Ace Dental Boston is the best dental practice I’ve ever been to! Lyndsey and Joanne at the front desk are amazing. They remember my name when I walk in the front door. They send reminders about my appointments and call to check on me after my root canal. I truly appreciate that! It shows that they care about their patients. Dr. Kim is gentle, professional, and caring. He’s always checking on how I’m doing and making sure I’m not in pain. Seriously, the best dentist I’ve ever had. Harrison and Erin are amazing dental hygienists. Everyone in the office have great personalities and you can tell they all love their jobs and work very well together. I love the vibe and everyone is easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place!

Awesome dental office! The hygienist was friendly and the cleaning was painless. Dr. Kim was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me the cavities I have with x-rays and the intra-oral camera. I was also followed up with a detailed treatment plan. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs comprehensive dental care in this area.

I am not a review person, I don’t write reviews mostly. But I want share my experience with Ace dental Boston. I went to a dentist few months ago,because my tooth broke again (this one had root canal few years ago in my country),the dentist suggested to pull it out and do an implant. I always thought I should save my teeth as much as I can, so I decided to ask second opinion about this tooth. I did a lot of research from here and Google, because I don’t want to make any mistakes this time ,based on my not good experiences with other dentists. I find few dentist’s clinic from Yelp, and visit all in few weeks,then I decided to get my treatment with Dr. Kim I went to Ace dental 3 times, met Lan and Lyndsey ,they were friendly,making an appointment is smooth. I met Dr.Kim, he is young and active, answered all my questions professionally . I like the way Dr. Kim communicated with me. During the treatment,Dr. Kim always checked to see if I felt comfortable . I met Joanna, she been working there for long long time, she also tender with my tooth. So far my new crown is working well, filling of my other tooth is good too. Hopefully this work can last longer. I know how boring it can be working with the same thing every day, I am glad I met the team of Ace dental Boston ,everyone have the passion for their work. Thank you Dr.Kim and your team, keep up the good work.

I have been going to the dentist on River Street since it was James Murphy then Dr. Dean and now Dr Kim I had my teeth cleaned the other day, this is my second visit to the office and it was just a great experience from beginning to end. Very relaxing Lindsay the receptionist was super friendly and helpful regarding billing and booking appointments and Estella oh my goodness the best cleaning I’ve ever had in my life and I have to say sorry to my friend Elaine who used to be my hygienist I saw Dr Kim also came and gave me a good review. This was a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. See you in three months!!! Lorraine B

This office is amazing. I have met everyone in the office and they are all always so happy and welcoming. I have a fear of the dentist and going gives me great anxiety. This office has made going to the dentist a breeze and a pleasure. All of the staff makes sure to say hello. Every interaction and appointment I have had was quick and easy. Lyndsey is so warm and always asks how you are and she genuinely cares. Lan the office manager is so helpful and reassuring and a pleasure to chat with. Janet was so nice and gentle. She reassured me the whole time of my cleaning and checked in to make sure I was ok several times. JoAnne is amazing and kind. She chatted with me and eased my fears during my fillings which I was very anxious about. Dr. Kim is great. He is so nice and did an amazing job on my fillings. He was quick with the needles that I was worried about. Before I knew it the three teeth were done and I was on my way. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care! I wish I could give ten stars. I am so happy I found this office and am finally able to get dental care again!

I was nervous prior to my appointment with Dr. Kim. However, this is by far the best dental practice that I’ve been to. The office seems to have the latest equipment and everything is really clean, which is important especially during covid. All the employees there were friendly, courteous, and helpful. My appointments were fast for a filling and cleaning, but the work Dr. Kim does is the best! He is knowledgeable and I didn’t have to worry about experiencing any pain. I’ve recommended this place to others I know!

Truly the BEST dental practice in ALL of Boston (and probably beyond). Ace Dental makes you feel like part of a bigger family with amazing customer service, the cleanest office, true care for their customers, and, oh yeah… great dental care!! My teeth have never been cleaner than they are now thanks to my girl Shaina. I couldn’t put 10 stars so 5 will have to do. Thank you to the Ace dental team!

I am not really one to write reviews. I wasn’t really sure how to start but I was going to this practice when it was Dr. Dean and I liked Dr. Dean. At one point before he retired and practice changed over I was thinking of switching Dentists because I guess I was looking for change and also second opinion as Dr. Dean told me he thinks I need mouth guard but I didn’t want to believe him. But I did need one. Anyway i am glad I still go here. I have nothing bad to say about the new practice! I believe I’ve been twice already. A cleaning and I just had a root canal on Saturday and I tell you I was not looking forward to it at all!! I was nervous. But it’s true as soon as you walk in it’s nothing but friendly, professionalism, courteous staff. The girls at front desk are great. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. One of The girls at front desk came and sat next to me and put me at ease before my root canal. My root canal went fine. It took me a long time to schedule this. One was because my ins. But Dr. Kim is great! He cares about his patients. I am glad I did it and got it over with. Very minimal pain or no pain I had and I was also trying to focus on the music. Thank god for the music they had playing! They did the place over which looks nice. Their equipment is up to date! Afterwards I did have little pain after the nova cane wore off but I expected. I think I have high tolerance for pain anyway. But I would def reccomend this practice! Dr. Kim is great!

I was a patient of the former dentist and owner of this practice, Dr. David. As patients, we were given letters from Dr. David stating that he chose Dr. Kim to take over the practice because of the care he shows his patients. He chose wisely! Dr. Kim and his staff are very friendly and professional. I even received restaurant recommendations from the receptionist, Lan. The dental hygienist, Janet was very informative and kind as well.

Going to the dentist has never been more pleasant! Everyone is extremely friendly & caring and they take great care of you from the moment you walk in to the second that you leave! Extra special shout out to Lyndsey at the front desk for her amazing customer service & my favorite dental hygienist Shaina!
