After a horrible experience elsewhere, I was referred to Advanced Dental care, and I am so happy I went. I was in extreme discomfort with a tooth that was infected and in need of extraction. I sent a request the night before requesting an emergency appointment I was contacted via email by the physician right away, and they held a spot for me the following day. I was able to fill out all of my medical documents via email before the appointment. This practice followed strict COVID protocol and procedures, and my entire experience was professional and as pleasant as a tooth extraction could be. I am so happy I found advanced dental; they are now my new go-to for all my dental care. The entire staff was friendly and caring!

Excellent service. Very accommodating. Process is quick, professional with no long waits. Appointments run smoothly. Costs are reasonable and scheduling is easy. In fact I have just switched my daughters to the practice as well. Varying appointment times so it has always been easy to find one to fit in my schedule.

I had my first visits and dental work done at Advanced Dental this week and I am SO happy I chose to come here! Every single person I have encountered has been kind, gentle and welcoming. I had a lot of anxiety coming in from bad dental experiences in the past and was worried about what I needed done. Every detail was explained to me from what I needed done down to what everything would cost. I didn’t feel a thing during the dental work I needed done (which is what I was mostly worried about)! I have already been recommending Advanced Dental to people that I know and I am excited to continue my dental care here from now on!

Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics is incredible. I’ve been getting dental work and check-ups here for years and am consistently impressed by their impeccable customer service and care. I usually have some anxiety before doctor’s appointments. ADCA makes sure I feel comfortable every time and puts my mind at ease. The front desk staff is super nice and accommodating. Their customer service is top notch! Plus, they offer fresh, infused water while you wait in the lobby. From beginning to end, you feel cared for by the hygienists and the dentists. Dr. Walters is incredible. They make you feel like family!

I have had limited experience with this practice with only two cleanings and exams. The last visit was very good. The office is very efficient, ultra-clean, and pandemic compliant. Staff members are friendly and exceptionally professional. My personal concerns were met very satisfactorily. I will be able to provide more complete evaluation once I have experienced an actual dental procedure. So far I am pleased.

Dentist’s visits have never at the top of my list of fun things to do nor will they ever appear on my bucket list. There’s always a bit of trepidation and anxiety that accompanies a dentsl visit However, being treated courteously and professionally by staff who seem to understand these apprehensions helps to allay these fears. Everyone at Advanced Dental seemed to understand these feelings and did whatever they could to ease the angst. Thank you!

This practice was recommended because I am  stem cell transplant patient and have GVHD in my mouth causing ultra sensitivity. They offer sedation and did all work needed from cleaning, to a couple fillings, and a badly needed bite guard. I never missed my 6 month appointments in my entire life until health prevented me from going. This was the best, pain free, stress free visit I’ve ever had. Every employee there treats you like you’re the most important patient they have. I will never go elsewhere.

Advanced Dental Care has been nothing less than perfect! I have been coming to the practice for roughly nine years, and have had little to no problems with the office. If anything did arise, the office worked in a timely and efficient manner to provide the best quality care. From the employees at the front, the office manager (April is fantastic), dental hygienists and three dentists, everyone is knowledgeable, engaged, and perform excellent dental work. I highly recommend the office!

This was a first time to visit a dentist after a horrible experience with Hudec Dental 3 years earlier. I had an emergency and a bit fearful had looked at sedation dentistry to help in the repair process. All of the staff were wonderful to work with and each one was responsible. I have dealt with Lindsey most often and Dr. Steve and they are superb. Felicia, Jovan and Keesha have been really kind, thoughtful and understanding. After the first consultation and quick fix visit, I was sold that I had a new dentist. While the repair I needed took quite some time (a year to complete (due to Insurance coverage and financial responsibility, the level of care for me as a patient and as a human being were outstanding. I even got calls from Dr. Steve after each visit. That has never happened anywhere since I was a child and my family doctor was one of the last to make house calls. The procedure is done and I am looking to fix the remaining problems I have with the previous dental repairs in the near future. The office is very modern and comfortable which helps ease the anxiety. The staff has a high level of individual concern and they are very client oriented. I highly recommend them, especially if you feel you have been mistreated elsewhere or have a very significant need for major dental work. I am sure after your first visit, you will consider ADC&A your home away from home too.

