It was my first trip to the dentist in several years and I was very apprehensive about the state of my teeth. The moment I walked into Academy Dental Care I felt at ease. The team was super helpful and attentive and walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. I feel very optimistic about the future of my dental health and look for forward to working with them in the future. Would definitely recommend.

The best dentist! I have been coming here for 2.5 years. I come every 6 months for my routine cleaning and a few times a year for Invisalign trays. Dr. Shuster is so nice and amazing at her job. Everyone is super professional and very friendly. The rooms and chairs are very clean. They do a great job at making you feel super comfortable in that chair. Highly recommend coming here!

Have been a patient here for several years. This is the best place ever. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly. Dr. Ella Shuster does amazing work and isn’t satisfied unless the patient is happy. She explains everything she is going to do and makes sure the patient understands and is comfortable. She is the best and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new dentist.

I went to this dentist since 3rd or 4th grade. Back then, I’ve never had any significant issues. Unfortunately, there were a few years when I had to go see another dentist as a result of an insurance transition in the family. But after another insurance transition, I was back to seeing this dentist. I was really glad to be back here. Why you may ask? Here we go with my recent experience! (I’ve been here twice ever since the final insurance transition took place.) When we walked in, we were greeted by the receptionist. She made myself sign a few forms. Then I was told to wait. After a 10-15 minute wait (I’m never in a hurry for something like this.), I got called in by one of the assistants. Speaking of the assistant, she maintained a positive attitude throughout my experience. She was the one who actually provided the basic teeth cleaning service. You see, at my other dentist, only one person (the dentist himself) provided the basic service, while other patients had to wait. But here, one assistant provided service for a patient, while the main dentist tended to another. That was a good way of cutting down on other patients’ waiting times. After I was done, I was sent to another room to be inspected by the main dentist. We briefly conversed, and then I was examined to make sure the proper services were rendered. This part was done in a very short period of time. Then I was cleared to leave. I’ll never forget the one time when I was presented with a record of my last visit before being switched off by insurance, which was when I was a little kid. It has been a long time! What I really liked was the main “cleaning” machine that was utilized for my basic service. Instead of using the old “nozzle” machine for cleaning each tooth separately (previous dentist), they used one that “blasted” (or sprayed) a dental solution all over your teeth. Unlike the old machine, this cleaning process was completed in a shorter period of time, and felt very comfortable. Now this was modern technology at it’s finest in regards to positive time efficiency and comfort. Just keep in mind that parts of your face may get covered with that dental solution and you may feel water drip down your neck during this process. But hey, this is all in good favor! If that machine isn’t enough to make you feel comfortable, then how about the TVs? Each room for dental procedures had a TV inside for you to watch while having your teeth cleaned. You could watch either news or food programming (I don’t get cravings when watching food shows on TV). It definitely wasn’t like that at my old dentist. Upon being cleared to leave, I received a bag that contained a premium toothbrush, and samples of toothpaste and dental floss. This was awesome! They do have a small parking area, which isn’t a

Dr. Shuster is amazing!!! She has taken me in for three last minute emergencies, one of them being on New Year’s Eve. She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable and kind. I feel like I’ve never been in better hands. I never have to wait and her tvs always have Friends on. Her mom and the rest of her team are are just as nice. I highly recommend Dr. Shuster!

I had a wonderful experience at Academy Dental Care. I had a recent change in dental insurance, requiring me to seek out a new dental practice. I was worried to go to a new dentist especially during the time of the pandemic. However, Academy Dental Care provided COVID strict protocols in advance and one I was there, I felt very comfortable in the dental chair and had a very detailed and thorough cleaning. Dr. Shuster is also very personable, friendly and answered all of my questions – exactly what I was looking for in a dentist. The dental space is very well kept and maintained – all brand new re-done dental office that was very nice and clean. I will definitely be returning there for my next dental visit.

I have avoided the dentist since I was a child and so when I finally mustered up enough courage to become an adult, I researched dentists in my area and came across Dr. Ella Shuster. I was extremely nervous about the teeth cleaning procedure to the point of anxiety tears. But that was a piece of cake thanks to her highly skilled and comforting staff. When I was told I had multiple cavities, obviously! for 20 years avoidance, Dr. Ella Shuster was able to detect horrible fear and anxiety in my eyes. She knew I wasn’t coming back, so she explained the importance of visiting the dentist and prescribed me a single pill to take the for my next appointment. After that, cavity fillings or needles didn’t scare me. I even came back 8 months later for another visit without the help of the pill. It was went so smooth! I actually started scheduling regular visits. Who knew? I highly encourage you to visit her and her staff if you’re scared of or avoid dentists in general. You’ll wish you went sooner!

My first visit with Dr. Shuster went very well. The office staff was amicable and helpful. They helped me with understanding my insurance and other things. Although I couldn’t get much done, Dr.Shuster told me specifically why and what to do. She recommended others that would be able to help. Also scheduled a follow-up appointment to make sure everything would come out okay. Dr. Shuster was very warm and comforting. I definitely liked her and will be going back for future check-ups.
