What a wonderful blessing it is that I was referred to this practice. Dr Silverman and his staff embody the concept of Outstanding service. I have a challenging mouthful of neglected chompers and Dr Silverman has managed to do some serious work with essentially zero pain and made me feel in control of the whole process. His staff is certainly the friendliest and most competent that I have ever dealt with. You will be raving about this world class practice too, after 1 visit.

As a follow-up to my previous review, the implant procedure I began has continued for over 5 months as expected. During that time, Dr. Silverman and Dianna have continued to provide extremely close and attentive dental care, and have remained in close touch with the dental surgeon performing the initial phase of my specialized implant. Everything has progressed as expected and I remain extremely appreciative for the close attentive care and coordination with the surgeon this team has provided while going through such a lengthy and delicate procedure. Had my first quarterly cleaning and post surgical examination on 12/14. My hygienist, Dianna, took great care in working around the surgical sight and addressing some plaque buildup that occurred since my implant surgery. There was absolutely no discomfort during the cleaning procedure and I could feel the improvement immediately as I left the appointment. I require deep cleanings due to past years of less than stellar home hygiene, and Dianna has been incredible in providing the level of care I need, resulting in much more stable dental health. After the cleaning, Dr. Silverman went to great lengths to provide me with a temporary solution at the surgical site of the implant, as full healing and permanent tooth insertion remains a few months out. The implant site involves 2 teeth and is a difficult area to manipulate temporary tooth coverage, and Dr. Silverman worked very patiently at creating a strong and sturdy solution to carry me until the full process can be completed. This service had not been scheduled for this visit as the oral surgeon had just cleared me for temporary teeth a few days earlier, but Dr. Silverman made it clear he was not going to let me leave that appointment without a reliable temporary tooth solution. Needless to say, I have been ecstatic with the level of service and care Dr. Silverman, Dianna and their entire staff have provided to me and I feel extremely fortunate to be under their care for my dental needs.

Okay…so…it’s been YEARS since I’ve been to a dentist. More years than I could ever admit in writing. And DEFINITELY more years than I could ever admit in writing on the internet. And the reason is the same as it is for many others. I hate going to the dentist!! I want to use the word “terrified”…But here’s the truth: Advanced Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is just the best Dentist Office in the state of Georgia and beyond!!! I honestly am no longer scared to go to the dentist!! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Plaisance, Dr. Silverman, Krysten, Tiara, Liz, Taylor, and (I wish I knew everyone’s name) the ENTIRE STAFF are just amazing!!! They are safe and careful with Covid precautions. But even more importantly to me, they are all so caring, patient, understanding, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable at all times. They truly are wonderful people and they do incredible work! You really couldn’t find a better dentist or dental care than you’ll find at Advanced Cosmetic & Family Dentistry!! Thank you for being as phenomenal as you are!!

THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. It had been a loooooong time since my last dental appt. Not only were they able to squeeze me into an appointment and stayed late for me because I forgot to confirm my appointment, I was met with THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF. EVERY single employee took the time to get to know me and inquire about my personal dental desires and wants. I experienced my first hand paraffin wax treatment while getting my teeth cleaned. A dream right? Although they were staying late for me they still took the time to explain to me the best affordable products to use and included a gift baggie. Seriously, THE BEST STAFF. I will only exclusively go to them moving forward and can’t sing their praises enough!!!!! 🙂

excellent staff, love their welcoming and help with insurance understanding. Doctor Brett S. Silverman showed genuine care which is a rarity in the medical field where money is the predominant subject matter. I had doctors that had me going and coming without any concern of my health except for the many times I had to show up ($$$) I definitely recommend it if you are still old school where you miss that human touch and someone shows they truly care for your health this is the place to go to.

This is the best dentist experience I have ever had! The staff are amazing and treated me like I was the first patient to have ever entered their office! I am certainly staying with Mint 32 Dentistry Alpharetta and recommend it as a 5 star experience. Did I mention the level of cleanliness? …. Wow ! Keep it up guys you are doing an excellent job

The office of Advanced Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is a prime example of the way a business should be run. From the moment I open the door, I’m greeted by name by the staff. Doctor Silverman has created a warm and highly positive experience for his patients. My family and I travel 500 miles for our six-month checkups because I haven’t found anyone that comes close to this office.
