I have been going to Dr. Lahrs for many years. She is a wonderful dentist and her entire team is absolutely fantastic. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. They take the time to answer all questions, the service is top-notch and they do everything they can to make sure there is no pain. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I trust them 100% to do what’s right for me

I LOOOOOOOOVE Dr. Larhs!!!I have a HUGE phobia of dentist, however she is the first dentist to successfully treat me, while keeping me calm, and extremely comfortable..Her technique, and personable skills make it quite obvious as to why she is so successful with such great ratings. The entire staff is not only professional, but thorough and very informative. She will be my dentist forever! I realize I can take my business anywhere, but I’m lucky and honored to be her patient. #TeamDrLarhs

I’ve been meaning to write a review for Dr. Larhs for several months now. The sheer fact that I’m revisiting my time there so long after my experience is the best testament to how positive it was. I’ve never had such a comprehensive dental visit in my life. The first person I met, my dental hygienist, informed me more about my teeth than any dentist I’ve ever had. She took measurements of my gum recession (on each tooth, front and back!), levels of plaque buildup, and wear on the chewing surfaces of my teeth, ALL BEFORE I EVEN SAW DR. LARHS! Then, when Dr. Larhs came to visit me, she was so thorough and clear in her assessment of my teeth that I was left really feeling confident about how to move forward. I have to tell you, I’m a bad flosser, it doesn’t seem to matter what dentists tell me, but since this visit with Dr. Larhs nearly 5 months ago, I’ve flossed every night as she instructed. I also bought a sonicare toothbrush and sleep with a night guard. I’m a changed man! The most impressive thing about Dr. Larhs office was how everyone in it really seemed to be united in her philosophy of tooth care. They weren’t just knowledgeable, they took their time and shared information well. I’m on a tour of the country, so I don’t actually live in Seattle, but I wish I lived there so that this could be my routine dentist’s office. . . . Is it weird to move somewhere because you like the dentist?

I wanted to give Dr Lahrs 6 stars but unfortunately Google won’t let me. I’ve been a patient of hers for 3 years since I arrived in Seattle and had lots of work including implant/crowns. She is extremely detailed oriented which I very much appreciate. Top shelf care and just an incredibly professional & friendly staff. So much so that I actually look forward to my appointments. Highly recommended.

I went into Dr. Larhs office after I had broken a tooth. I didn’t have a regular dentist and hadn’t for quite some time. I hated the dentist and always felt they didn’t listen to me and even with dental insurance would get overwhelmed by the cost. Dr. Larhs, Andrea, Cheryl and the entire team completely changed how I felt about the dentist. They didn’t judge me for the shape I was in, Dr. Larhs talked with me listened to what I wanted but also explained what I needed. Then as a new walk in patient they did some extra steps to help me get a temporary fix for the tooth that I had broken, which was right towards the front and IMO viewable. I was devastated but they worked with me right then and there instead of putting me off. Andrea then worked with me on my insurance and a plan that I could work with on how to get things fixed in a timeframe I could do. I never once felt overwhelmed or that they were trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. The staff also was always professional AND fun. They made me enjoy coming to the dentist, which is amazing since I had many very long appointments usually at 7am. I would recommend Dr. Larhs office to anyone.

No one wants to go to the dentist, so if you have to go than you have to go to Dr. Larhs. Not only is she absolutely incredible and makes you feel like you are her only patient by giving you her undivided attention, she also has a staff that is just like her. Andrea is at the front desk and has made my life a breeze when it comes to scheduling, insurance questions, treatment planning. She is incredibly responsive to my emails. You will not find a higher level of service than you get from Andrea. ALL of the hygentists are amazing. It’s not like some offices where you cross your fingers and hope you get “the nice one” or “the really good one”….you can get anyone and you will get the best. Convient downtown Seattle location. Convenient early hours for the working individual. Amazing staff. If they have 6 stars I’d give them 6. Just sayin. And anyways…who goes on like a crazy woman about a dental office? Clearly this one stands out.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Larhs. I came into the office pretty nervous as I hadn’t had a major dental operation done before. Dr. Larhs made me feel really comfortable and taken care of. Everything felt very personalized. She even gave me a number to call her at over the weekend if I had any concerns! Every step of the process was very professionally conducted and the operation went really smoothly.

After contacting their office, and explaining the situation, the office manager and with Dr Larhs, we were able to resolve the billing situation. I am happy that we got the situation squared away, so I have increased the rating. Bad billing practice. First they require you to pay upfront after service, even though you’re still waiting to see what your insurance EOB says you should pay. Then after that, when you get the bill from this office, it is different than what they told you the cost out-of-pocket would be, like 20% more. Will not be returning here.

