Today marks my third visit to A New Smile Dental Group in Canyon Country and I just walked out with a HUGE smile on my face! What can I say other than that they are absolutely, completely, totally, and by far the BEST dental group that I have ever frequented..Marcela sets the standard and has me right at ease as soon as I walk through the door, she has the brightest personality and the most friendly smile; I always enjoy speaking with Marcela. Today, I enjoyed the favor of Dr. Lila; She welcomed me with a cold bottle of water, some friendly conversation as well as a fantastic rate for services rendered… Dr. Lila was very kind. Next, I met Sonia and she did a fine job assisting me with getting set-up and made the preparations to begin treatment. Then it was time for the dental hygenist to work his magic, and he is magical. Zareh took the time to teach me how to properly care for my teeth and gums before he commenced treatment on my teeth and gums; He even went online to show me what kind of flosser would be more advantageous for me to be using. Lastly, Zareh cleaned my teeth and did an impeccable job, as usual…there really are none better than Zareh, he is the most gentle and the most professional. BIG thanks to A New Smile Dental Group for their continued excellence. ..I can not wait to return!

First things first! I absolute hate going to the dentist! I would cringe at the thought of hearing the drills or getting poked. My experience with A New Smile changed my life! The comfort offered by Dr. Lisa and her team was amazing. From the moment you walk in, Edna makes you feel right at home. Dr. Lisa walks you through the entire procedure and ensures that you feel calm yet informed. My outlook on going to the dentist has completely changed thanks to A New Smile and I can’t wait to go back for more work. Thanks again ladies!!

I’ve been visiting Dr. Lila since I was a kid and the experience is always great.  The entire staff is friendly and all the upbeat attitudes make for an overall positive trip.  Everything about the office feels modern with up-to-date technology in every room: including Netflix so you can catch up on your shows while you wait.  Just don’t plan to watch a whole episode; I’ve never had to wait that long.  I would recommend this office to anybody, especially to those that get a little nervous about the dentist.

I found this dental office here on yelp and because of the wonderful reviews I took my kids here and I’m so glad I did. Everyone is awesome here, the staff is friendly and helpful, the office is very clean and the wait time is not long. Dr. Lila is amazing, my kids love her and they look forward to seeing her every 6 months. She’s very gentle and patient with them, you can tell she really loves her job.

I went to A New Smile Dental Group after not having a dentist since moving to California. I have had the same family dentist my entire life, so branching out was a little worrisome for me. I was very surprised when I arrived at how helpful and happy everyone at the office was. Dr. Lila took me in for a cleaning and another procedure the same day even though I didn’t have an appointment for that. Karen helped me out so much with my insurance issue and took the time to answer all of my questions and work with my difficult insurance. I am happy to have found a great new dentist office!

I travel to this Dental Office from LA to work with my dentist, Dr. Lila, who used to practice five minutes from my house.  Now she’s a 40 minute drive away, but for me, she’s worth the trip.  Dr. Lila is that rare dentist who is wise, great at what she does, and a heck of a nice person to boot.  i have a pretty big fear of going to the dentist, but Dr Lila always puts me at ease.  She is a fantastic listener and has no ego, she genuinely wants what’s best for her patients and doesn’t try to push expensive treatments that aren’t necessary (like my former dentist did.)  I’ve also had another dentist from her staff work with me.  Unfortunately I can’t remember his name, but he was also gentle, professional, and I would recommend him as well without hesitation.

Dr. Lila and her staff are truly fantastic!!!  The minute we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly staff member (Karin, I think her name was) who got us through our paperwork quickly.  Both visits we waited maybe 5 minutes before we were called back.  My teenage son, who hates going to the dentist, had a great experience.  I’m not going to say he loves going to the dentist now but Dr. Lila made him feel very comfortable.  My son has very sensitive teeth and has trouble getting completely numb when getting fillings done.  I don’t know if she has magic but not only did she get him numb enough, but for the first time ever he wasn’t even sore after the numbing wore off.  But that was not even the best part of my sons experience. When we went to a different local dentist they told us that my son had 11 cavities that needed to be filled.  He had not been to the dentist in just over a year but 11 still seemed like an awful lot to me.  I took him to Dr. Lila for a second opinion and she informed us that he had ONE cavity that defiantly needed to be filled and that the others were so small that with proper brushing, flossing and dental check-ups every 6 month, he may never need to get them filled. I don’t know about everyone else but if that doesn’t say “HONEST DENTIST” to you I don’t know what will. I also very much appreciate that they tell you upfront before starting a procedure what the cost will be.  The Dr. suggested a few services that she recommended or thought I might be interested in in regards to my cleaning. One of her staff members went over the cost with me and when I choose not to get anything more then the cleaning she did not pressure me at all.   I also kind of liked how you get to see the x-rays and pictures of your teeth on the TV as they take them. The dental assistant who took the x-rays was also very friendly and told me to let her know if the thingy that they move all over your mouth when they take x-rays hurts because she will fix it.  What??? I thought you just had to live with it jabbing painfully in your gums until they moved it. My husband has an appointment with them soon and I’m confident that he is going to have a great experience.

I had a great experience at A New Smile Dental. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Very clean office with modernized furniture and televisions. My appointments start on time and the staff does everything they can to make you comfortable if you’re nervous. The front desk and treatment coordinator are very detailed when giving you information about your teeth and options. Did i mention all the patient chairs have Netflix? Yes i was watching Family Guy while getting a cleaning! The dentist, hygienist and dental assistants are all very thorough with their work and wont let you leave till you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend A New Smile Dental to everyone and want to thank them for their amazing work!
