I am very loyal to Dr. Yi. My last dentist before coming to Dr. Yi was a horrible experience that made me weary of dentists. I told Doc my concerns and he worked with me in every way. He explains what I need explained and tells me the truth about my teeth. We moved from Aurora but I still drive back to him for anything I need. He knows my insurance and tells me up front what the payments will be. I love the fact that he has extended and Saturday hours. Call and compare, he is well worth the visit.

Seriously such an amazing experience here! I have the worst anxiety when it comes to the dentist and the team here helped ease all of it. Jasmine was amazing at helping me scheduling an appointment the same day and helped me figure out my insurance, Vanessa was so friendly, funny and understanding of me not being a huge dentist fan and Dr. Woon was also very understanding and spoke to me like a person and broke everything we were doing down so I felt comfortable with the whole experience. Definitely won’t be scared to come in for my next appointment lol 10/10 would recommend!

My husband, 2 boys and I have been with Dr. Yi over 15 years now. Dr. Yi is the most soft spoken, well mannered, caring dentist I’ve ever known. He has an amazing staff who are all very knowledgable, friendly and gentle as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Yi and his staff to anyone, you won’t be disappointed!! I love this dental office and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist. When I first starting going in 2011, I was concerned because I had not had a check up in several years. Dr. Woon Yi and his team had an amazing talent for calming my nerves, were very sensitive to my issues, and quickly addressed my concerns in a professional manner. Also, his assistants were able to locate my insurance information even though I had recently switched jobs and had not received my full insurance information from my new employer. A+++

Fantastic dentist! Dr. Woon is a dedicated professional who excels at creating a welcoming environment and provides comprehensive treatment for any oral issues. I came to Dr. Woon after not seeing a dentist in ten years. He gave me an overall checkup and provided me with a deep clean on all my teeth and then gave me a plan to improve my oral health. After three months he had me come in to get my wisdom teeth removed. The four molars were already rotting away and were hurting my jaws movement and he quickly and effectively removed them with minimal pain. Since then he has had me come in for check ups every 6 months or so but unlike before I walk in confident because he provided me with a great and easy to follow plan to help me out and now my teeth are better than ever. I have recommended Dr. Woon to all my friends and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind down to earth Doctor.

I had a dental emergency that needed to be addressed on Halloween, which also happened to be a Saturday. The friendliness and pleasantness of the office staff making room for me to be seen the same morning that I called was a God send. Also, the entire experience in-office was so nice from start to finish. The provider, Dr. Yi was so kind and personable. He also made the time to call me later that evening just to check on me. I am looking forward to my follow up appointments because I know I’m in good hands. I’m also going to schedule my husband and probably my child to come here as regular patients in the future!

There are several dentist offices in my town, but I still drive up to an hour to visit Dr. Yi. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming. All the hygienists are competent and kind. I most appreciate Dr. Yi’s focus on prevention. He has given me the knowledge and tools to prevent and reverse issues with teeth and gums and doesn’t just jump into excessive treatment or surgeries before more basic methods and care have been tried.

Dr. Yi and Tabatha (his office manager/assistant) have always been friendly and great to me and my family. Don’t believe the false review done by an ex-empolyees boyfriend. So shady. I do recommend him to others for kids, adults, and elderly as he has seen each in my family. My son has even fallen asleep several times in the chair getting a filling at age 6 and 7. Unreal but true.

Had a massive toothache at 3 in the morning on a Saturday adn there was no way for me to hold off until Monday I needed help NOW! Access Dental made room for me and got me in!!! Dr Yi is fantastic. Feels like you’re talking to a person that cares. Comfort Dental just makes you feel like you’re just customer #32 in the line. Like you’re just a customer at a McDonalds. Dr. Yi makes you feel at home. I got my root canal and that pain went away.