Ok, this is so damn weird because this happened twice in a two week period and that is my crown came out twice (from a previous dentist) every week I called her personal phone number and Dr. Larhs called me back within minutes. She then made time for me to see her during the next available appointment. So, if you need a great dentist, see Dr. Larhs, if you are afraid of dentists (like I am) see her, if you are thinking about a new dentist…see her. Great location Downtown Seattle and very friendly staff.

I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Larhs, but already hands down the best dentist I have ever had. She was able to fit me in for emergency wisdom tooth extractions about a month ago and I was a little nervous. But I amazed on how quick and painless the whole procedure was! I have since had other procedures done at her office and all of her staff are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They do all they can to put you at ease during your procedures by offering pillows and blankets etc. But for me the best part was every time I visit they take the time to explain to me what they are doing, and why I need to be doing certain things(…cough…flossing more…cough…). We have all been to dentist that give you the same lecture after a check up or cleaning(“brush and and floss..”), but here they will actually go over your x-rays and photos with you. That really resonates with me. This is seriously the best dentist I have ever gone to and I could ramble on forever about all of the positive things I have to say about this place.

Dr. Larhs and her team have been nothing but friendly, accommodating with scheduling, and patient with my substantial dental anxiety. If I have an urgent concern I have always been seen or contacted immediately. Dr. Larhs helped me get on a path to better oral health, including a recent gum graft surgery that she performed quickly, painlessly, and with excellent precision. My only complaint is I don’t love the music in the office, but this is a non-issue since Dr. Larhs encourages patients to listen to their own music on headphones during procedures.

I was going to do this last year. I am not a dental superhero! Dr. Larhs never judged how me on how much I needed to get the work done. She worked within my plan coverage and time frame. I love going into that office. It’s like they say in the the song on Cheers back in the day. Where everybody knows my name, her staff are of the utmost respectable and professional people, I have seen in a dental office. I have people ask me all the time, what a great smile you have. It was years I did not show my teeth. I smile all the time now. And yes you will need a full set of x rays, then a consultation. Don’t expect work on your first visit unless you have an emergency. They are very detailed, but I have not had x rays again and it’s been over a couple of years. The build up a plan specific to your needs. I would recommend Dr. Larhs and staff to EVERYONE.

I have been a patient of dr Larhs for many years and I am always extremely pleased with the high quality of dental care delivered by her. All dental procedures performed by dr Larhs ( including surgeries and cosmetic dentistry) were done with high level of professionalism and unsurpassed skill. Her medical and dental knowledge are above and beyond what I have experienced in the past at other dental practices. I am a physician myself and have referred family members, friends and some of my patients to dr Lahrs over the years. The office staff is always courteous and the dental hygienists and dental assistants have always been top notch. As a patient you are placed at ease and know that will always get the best care!

I got my wisdom teeth pulled out by Dr. Larhs recently. I can’t believe my luck that i finally found the BEST dentist ever. The office, staff and doctor are so friendly, warm and awesome. I have had the most pleasant experience getting my teeth pulled out and deep cleaning done(can’t believe I am saying this for a dental work:)), I recovered and healed very quickly too after my extractions. Dr. Larhs took complete care of my teeth. I would highly recommend Dr. Larhs to anyone.

I first went to Dr. Larhs a few years back. I had not been to a dentist in a very long time. It was recommended that I have 2 crowns and a filling. I left and chose not to have any of the work done because I couldn’t afford it at the time. A year later my tooth broke over the 4th of July. I lived in Everett and had to have the crown done at a dentist in the area and I was pretty uncomfortable for two weeks waiting for the permanent crown. I could barely eat-the tooth was so sore. I knew my other molar needed a crown but I ignored it. I didn’t want to go through what I went through with the first crown-the pain for 2 weeks. However-the other tooth broke and I needed to get in to see Dr. Lahrs. I now live in Bremerton so I went in on a Saturday and got a temporary filling. Dr. Lahr’s reception team got me in right away. I had a composite filling on one tooth and the temporary crown on the other. Two days later and I’m being careful with my temporary crown but there’s no pain and I have even been able to chew on that side. The entire staff is amazing and Dr. Lahrs was right all along-I needed to have both teeth crowned but I didn’t listen. So both situations were kind of emergencies because I didn’t take her recommendations. I’m sure that it has cost me more in the long run not to mention the hassle of getting these teeth fixed on weekends. The staff also had my permanent crown done in a rush because I will be out of town next week so they are having it ready prior. wonderful office-dentist and staff.

