Dr. Batra is AMAAAAAAAZING! I have had 5 different procedures done since November including root canal, removal of wisdom tooth, an implant and a bridge. She does such great work. I would definitely recommend her if your looking for a dentist. Scheduling an appointment is always easy and everyone is so friendly and pleasant. When you walk-in the staff always greets you with Hello and a smile.

I am a patient of Dr. Batra’s. After a thorough examination, she recommended Invisalign Braces to me. I am very pleased with the results I am seeing. I came in for a very complicated procedure and Dr. Batra and her staff were attentive, caring, and efficient with all the work they did in regards to my case; I immediately trusted all of them and the decisions they were making. I’m a new patient here. My husband said all good things about Dr. Batra and convinced me to change my dentist. Very happy with their work! 1st time I ever had an extraction and it was with a wisdom tooth. Took 5-10 minutes total. No pain either. I was terrified getting it done but Dr. Batra was awesome, listened to my concerns and made sure I was numbed enough to not feel anything. 10/10 would do it again!

We have been seeing Jen L. for probably 20 years and have referred multiple people. Jen is someone we would follow around the world and back again! She is beyond an authentic and genuine soul and when you sit in her chair, all eyes are on you and she “sees” you and it’s more than just a cleaning! Jen is thoughtful, beyond competent, constantly updates her knowledge base, and the proof is in the pudding as they say…The number one compliment I have received for 20 years is my smile and I have Jen to thank for that a million times over! She is the secret gem of the dental community!! One quick note…I was told I had 6 cavities 8 years ago when I tried to get a quick cleaning from a place covered through my insurance…I ran over to the office and Jen took a look and 8 years later still not one of the alleged 6 cavities has presented themselves! Insurance or not, Jen is PRICELESS, our ROCKSTAR and the SOLE reason we continue our visits to the office.

I recently went to the Advanced Dentistry of Center City for a last minute emergency root canal procedure and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I called to see if they could get me in immediately and they said they would take me and see what they could do to help. Not only did they take me last minute, no questions asked, Dr. Batra completed the root canal on the spot. Dr. Batra and the entire staff were very friendly and accommodating and I could not be happier with my experience. I was already scheduled for a follow up visit a few weeks later for something I had done months ago and rather than having me come back again Dr. Batra took care of that while I was there. Sometimes good customer service is hard to find these days, but not with this team. I also received a call this morning after my procedure yesterday to check in to make sure I was doing ok and a reminder to follow the care plan I was given. I am so grateful for everyone there and the service they provided on such short notice and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I haven’t been to the dentist in years !! And have decided to take my health seriously especially my teeth ! Just moved to Philadelphia and had Dr. Batra and her assistant help me and explain everything I needed to know about what I needed done and was very kind . I like my doctors to be straight forward with me because I need to know what’s going on in my mouth and that’s what Dr Batra was ! Professional and kind ! Even when my insurance had a waiting list she pulled me aside to talk about financial help ! I haven’t started my procedures yet but I’m not as nervous now about getting what I need to done with her . Definitely recommend !

I have moved across the country many times and am very diligent about my regular dentist visits. I have seen probably over ten different dentists in my lifetime. Never have I had a more professional, caring, genuine dentist than Dr. Batra. I have just recently started going to her and she cleaned my teeth told me her concerns and asked what I wanted for my smile. She gave me the solutions with absolutely no pressure and let me decide what I wanted to do. I decided to get veneers because I felt a instant trust with her. When fitting my veneers she found the slightest imperfection that I would have never noticed and she replaced it and reordered from the lab. She is so very humble and honest and truly cares about her patients and their smiles. She takes pride in what she does and it shows throughout her staff who are also so kind and professional. The office is very clean and Covid compliant and in this world of uncertainty Dr. Batra creates a space of comfort and trust, which I never thought I would feel in a dentists office. Today I got my Implant surgery done by Dr. Batra. She is awesome. She walked me through the financial process and things went perfectly. The staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. My wait time is never very long and the office is neat and clean. They are doing a great job keeping everyone safe during COVID 19, with extra precautions of disinfecting, social distancing and temperature checks. They have installed air purifiers in entire office. I highly recommend Advanced Dentistry of Center City. This place is very safe.

I was quite anxious for my first root canal. Dr. Batra took the time to explain the procedure and ease my anxiety by thoroughly answering the many questions I had. Dr. Batra just performed LANAP surgery on my gums. Lanap surgery is the laser alternative to gum surgery. It was the most amazing experience and with little discomfort. No cutting, packing, stitches, zero. Just lasering. I was numb and did not feel a thing. After two days, I felt great. Soft foods for two weeks and then back to normal. My gums look and feel great! I highly recommend this procedure. Let Dr. Batra evaluate you. I am so happy with the outcome.
