I originally had scheduled an appointment and upon arrival at the office- it became crystal clear I was sick and unable to have my cleaning and checkup. The staff was so wonderful and supportive. They rescheduled my cleaning and accommodated my scheduling Needs. Once I arrived for my new appointment I was taken back on time- and had the best cleaning I’ve had in a long time. I had X-rays and an extensive cleaning. My teeth felt so smooth when I left. The doctor spent time talking about my replacement veneer options, my one receding gum, and my toddlers brushing regime. It was extensive and he never made me feel rushed. In a nut shell it was an awesome cleaning.

We were patients of this practice when we lived in Columbus. I saw the new dentist and had 2 crowns installed. I had several issues with the work. However, Dr Raisch, the owner of the practice, graciously invited me back at no additional charge to correct the problem. He and the team worked on me for 3 hours, and I am as good as new. The younger dentist is no longer working there. The ethics and professionalism were second to none. I highly recommend this dentist!

From the friendly faces that great you at the door to the incredible attention to detail from their medical staff, my expectations are not only met but exceeded every time I leave. Best dental practice in Columbus! The entire staff is friendly. Dental hygienists are thorough and explain what they are doing. The examination rooms are well equipped with things to make your appointment relaxing. Dr Raisch is caring and very honest. He never makes you feel rushed with his time. This is the practice you want to trust your oral hygiene to.

I have a fear of needles and in order to fill my cavities they needed to inject my gums with something to numb my mouth. Dr. Raisch was very understanding and gentle when administering it. He asked if I preferred to be told when he poked me or not, I did so he counted down from 3. He also used his other hand to tap another part of my gum to “distract the brain from what was happening at the injection site”. He let me take a break whenever I needed it and it was the best experience at a dentist I have had with needles. I highly recommend.

Without any doubt Dr.Raisch is the dentist we all should have as our dental care professional. There isn’t any doubt about how and why Dr. is a top rated by his patients and professionals. His practice is on the practical leading edge of his profession. He is always taking classes and seminars on what is new and applicable to his practice. He is always bringing his knowledge to his patient’s care with the skills needed for the situation. All this is well and good, but the icing on the cake is his care, concern and chairside manner. He brings ease to patient’s with his explaining of what he is to do for them, making them at ease every step of the way. If one fears the dentist chair,, then this is the professional you would want and need. One cannot seek and find a better professional.

Dr Raisch is great. I have been here for a cleaning, I think, 4 times now and have always been taken back promptly at my appointment time. The cleanings are always satisfactory. It is nice to actually have a visible difference And a whiter shade of teeth when you leave the dentist, and that happens every time here. The dental assistant (or whatever the technical term is) always goes over spots a time or two if need be to get it clean. It’s nice to see some competence and attentiveness do do a good job, when that seems to be out of the norm nowadays. Keep up the great work everyone…oh the receptionist is always friendly and helpful also.

I have been a patient of Dr. Raisch’s for almost 30 years. To put it simply: he’s one of the most consummate professionals I’ve known in any profession. To put it practically: he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had (my first 20-some years with one, a few years with a few others, and the rest with Dr.Raisch). He maintains an impressive expertise on the science and art of dentistry, has an amazingly gentle, darn near painless technique, and stays personally involved with the treatment of all his patients. And ALL of Dr. Raisch’s staff are first rate, friendly professionals, as well. He wouldn’t have it any other way!