Dr Larhs and team are awesome very accomodating and patient centered. Great chair side manner explains everything including cost/benefits. Makes things painless. Got me a 54 year crusty  old male to wear a night guard.Come on man who can do that?You won’t second guess your selection of this dentist and you will be her patient as long as she’ll have you.

my one and only crown came off on an airplane, and i contacted a few dentists in my destination city seattle, by writing emails via yelp. i did this to ensure that at least one of them would get back to me, given that yelp told me with more than one office, that the current time to get a reply via email was 3-4 business days. while i didn’t become a customer simply because this office didn’t have an availability that same day, i wanted to acknowledge andrea (from the office – or was it “the” dr. andrea larhs?) who promptly called and left a message to give me options, including visiting the local dental school. this speaks loudly for this office. they weren’t out to make a profit, they simply provided assistanc to see how i could best helped with my situation. thanks very much. i appreciate that.

Every experience I have had here has been outstandingly professional and friendly. Dr. Larhs has a great team here, each with bright personalities and steady hands that provide quality work. My first procedure was removing two wisdom teeth and Dr. Larhs and Marcel were exceptional in explaining how they will go about doing it. I have since healed well and have continued with treatment for cavities. Highly recommend this place for teeth care!

I have been a patient at Advanced Dentistry for over three years and I absolutely recommend Dr. Lahrs and her team! From customer service (scheduling and billing) to regular care (cleanings) to more advanced treatments (root canals, crowns) this practice delivers five-star service! They are caring and expert at what they do. I trust Dr. Lahrs completely with my dental care.

We actually miss going to the Dentist in between our appointments. Dr Larhs and her staff are so welcoming, caring and talented that we recomend them to everyone. They have all the newest technology and equipment and really show you and involve you with what’s going on. Is there a rating higher rating than 5 star? Thay deserve it!

I just had my second dental appointment in this office. My intake appointment was very comprehensive. I spent time talking to Dr. Larhs in her office about my health. Wow, usually you fill out the form and only if something odd shows up (allergies, problem teeth) does the dentist actually discuss it. My whole health was discussed. Yeah!! My second visit (this week) went just as smoothly. Great staff. Everyone seems to be very happy and dedicated to great customer service. Nice job!

Dr. Larhs has recently completed my case which includes 8 veneers all across my upper front teeth. I am extremely happy with the result ! Now I can smile with confidence. Thank you, Dr.Larhs! Dr. Larhs is informative and efficient with top notch skills. The staff at Dr.Larhs’ office are very caring and skilled, they always make me feel relaxed. The hygienists working for Dr.Larhs are professional and knowledgeable. I truly looking forward to my cleaning appointments every 4 month. The newly remodeled office is so clean and peaceful. I never thought I would ever say this about a dentist’s office, but let me tell you it’s a pleasure to go to Dr.Larhs’ office.

As a man in my mid forties, I have been to many dentists throughout my life. Almost all of those instances resulted in mediocre service with an “I don’t care” attitude along with it. At Dr. Larhs office this was simply NOT the case. For my first cleaning, I was preparing myself to endure some pain as I had become accustomed to this from prior dentists; wow was I surprised! This had to be the most comfortable cleaning I ever experienced. My follow-up exam with Dr. Larhs was equally surprising. Andreea is very thorough, caring and an absolute professional! I would highly reccommend Dr. Larhs to anyone who is a little nervous about going to the dentist; you will not be disappointed.

I have never experienced such a great dentist and great staff. Dr. Lahrs is extremely caring in her work and in the experience that her patients have in her care. She is kind and attentive and never makes you feel rushed. I am personally terrified of the dentist (I’ve decided that I have to own that fact), but it is different with Dr.Lahrs and her staff. They always make sure I am comfortable while I am there and that I will be ok when I leave. I actually look forward to going to see Dr. Lahrs and have had more work done then I would have ever, anywhere else, because the experience is so comfortable. Dr. Lahrs explains what is going to happen and why and there are no issues with billing as they are upfront about cost ahead of time and do everything they can with the insurance. I have never has an issue with billing or pricing. Further, cleanings are comfortable and they are honest with you regarding your cleaning routine, good or bad. Yes, it may feel like a scolding, but they are only trying to help:) Overall, always a good experience and the work Dr. Lahrs does is spectacular as well as all of her wonderful dental staff and front desk staff. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.