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service! Bright sunny lite atmosphere! Immaculately clean! Vibrant, caring, always happy/smiling staff! Doctor Zwick is a phenomenally talented, experienced/effective/efficient/caring/professional! All 5 stars and then some!

Let me begin by stating that I am the most anxious, fearful dental patient on the face of the earth. I have not been to the dentist in over 15 years. I know, gross. I started feeling little twinges on the left side of my mouth and immediately went into panic mode. I remembered the ads on WTAM 1100AM for a “sedation” dentist and thought that could be the answer to my prayers. I made an appointment for the following day. I got to the office, a bundle of nerves, and was greeted and signed in quickly. I was then given a tour of the facility, which, in my state of terror, I don’t remember much of, but it was a nice touch. Then I met the tech and Dr. Walters. They did their utmost to put me at ease, explaining every detail of my xray and exam (the massaging chair is a nice touch too) and generally cutting my fear level in half. By the grace of God, there was nothing wrong with my teeth at all. Just needed a good cleaning, which we scheduled to the following week. I returned for my cleaning and was greeted by name as soon as I walked in the door. The hygienist could not have been more patient (yes, I was scared of the cleaning too, if I could have been drugged up and unconscious that would have been just fine.) But I powered through with the help of this amazing woman. She was gentle, calm and when the noise of the tartar removing death ray got my a little nervous, she broke out the headphones and handed me the remote for the big TV that’s mounted above the chair. She put some numbing gel around my gums and finished the cleaning without me passing out. I am totally confident that I will continue to make regular appointments for cleaning and exams, although I’ll always be a bit nervous. If I should need any major work done, I’m confident in knowing that sedation is an option. Every single person in that office was polite, professional and just plain nice. I live 40 minutes away and there are plenty of good dentists in Macedonia, but I will continue to make the drive to North Olmsted for the excellent care and phenomenal customer service.

Love this dental practice! The doctors are honest and trustworthy and extremely accommodating. The office is state of the art and immaculate. The support staff is polite and professional. I tried a different dental practice for a routine cleaning and exam after moving away from the area but quickly realized nothing compares to the service and expertise you get from Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics. Absolutely worth the drive to their North Olmsted office regardless of where you live in Cleveland!

I don’t know where to begin. I guess from the start..My first phone call when searching for a dentist that could perform the necessary things I needed with my teeth combined with my anxiety of past encounters at the dentist. I can’t remember her name, and I’m sorry for that, but she not only made me feel comfortable about booking an appointment, but took the time to explain to me their process which could’ve waited until I was there. There was so much comfort in that knowing what to expect prior to sitting in the chair. First visit, I needed some serious work done. The embarrassment was obvious, but the kind staff made me feel comfortable and welcome in my decision to fix my teeth and my smile. Never once did I feel any judgment from the staff about my teeth or my decision to get put to sleep for my extensive work. Each visit to this day (about 10 or so visits) I have felt more and more comfortable about my appointments and look forward to my encounters with them. There’s not an visit that the front desk doesn’t smile when I enter, talk with me a bit instead of having me just sit and wait. The assistant, who probably spend the most time naturally with me, always remembers our previous conversations and checks up on things we have spoken about in the past. Then the dentist, the one who has all the ability to ruin the encounter, but doesn’t. Every time in the office, the dentist greets me, asks how I’m feeling, talks with me a bit, makes sure I’m fully aware of everything that he is going to be doing, talks with me while doing it, jokes and makes the encounter as easy going as the dentist could make it. I guess more importantly for me, is the respect all of the members I’ve mentioned show day in and day out. They don’t have to do many of the things I’ve briefly mentioned, yet they do each and every visit. I’ve been asked about my day, my job, my pets, my family, my overall health, my hobbies, my tattoos, etc. They’ve told me to take my time before leaving if I needed a minute to gather myself, they’ve asked if I wanted walked out to my car, they’ve asked if I needed a few minutes before next steps of the process. I could go on and on, but by now anyone reading should understand. This place is second to none, top to bottom. I never thought I’d ever develop this kind of a relationship with the dentist, but here I am. If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further, this is the absolute best option there is… Thank you for all that you do for all your patients. I know I’m not alone.

