As a new patient, I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I stepped into the office.  I really appreciated that Sandy, my hygienist, and Dr. Schlueter really took the time to explain everything that was going on with my teeth, and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed.  Everyone I encountered was extremely personable and kind.

Arika was so personable and friendly to me. She made me feel very comfortable and I was impressed with just how awesome of a person she is! The ladies at the desk were also very welcoming and kind. Doctor Schlueter was very professional and I didn’t feel like he tried to push anything extra on me like I have experienced from other offices in the past. And I appreciate that. Overall, a great experience and I am so happy I transferred to Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash!

Real Patient – Real Review ARIKA is amazing!! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I am a “ask what everything is/means” type of patient and she had no problem letting me know what the tools were, dentist lingo meanings, showing me my charts/pictures/x-ray, explaining what she is looking for, the good/bad…etc. What I appreciate most is her honesty. I asked her to tell me, she gets straight to the point. Love her! Dr. Schlueter was very positive as well when he came in, his vibe was comforting and easy going. Very professional and personable. He told me about the plan for the next 6 months and I think the most important thing for me about him was that he didn’t lie to me about needing treatment. Again honesty. You know how sometimes you feel like doctor or dentist can be “sell’s person”, he is far from that. He told me lets keep a eye out first and see where your at during your next 6 months. I appreciated that and it made me feel like a person instead of a dollar sign. I knew once I met the dentist I would be able to make a proper call on if this would be my new dentist family, and he passed with flying colors. If your a patient like me, nervous about switching dentistry locations, always needs to know what’s going, what something means, and appreciates honesty then I recommend going in and seeing Arika and Dr. Schlueter. I really am happy that I decided on this place after no seeing anyone for 2 years just because I was nervous about finding a new dentist. Happy to say, they will be seeing me in 6 months 🙂

Dr. Schlueter was friendly, well informed, and wholeheartedly listened to my dental issues and needs.  He took his time cleaning my teeth and had the most up to date office and equipment I’ve seen.  He explained his procedures and recommendations so I could understand.  Also, you could easily tell Dr. Schlueter is thoroughly and completely knowledgeable of his field and knows the most up to date approaches in dentistry.  You could also tell he loves what he does.  It was great chatting with him especially because Dr. Schlueter is from the area with deep family roots here.  “Keep it local.”  I’m so glad I found Dr. Schlueter and his friendly office staff.  I have now switched my family of 3 to his practice, which is a big deal because we were all going to 3 different dentists.  Not anymore!  Thank you Dr. Schlueter!

Sandy is absolutely fantastic! She answered any questions I had throughout my hygiene appointment, made sure I was comfortable the whole time with all of my X-rays and the conversation was great! Hard to find a dentist office that the cares not only about your teeth but also about you! If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further!

They were all very nice and friendly. The office was neat and clean. They followed good strict Covid19 policies by taking your temperature at your car. Then having you use sanitizer when you go in the office. Also have their patient room chairs covered. They did good by thinking about my insecurities with seeing a dentist. I’m actually excited about my other upcoming visits.

The office staff is incredible. The hygienist Rebecca is great and very thorough at her job. They will do whatever they can so the patient has a pleasurable experience at the dentist. I for one had a terrible experience at another dentist which made me fearful to return. I am soooo happy I chose to give Advance Dentistry a try.

Dr. Schlueter and his team are amazing. I suffered a traumatic incident where I chipped half of my front 2 teeth. I was so devastated, especially after just finishing Invisalign 2 years ago and getting my teeth perfect. The team at Advanced Dentistry was so kind and worked with my schedule, always getting me in for appointments very quickly (within a couple days). I’m so thankful for this practice and their compassion when I was nervous and anxious almost every visit. They didn’t quit working with me until we got the crowns shaped and colored to my high standards. Thank you for listening to me and adjusting accordingly to my type A personality.

Arika was phenomenal! She was easy to talk to (my mouth agape) and explained every detail of the comprehensive exam and cleaning! I am active duty and have seen dentists all over the country. This was by far the best/most comprehensive exam I’ve ever experienced. Fantastic service at the front desk and from the doc. Highly recommend.

Dr Schlueter is the best dentist I have had in my 60 years.  He is honest and let’s you make decisions about treatment. The staff is outstanding and always has a smile. They do t try to sell you things you don’t need.  If there is a problem with your teeth, they show you on the X-ray and discuss it with you.  They are all very professional.

