Edit: I called again today and finally got ahold of someone. They were very professional and got me in for tomorrow for my appointment. I have been going here for about a year and a half.. They are all very nice but my issue is, is they never answer the phone. I had my number changed and called them to let them know because they usually call you a few days in advance to remind you of your appointment which is so nice. Although I usually put it in my calendar anyway, I had forgotten. Several calls and messages later (it’s been 3 weeks) and I still have yet to get ahold of anyone regarding my next appointment. My fault for not keeping track of it but it’s a 25 min drive for me to go here and I feel like I shouldn’t have to show up to talk to someone. A simple phone call returned would be appreciated.