If you want to know what real customer service is like, then take a visit to Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics. It just blows my mind how I was treated in a respectfully and courteous way as soon as I walked into the door. I was greeted by the front desk who was very kind who then introduced me to another staff who offered me coffee and gave me a tour of the facility which was clean and very up to date with equipment. Every person that I met was very friendly and was always introduced to each of the team involved in my care. I do not have dental insurance, but their prices are affordable and definitely cheaper than most dental offices in the area. They accept most dental insurance if you plan to use your dental insurance. I ended up choosing their dental plan which was within my price range that fits my needs. I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and receive real customer service. The entire staff are outstanding and amazing! I scheduled my next appointment and I cannot wait.

Took initiative in perfecting the entire dental experience… from the second you call to schedule an appointment to the second you are told have a great day it is a wonderful experience. I love that everyone played their role well and were all extremely informative about EVERYTHING that you need to know. Very friendly and educated staff alongside an informative and painless process made this the best dental experience I personally have ever received. I got a general oral exam, X-rays and a thorough cleaning. I appreciated the fact that they gave me a priority list of things that needed work(cavities, etc) instead of trying to do everything at once and make it overwhelming. I also appreciate the level of respect and kindness shown by the secretary staff. Kudos to Advanced Dental Care & Aesthetics for perfecting the dental experience.

I love love love this dentist! The two woman who worked on my teeth were absolutely AMAZING and everyone else who helped me in the process was as well. This place is definitely my forever dentist and it took me so long to find mine. Not only are they so sweet but they fixed my teeth more perfect than i could have ever imagined! I also had a great amount of anxiety before my appointment today and they were so sweet helping me through it. ❤️ 10/10 recommend coming here!!

I love Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics! I had severe anxiety about going to the dentist for so many years and although I still get anxious, I know the team will take their time, explain everything, and constantly make sure I’m comfortable while I’m there. I will never go anywhere else!

Not many people love going to the dentist but I always look forward to seeing the crew at Advanced Dental Care & Aesthetics. The staff is very friendly and polished. They are so personable. I honestly feel like I am being taken care of by the concierge of a fancy hotel every time I’m there. The doctors are all very good and thorough. They even have called me after a filling just to check and make sure everything is ok. When you need a treatment beyond regular cleaning, they provide a good explanation and estimate. They even try to fit you into their busy schedule same day so you don’t have to make another appointment. I also feel like they do a great job educating me about my mouth and teeth. I recommend this office to all my friends and family!

Advanced Dental Care is hands-down the best dentistry I have ever gone to. The office is upscale, nice, and clean – and if you happen to have to wait, the couches are comfy. The employees are also very nice and greet you with pleasantries and a new toothbrush as well. From the front office employees, to the dental hygienists, and the two DDS-owners, everyone is kind, caring, and do an excellent, pain-free job. You’ll come out feeling clean and refreshed. If you’re looking for a new dentist and just moved to the area, like me, you won’t regret Advanced Dental Care.

They were fabulous! I have major dental fear issues and they made it possible to take care of some long term issues I’d been neglecting. Our almost 4 year old didn’t like our older two children’s regular dentist at all. I took her to Advanced Dental, and she had a great experience taking care of a bad cavity. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I love this place. I have been searching for a new dentist since my old dentist retired. After a year search and being referred to this dental practice, I will never leave. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is no pain whatsoever and they do work with you. I would highly recommend this dental practice to everyone. I hope they never close because they are truly the best.

I rarely take time to leave reviews but Advanced Dental deserves my recommendation. I’ve been a patient for nearly 10 years and each and every visit I am impressed by how courteous and professional the staff is. The office is extremely clean and the mood is relaxed. There is never a long wait and the dentists are extremely knowledgeable and very good with kids. I have recommended Advanced Dental to my family and friends for years and will continue to do so. Advanced Dental is a first class dental experience!

I took my dad who is In a nursing home to this dentist for an urgent appointment because he was in pain and had his cheek swelled up. I called this morning and talked to a staff to set up an appointment. She was very helpful, courteous and patient with me when she was asking for information about my dad. They were able to accommodate him the same day which was really amazing especially with my dad’s condition. He was having a hard time eating because of the pain and swelling up. We went to the office and they did an X-ray and examination and found food stuck between his tooth and gum. They removed, cleaned and flushed his tooth and it was all good. We were done in an hour. They were right to point, honest and just did an amazing job. Their fees were very reasonable. They were also upfront and tell you if your insurance will cover the cost. I am very happy with the service they provided my dad!
