I don’t know where to start they are amazing!!!I have been Advanced Orthodontics since June of 2016. My dentist referred me to Advanced Orthodontics and before I became an established patient Dr Karotkin was available for suggestions before i got my braces. I hadn’t sign anything and Dr Karotkin was still available. I truly appreciate it. Everyone is wonderful. They won’t leave any questions unanswered . When I first got my braces I received a bag full of stuff to help me during my treatment from wax ,floss, toothbrush, bite wafer, numbing paste, toothpaste.  I have a friend who got braces too from another place and didn’t received anything to help her for the first few days like I did. Dr Karotkin also went over my consent the week before I had my extractions done. I was a little worried because I had 6 extracted that’s including my wisdom teeth. So it was really nice of him to do that . My insurance doesn’t cover orthodontics I could easily waited for open enrollment and sign for a HMO and get my treatment covered but I love Advanced Orthodontics its worth every penny to me. Its also a very clean and efficient practice.

Best decision I ever made. What made my experience here all the better was the staff. From the receptionist to the doctor I received more than exceptional service. The attention to detail, the ease in making my appointments and how genuinely kind and warm hearted everyone is here makes the experience well worth it. My teeth are PERFECT!!!!!! I would highly recommend Advance Orthodontics to anyone who wants a great smile!!! I started my treatment back in Dec. 2017 and I am wrapping up in March 2019 (I was projected to finish around June 2019 at the earliest but the clinic managed to fix me up sooner :)). I must say I had such a great experience! Dr. Karotkin and Dr. Rodriguez are both extremely professional and nice, and the staff members are also very sweet and welcoming. From day 1 you can tell that they are really listening to your concerns and working with you to find something that’s the most suitable. I had to wear wired braces for my bottom teeth correction, which was the biggest cosmetic concern I had, but they did such a great job that the braces were almost invisible! And, I was able to switch to invisalign in just 10 months. All in all, this clinic is the best in town and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My son Riley, was 7 years old when his two front baby teeth were gone and we were referred to Karotkin and Rodriguez and his team by our regular Dentist. The experience has been an absolute joy. Our son had rotated tooth and teeth were coming in in front of other teeth. I love Dr. Karotkin and Rodriguez and his staff. The office is lovely, the hours are accommodating, and the entire staff is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this orthodontist to friends.They are super nice to my family and always tell me what they are going to do before they do it. They take the time to explain everything to get in detail. They are wonderful people and I look forward to working with them more as my son’s teeth grow!  I-am grateful for their attention to detail in helping my son achieve a great smile that will last a lifetime. Advance Orthodontist are one of the greatest dental related experiences that i have ever experienced. They have some of the kindest orthodontist and orthodontist help and they work fast and perfectly. They did some of the best teeth work i have ever seen and they are the sole reason i have perfect straight teeth today. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been with Advanced Orthodontics since I was a kid and now in college. They really do treat you like family and invite you into their small world. The atmosphere of the office itself is very welcoming. All of the staff really make your time there bearable – even if you don’t like the dentist! Overall, their care and work is amazing.

I simply can not say enough good things about Dr Karotkin and his staff. I was referred to Dr Karotkin from Dr David Alfi for braces prior to major jaw surgery. Dr Karotkin and his staff were consummate professionals and delivered an exceptional product for me, with the utmost professionalism and a side of humor. I was always treated very respectfully, and my time was valued. I want to give a special shout out to Janie, who always has a huge smile on her face and is genuinely interested in each patient, their professional plan, and their outside lives. No matter what day you’re having, Janie will make it better. Teeth are important, and no one knows this more than this practice. Thank you John, Lena, Freddie, Renee, Maritza, and Juanita.

Dr Karotkin and Janie are both so amazing. You always feel like they are on top of everything that is going on with your children. Jamie walks you through everything so thoroughly and answers all your questions. Dr Karotkin makes sure you clearly understand what’s going on and is very patient to explain everything in detail. I couldn’t be happier with them and HIGHLY recommend them.

I’m so happy I found Advance Orthodontics. I had such a bad experience with my previous orthodontist and needed to find a new one ASAP. Advance Orthodontics staff is amazing. Very friendly. I can already tell that this office goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I’m so excited to start my treatment!!

More complications, and the need for someone who is very well-versed in  treating complex dental issues — Dr. Karotkin.  It’s not enough to do fillings, or know Invisalign.  It’s the holistic approach of taking all factors into consideration, devising the best treatment.  I feel so comfortable at Advance Orthodontics.  Their new offices are beautiful, convenient (BW8/Briar Forest), ample parking, and Zen like.  The whole office and staff radiate peacefulness, calm, a sense that your problem and needs will be taken care of.  Hallelujah!

My experience at Advance Orthodontist has been AMAZING. I had such low confidence with my smiling until I decided to try Invisalign and have Dr. Karotkin and his staff guide me through the process. Best decision ever! The staff has been friendly, welcoming and professional since day one. I’ve had different assistants/hygienists (Freddy, Renee, Manny, Karina, Juanita, etc.) and not once did I have a bad experience. Dr. Karotkin was patient with hearing my concerns and a perfectionist with my smile. He helped give me a smile that I cannot stop showing off. I will be forever grateful.