I am embarrassed to say that prior to my visit today I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was a kid. My experience at the dentist scared me. My guardians didn’t force me to continue to go so I didn’t. By the time that I became an adult I didn’t know who to go to and as time went by I thought that I would be shamed by a dentist for not going so I prolonged looking for one. I met one of the employees here through a networking group and decided that after 20+ years it was time to go get my teeth checked out. I did have some anxiety about going, however I went anyway. My experience with Sharon and Dr. Schlueter was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I was able to schedule and fill out forms online prior to my visit. When I arrived at the office I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me sign in. I signed on to their system and signed a couple remaining forms. I anticipated that I would have to wait in the waiting area for a long time, like typical doctor offices. I asked to use the restroom and by the time I was done Sharon was already waiting to bring me back. I didn’t have to wait in the waiting area at all!!!! Sharon was amazing. She explained everything that she was doing and going to do. She was personable and made me feel comfortable right away. She asked me about my life and treated me like a person she wanted to get to know, not just a patient. Sharon took x-rays right in the seat I was sitting in and showed me the results right away. Even though I don’t really know how to look at an x-ray Sharon explained everything so I knew what I was looking at. When she cleaned my teeth she explained the entire process and made sure that I was ok every step of the way. After the cleaning Dr. Schlueter came in and she went over the x-rays with him right in front of me. I personally liked this because it showed me that they were upfront with everything. A lot of times when I go to the normal doctor the nurse leaves and who knows what the Dr. and the nurse are saying about me. Having them discuss everything in front of me gave me comfort. I have 7 cavities and they showed me on the x-ray so I knew they were telling me the truth. They gave me a plan to get them filled and fixed and explained the entire procedure. They both set me up on a plan so that they can be filled spread out and not all at once, as this would be a long time with my mouth open at once. Sharon had everything printed out and broke down the cost so I could be prepared for each visit. When we were done she walked me back out to the reception area and introduced me as a new patient. She got me set up with the reception area for my next appointment and asked if I had any other questions. The experience that I had with them was exceptional. I will never dread going to the dentist again and will NEVER go to another dentist office. They truly changed the way I think about dentistry, obviously for the better. I’m actually looking forward to going next month. I will recommend them to everyone that I can.

I love it here.Very clean and i love how they always giveaway things. i also love when people take pictures with the funny signs. I was scared about going to the dentist because I’ve had a bad experience with another dentist. The staff here is amazing. I really love Sandy she is funny, and has great stories to tell. Customer service is through the roof. Everyone here is very nice, and caring. Dr. Schlueter is so wonderful. Even though i had to have a little bit of medicine for a couple of my procedures, i feel my self starting to let my guard down and i trust this place. I’m almost positive with my up and coming appointments that i will not need medicine. I have recommended this place to a friend. She went and loved it. I recommend this place to anybody!

Dr. Schlueter and his team are the best dental practice that I have experienced. From intake to cleaning to procedures, each component of the visit demonstrated the highest level of dedication to patient care and comfort. Every member of the staff was warm and professional, answered my questions, and anticipated questions that I didn’t know I had (shout out to Erica and Monica). The cleanliness of the office and adherence to CDC Covid-19 guidelines were readily apparent. Modern technology throughout the office was also a perk; I loved seeing the before+after photos of cleaning and x-ray images and interpretations. Knowing your dental team has you taken care of, both administratively and clinically, makes dental care one less thing to worry about. Never thought that dentistry would be lowest on my list of concerns, but I’ll take it!

I’ve been here twice and been very impressed wth the staff and new technology. Love that each chair has a tv to watch so it distracts me from the fact that someone is working in my mouth! Just brought my toddler here for his very first dentist appointment.  I have to say, they are such a warm and welcoming office!  My son is not very cooperative with doctors in general and they sensed that immediately and were SOO patient with him.  The entire team from start to finish was amazing!

The staff here is amazing. They always do a great job but on my last visit I took my 4 year old who had never been to the dentist. He was terrified and I was sure there was no way that we were even going to get him to sit in the chair let alone open his mouth. They were so good with him that he actually let them do a full cleaning. I was blown away!!!

We just switched to Dr. Schlueter and had a very satisfactory experience. Scheduling was a breeze, and they were able to get us in very quickly, even as new patients. They confirmed they were in network before we came in so we wouldn’t have any issues with payment. A hygienist was unexpectedly out this afternoon, so instead of making us rescheduled, Dr. Schlueter cleaned my son’s teeth himself! VIP treatment! We are happy to have found such a pleasant family dentist and are glad to settle into a dental family to whom we can return year after year right near home.
