My 1st visit and I was convenience, she was right. We shared a joke and a cup of coffee while I nervously waited. How can it be that the office staff is so bright and in good humor so early in the morning ?? Dr. Jacob spent time with me going over what I needed now and what to be on the watch for in the near future. What a terrific staff and doctor. I have severe dental phobia and Dr. Jacob understands and really takes the time needed to make sure I am comfortable and pain free. He includes me in decisions and doesn’t rush me. He says that my comfort comes first and that is definitely true. I require sedation for my treatments and he is empathetic to that and waits until I am ready to start treatment. I truly experience little pain during procedures (in the past 2 weeks, 2 bridges, extractions, crowns and root canal) and any pain that I do have, he renumbs me until I don’t feel anything. I had an emergency over the weekend and he corresponded with me and did what he could do to make sure that I was taken care of. It is hard for me to even make a phone call to the dentist, but Shannon at the front, understands that and does what she can to help me through it! Then there’s Jill…she is one of the hygienists and the one that I make sure is my partner every time I go. I truly mean it when I say partner because she understands my needs and will do whatever she can to keep me calm, comfortable and cared for. She is very gentle and knows a bunch of tricks to make the trip a little easier. I cant say that I am anywhere near cured of my phobia, but Dr. Jacob and Jill certainly make it a little easier. I actually went today without crying and had a bit of a smile!

I would recommend Dr Jacobs office to anybody I have been with Dr Jacobs for many years off and on he’s had some of the greatest staff Deborah the dental hygienist who did my cleaning was exceptional very professional did a great job took time took time to explain everything she did a thorough teeth cleaning. my only problem was when I booked my appointment originally the person who took the appointment assured me that there was no problem with the insurance and that everything was good. but the day of the appointment I was told that I had $192 bill to pay free tooth cleaning. I called my insurance company who assured me that they had not received a phone call verifying the proof of insurance that they were in the network. I would have to say it was partly my fault for not verifying it myself but being with them for so long I didn’t think anything was wrong so I got stuck with $192 Bill and now I have to find a new dentist within my network. so if you’re interested in a dentist he’s great but verify that he’s in your network because they didn’t that upset me not only did I have a 200 plus dollar credit but I also had $192 bill to pay for my wife who had a cleaning the same day so if I didn’t have that credit I would have been out a little over 400 bucks but again Deborah to end this on a good note was awesome I recommend them to anybody.

The& medical staff has been and will be the best. The only problem here is the front office staff. HOWEVER on this visit, they did everything you would expect a top notice medical office would do. They call to let us know they had to change my wife’s appointment. Ok They addressed us by name, great. They looked up my insurance (not just a cheat sheet), to determine what it will cost me for the dental plan created by the medical staff. This as truly a great visit. Arlene is the best hygienist. Ask for her by name.

Wow! Wow!wow! I cannot say enough praises for Dr.Jacobs and his staff!! I had to have some cosmetic work done on my 6 top front teeth. I have always had a fear of the dentist, not only is Dr.Jacobs bedside manner top notch, he had no problem making sure that I was completely numbed up, and his work is definitely top notch!! It took some extra time only because my gums were stubbornly swollen, but now I have a bridge and beautiful crowns!! I got my smile back!! I am eternally grateful to Dr.Jacobs and his staff.
