All I can say is wow… When I scheduled my consultation, I was NOT expecting to get braces that same day. Never once did they “pressure me into a sale”. The staff’s knowledge and their advanced technology really impressed me. Never once did I feel rushed. After getting my braces on I was given a Sonicare toothbrush, I thought this was awesome considering how many thousands of dollars I was about to invest into braces. This is the BEST toothbrush I have ever used and I am thankful that they thought to include such a nice brush in my braces package. The night that I got my braces on, Dr. Soper himself gave me a call to check on how I was doing (how sweet is that). I feel very involved in my care, they sent a letter out to my normal Dentist and thought to CC me on the letter. I’m very grateful that I chose Advanced Orthodontics for my treatment!

We are so glad to have chosen Dr. Soper and his team at Advanced Orthodontics for the treatment of our son’s orthodontia needs! My son’s teeth look great! The team here always made him feel comfortable and answered all our questions! I was always able to get in if we had an “emergency”. And when I had a question about my youngest son’s teeth, they were able to do a consult right then and there. Yana was super quick and professional and got my braces on within an hour! All the equipment and technology they use is very modern and high tech which I appreciate. My girlfriend and I came on a consultation and it was better than I expected. Tuesday, the lovely treatment coordinator, was fabulous and got to know us on a deep and personal note. Took the time to listen to our needs and even helped us with our Financial Arrangement. I have heard about Dr. Soper and thought there was no way he could live up to the reputation that proceeded him; I couldn’t be more wrong. Dr. Soper was perfect and took the time to explain what we needed and inform us of something we never would have know without his state of the art x-ray and knowledge he has accumulated over his professional years. Overall the experience was amazing. Our next review will be how the braces have worked: will keep you posted on the progress. I just finished my 9 months of treatment with Advanced Orthodontics and my experience was amazing. Everyone at work couldn’t believe how beautiful my smile is. While my initial engagements and treatment at this office was excellent, midway through, a disappointment happened. Wires on my treatment broke late on a Friday night — imagine broken wire on your front teeth! After leaving a voice mail on Friday night and then another voicemail at opening of the office on Monday morning (7:30 am), I had to call a second time on Monday to get an appointment for Tuesday (none sooner). I was 10 mins late to this appointment (yes – late, my bad). I took time away from work to get there, arrived and was returned back with the explanation that I could not be seen since there was not enough time for it. The reception staff was pretty rigid and not sympathetic by any means. They suggested there was time to see me next day – none of which worked due to my work schedule. So here we go, wires on the loose, from Friday to Thursday (almost a week later, next possible appointment was that), and treatment that is regressing. Love this office and the practice. Yet, scheduling and responsiveness can do better.

We have seen Dr. Soper and his team at Advanced Orthodontics for years with our kids, from our first evaluation 6 years ago with our oldest, to our first treatment with our youngest. We make the trip from Auburn to Bellevue thru eastside traffic with the kids for treatment because Dr. Soper and his team are worth the trip. They are kind, caring and compassionate with the kids. Braces can be tough on a kids self esteem, and my kids are handling it phenominally because the staff is so supportive. The team explains everything that is going on during treatment, from expected discomforts to long term gains for all to understand. We could go to a local orthodontist, but we choose to make the drive because it is well worth it. I could not recommend them any higher. Wish there was a 6th star.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Soper over 24 months as he worked on my teeth. I never had braces as a child and required quite a bit of work (in coordination with my dentist and an oral surgeon) and Dr. Soper and his staff were certainly up to it. We initially started with lingual braces (at my preference) but after we found that these were moving too slowly Dr. Soper switched me to regular braces for no additional charge. Even though the treatment went 6 months beyond the initial estimate I was never asked to pay an additional fee. I would highly recommend him. The assistants are also, for the most part, top quality though they do change from time to time.

Just finished two years of treatment with Advanced Orthodontics, and their team is excellent! Both Dr. Soper and Dr. Roloff are wonderful, as are all of their assistants and staff. They explained my treatment options and set expectations clearly up front, and I’d highly recommend going in for a consultation if you’re thinking about braces but have questions or just aren’t sure. The office is clearly geared towards kids, but I felt very comfortable as an adult patient. My treatment required jaw surgery, and they recommended and worked closely with Dr. Audia, who is brilliant (and right across the street). I don’t think orthodontia will ever really be fun, but the Advanced O team definitely made it the best it could be. And now I can smile again!
