I just had my 4th and final graft and again had no pain and no blood. I have no idea how they do it. I’m told this should last a lifetime. Dr. B. is super sweet and staff as well. It’s the one medical office who always tells me all the numbers up front without even having to ask. I can’t think of a thing they could do any better. I’m seriously going to miss this office and Dr. B.

To a person, the individuals I’ve met while in the care of this office have been generous, attentive, informed, communicative, and pleasant. I was kept well informed of both the process for procedure and the aftercare, and Dr. Bea is nicest and most enjoyable personality that one might hope to find in a Doctor. I would recommend them for any needs an individual has in this field. They are wonderful practitioners.

They made my little tooth feel hope that it could be saved from the terrors of tooth decay. I asked approximately 37 questions and they answered all of them with patience and expertise. The doctor was extremely empathetic to my anxieties about people with sharp tools all up in my mouth. She even showed me the little sword with the measurements engraved on the side that she would be poking around with. I went in with the thought they’d have to implant a whole new face and mouth but left with just a bill for one tooth. Thank you, Baby Jesus, for throwing me that bone. Also, It was very tempting to take the Starbucks cold coffees they have in the front but I didn’t want to be seen drinking sugar with a jacked up tooth. You’re just asking for all types of issues and bad karma if you do that. I can’t wait to go back and test out my bad nervous office jokes on the staff while I fumble around my fanny pack looking for the credit card with the best cash back rewards. Thank you, Doctor Dentist. I appreciate you.

Speaking as a recently retired dentist, I can assure anyone who asks that there is none better than Dr Bea Criveanu. She is tops in her field. She is gentle, kind, caring, and her technique is flawless. I practiced dentistry for 39 years and believe me I can tell who has what it takes. I would only take my family to the best and Dr Bea is where we go. On a scale of five she is a twelve. Again, none better!

Dr B and her team are amazing!! The best experience I’ve had with any type of surgery, Dr B really cares about her patients and their comfort, her team is equally caring, from the front team to back team. Ha d a great experience with no surprises and I would highly recommend API and their team of professional caring individuals!

I highly recommend API. Dr Bea is kind, caring,and very knowledgeable. She immediately set me at ease. And together we came up with a plan for my treatment. Logan performed my deep cleaning. I was very nervous as can be expected. He talked me through every step of the way and was  very encouraging and gentle. He also made sure that I didn’t have any pain and that I was comfortable. Logan is an absolute jewel. The office staff is very kind and helpful. I am very blessed to have API providing my dental care. I would highly recommend them for yours.

Wow, what a great place to have such important work done. I want to keep all my teeth as I get older and the care and advice I have gotten here is phenomenal compared to my last dentist. Anyway they did a great job of explaining the care routine I needed and were especially thorough with the costs so there was no surprises. The doctors and staff was casual and fun putting me at ease. Highly recommend them!

Having practiced dentistry for 39 years I can assure you there is none better than Dr Bea. No one can judge a dentist better than another dentist, and I give her and her staff my highest recommendations. She is gentle, kind, and her technique is tops. I would only take my family to the best, and Dr Bea is where we go. It is well worth the two hour drive (one way).

My very first visit was a very good experience. The ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming when i first walked in. The registered dental assistant who took care of me during my appointment was fantastic ! Dr. B was great. She carefully performed a complete, thorough, and gentle examination. Once my examination was completed, she talked with me for 20 minutes or so about my oral health, the conditions in my mouth, and what she and her team could do to help me regain my oral health. Dr. Bea is awesome! She is gentle and thorough. My teeth have never felt so clean. Normally after dental work my mouth and jaw is sore but not after leaving API. She always checks in with you to see how you are doing and explains things so that its easy to know what is happening. The office is sparkling clean and the staff make you feel at home. I felt like I knew all of them when I left. Not only that they helped make the whole experience comfortable. That is probably the best experience I have ever had! Thanks Dr. Bea and staff!!!

Dr. Bea and her staff especially Grace are just amazing!! My daughter had her front tooth knocked out over the weekend. We are from out of town and Dr. Bea and Grace came in on their well deserved day off to take care of us. And take care of us they did. They were so kind and caring! Explaining everything in great detail of what they were doing before they did it and what the plan going forward should look like. Dr. Bea reached out to other colleagues in the community providing referrals for us. Both Dr. Bea and Grace went above and beyond. My daughter and I are so very grateful to both of them. I was referred to Dr B from my regular dentist and I was really nervous about seeing a new dentist. Everyone in their office was so helpful in calming my nerves. I was sent my paperwork ahead of time and asked to fill it out asap and return it so that they had time to check my insurance, which I did. When I actually had my appointment, Dr B was so sweet and caring, and the front office staff was super helpful in helping me understand my insurance coverage and what my co pay will be. I am still nervous about my upcoming surgery, but after meeting everyone in the office, I know I am in good hands and I can call with any questions that might come up so that I am 100% comfortable and prepared. I highly recommend Dr B and her team, they’re all so fun in what could be a nerve wracking situation.

I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but after having visited this office several times over the last few months, I cannot speak enough to how wonderful API is. Dr. Bea is gentle, patient, kind, and at the top of her game. She immediately puts the patient at ease, including my mother who has every medical/dental phobia in the book. The office is clean and boasts every modern technology device available. If you want to get the job done right the first time, with precision and excellence, this should be your first stop. I have no idea who these nay-sayers are, but my guess would be they simply don’t want to pay their bill. Pay them no mind. This office cannot be beat, truly.

They were recommended by my dentist for some fairly serious graft work. I was there for three hours yesterday and am very happy with the results. Dr. B and the entire team were very professional and caring, an unbeatable combination. They were very concerned about my comfort. Their written and verbal instructions were thorough, detailed and quite helpful. Their followup has been excellent. This kind of dental work is a serious business. I wanted to be in the very best hands, which is exactly what I got.

Second visit went as well as the first. Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and professional. The best part is they are very gentle with my teeth and gums. Office staff is quick and personable, handling my insurance process very smoothly. The wait between visits is lengthy, but I guess it goes with a big following.

Wow! Outstanding patient care, super-clean facility, and state-of-the-art treatment. I was never seen late nor was there any inefficiency in my communication with the doctor or her staff. I had zero pain the day after a three-hour reconstructive surgery. This was surprising yet not really given the precision and first-rate care I received during the procedure. Zero stress given the clarity of the consultations and during the day of treatment. No surprises, no hassle, no problems. This practice is a real enhancement to our community. I appreciate Dr. Wayne Syn and Peg DeReus (Orland) for the referral and to Dr. B and staff for their visible effort and interest to bring the best care for residents of our area.

Dr ” B” as we call her, is fantastic!!!. Best service and treatment I ever had. The office staff is first class. Facilities are immaculate. She has personality too! Dr B really cares about her patients. She will go waaaay out of her way to insure that all is well. She thoroughly explains what is to be done and why. Totally painless, with excellent work. All the staff members contribute to the 5 star rating. It takes a team to do it all and they are a great team. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. They are on time!!.

All staff is top notch. I figure Dr. B. is paying these ladies very well to have such great staff. And Dr. B. is terrific! I had a gum graft with NO pain, NO blood, and a call from Dr. B herself later that night to make sure I was doing ok. I knew exactly how much everything would cost up front and how much my insurance wasn’t going to pay. That is one amazing lady. All businesses could take a lesson from her.
