I am currently in treatment at Forest Park Orthodontics. The staff and the doctors are always so friendly and accommodating to my busy schedule. As an older patient, its been frustrating at times, mostly for the fact that I didn’t get braces at a younger age, I wish I had gotten this over with earlier in life. With that being said, I am confident in the care that is being provided to me because I can already see so much progress in my smile. I’m happy to be in the care of FP Ortho as a 27 year old. I can’t wait to see the end result!

Let me start off with how awesome the customer care service is at Forest Park Orthodontics. I tell you everyone was so nice and polite. Very knowledgeable. These women had my 15 year old daughter excited to get braces…lol. Forest Park Orthodontics do not make you feel like it is all about your money. Thank you for your stellar service.

I went to Dr Bicknell with what I thought were the most crooked teeth in the world. I had a canine next to my front tooth and the incisor behind that, on both sides of my mouth none the less. I hadn’t smiled with my teeth in 20 years. It was literally ruining my life. I got a consultation and was very scared to show my teeth to anyone, but Dr. Bicknell and his staff made me feel comfortable and unashamed. They went over all the options and I decided to go with the “Damon” system. My treatment time was 2 years. I was ecstatic! I was thinking it would be 4 years atleast. They took my insurance and I was signed up for treatment. The people that work on you are amazing! Very professional and comforting. They made all my appointments a breeze and worked with me when my schedule was hectic. I really cant say enough about how great my experience was at Advanced Orthodontics. I would recommend them to anyone considering ortho treatment. My kid will be going to Dr. Bicknell and his staff and they only when he needs treatment. My life has truly been changed by getting my teeth fixed and the only thing I have to worry about now is teaching myself how to smile again! It shouldn’t be that difficult because smiling is all I have done since I left my last treatment to have my braces removed! AWESOME JOB GUYS! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

5 Star treatment, staff and orthodontics! I came to Advanced Orthodontic Specialists after 2 other consultations for Invisilign and was extremely satisfied with every interaction with every staff member starting with the initial phone call. Very professional, polite and patient to start. I am just about at 12 months into the treatment and am so extremely happy! I was thrilled I was a candidate for Invisilign as I REALLY did not want braces at this age! (or any age for that matter! I LOVE every person at the office, They are so kind and accommodating. Great payment plan was a relief for my budget. Angela was my treatment coordinator and was so thorough and patient. Cinthia, Kelley and Marisa were extremely accommodating with my very busy work schedule with appointments. Jaimie was my Clinical Assistant whose professionalism, expertise and kindness really made my appointments very comfortable and stress free. After just a few months my teeth already were looking phenomenal. I had some crowding on bottom front teeth and a baby eye tooth that never came down started to re align all of my teeth which started affecting my eating and my looks. I should have had braces in high school like everyone else, but was so vain!! Like I really was going to get less vain the older I got! A car accident when I was 21 resulted in trauma and 26 stitches in my mouth, (broken nose and concussion) which prevented me from getting braces back then. An orthodontist at that time told me braces back then would have possibly caused the roots to and teeth to turn black! So that scared me so much I never got braces. Fast forward to 20+ years later I finally found the best Orthodontist in Chicagoland!! I will add pictures and more info shortly! My son has been seen for consultations every 6 months for the past 2 years. Today was his appointment for braces and it couldn’t have gone better! Being seen previously helped to ease his mind and he was very comfortable being there. I love that I was allowed to accompany him if he wanted me to be there with him. The staff knew their jobs very well and worked very efficiently. I felt very comfortable with the Dr. and her treatment plan as well as her staff working with my son. The woman who was instructing my son on care for his braces was very patient and thorough. Very clean office, very capable and competent staff. My son left smiling. I am very happy with our decision to work with Forest Park Orthodontics.

The staff is amazing! The office phone line where not function a few days ago. They staff email me early in the morning to notice that the line where down. I have never experienced that with any orthodontist, dentistry or even family practice. Outstanding! Make if feel like they really care about there patients and especially the parents! Far too often, I am treated like a number upon entering a medical or dental office. Rarely do I hear something as simple as “Hi, how are you?” Usually, it’s something like “Name? Okay, have a seat and the doctor will see you shortly.” Not at Advanced Orthodontic Specialists. I’m always greeted by my first name the moment I walk through the door. The desk receptionists make a point of treating each patient like a person, remembering names and sometimes facts about the person. Many times while in the waiting room, I’ve heard the girls at the front desk ask patients how their soccer games went or if they had a fun time on vacation. That’s not to mention the very short wait times. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in a waiting room for well past my appointment time. This has never happened at Dr. Bicknell’s office. I’m always being seated within 10 minutes of entering the office. The office itself is extremely clean and inviting. It even has a video game room and tooth brushing station! The care received always surpasses my expectations. Dr. Bicknell and the assistants are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Dr. Bicknell’s passion for his job is clear as he always goes above and beyond to create the perfect smile. I couldn’t be happier with how my teeth look! It’s the little things that go to show how dedicated Dr. Bicknell is to providing the best possible patient experience. I cannot recommend this office enough to anyone interested in getting braces for themselves or their kids.

I’ve Been Visiting FPO For About 15Months Now And Each Visit Has Been Great. No Matter The Duration Of The Visit It’s Always Pleasant And Efficient.I Haven’t Had Any Issues So Far And I’m Always Satisfied Not To Mention Pain free For The Most Part. I Would Highly Recommend FPO For Anyone Seeking A Fantastic Orthodontist From Children To Adults They’ll Give You Great Quality Services.

The staff are all fun and always try their best to make your time in the office welcoming and laid-back. I’ve had braces for about a year now and I’ve seen major improvements, my teeth were positioned really weird because of lack of space in my mouth, and now they’re all nearly straight! Just a few more months! I’d recommend going here!

Forest Park Orthodontics is fantastic. As an adult I was worried about getting braces, but they were very supportive and understanding every step of the way. I am very happy with the results and show off my new smile every where I go! I would highly recommend this office for both kids and adults!
