One of THEE most thorough dental visits I’ve ever had. First of all, i walked in about 25 minutes early, and was seen right away. That almost never happens! Dr. Gause was very informative and conducted all sorts of comprehensive exams prior to my cleaning. He was very personable and attentive and didn’t try to force unnecessary procedures on me. The hygienist, Fred was also top notch. I informed him of my concerns and trouble areas, and he was gentle and asked how I was along the way. I was in the hunt for a new dentist, and i think I’ve found a great home! Highly recommend this dentist!

Great experience with Dr. Gause and his professional staff. The offices are clean and welcoming and the staff was friendly and took me in right on time. Like most people, I don’t look forward to visits to the dentist but, thanks to Dr. Gause and his staff, I won’t dread it like I used to. Highly recommended!

I have super high anxiety of seeing the dentist and have avoided going for a while. Dr. Gause made me feel comfortable immediately and when he gave me my diagnosis he gave me the news gently and professionally. Also the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had, I think my teeth are a full shade whiter. The staff has been great to work with overall, and generally I would recommend Dr. Gause and his office to all of my friends.

Wow ! Went in for my cleaning and check up today Dr Gause was very professional and thorough. He is very trust worthy and explained I have some small cavities but he could watch them. This translated directly into trust. I went to other doctors who simply wanted to max out my insurance and wallet but not Dr Gause. He definitely helped easy my dental anxiety and restored my trust in my dental provider. Best dentist in midtown and NYC !!

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. Yes dentistry can be expensive but it is worth every cent to do it right. I had pain for three months from a botched crown done by a bad dentist and Dr. Gause came in off the clock on a crazy Sunday during the ny marathon and relieved my pain temporality after scheduling an emergency root canal the next day!! He fit me in and made it work!! He also has a vast array of payment options including several methods of financing. He offers assistance through SAG, AFTRA and EQUITY!! This was the most relaxing, pain free root canal experience anyone could have ever had. His staff from the front desk to his assistant were amazing. His use of technology is exceptional!! He stepped me through his assessment of the problem on a big screen after taking x-rays. He treated my tooth like it was a work of art… meticulous perfection, concentration and my future comfort was of utmost importance to him. I’m never going to another dentist. Never been happier 🙂

I’ve found a new dentist and I’m never going anywhere else! Very courteous and professional care, an absolutely SPOTLESS office (literally the cleanest dentist’s office I’ve ever seen), convenient location, and my insurance covered the appointment 100%. What more can I say?

Alex holds himself to the highest standards of excellence. He’s attentive and gives thorough examinations with thorough explanations of any treatment needed. I have had a good amount of work done and have found that my anxiety about being in the dentist chair has dramatically decreased since working with Dr. Gause.

I was extremely satisfied with my very first visit to Aesthetic Dentistry of Manhattan. My original dentist in Parkchester closed down, so I switched to Co-op City. It was always a negative encounter and experience with various Drs. leaving the Dental Office. Dr. Gause seems really knowledgeable, and thorough. I only went in for an exam, as I’m starting afresh. He measured my teeth, my smile, tested my bite, and checked for cancer by feeling my neck for swollen lymph nodes. I was very impressed. I’m a Flight Attendant so being on the go always is hard to make appointments, and find good dentists. I’m 28, and I’ve never had any dentist do such an amazing exam. I’m looking forward to my future appointments!

Nice clean and smaller office, you don’t Hugo through multiple assistants/etc, the staff and Dr. Gause make you feel like you have their undivided attention and that they are taking their time to explain their diagnosis and your options to you. I was also given a clear idea of the charges and the rate at which my insurance would cover the expenses, in a very clear way before even the consultation, which is very important to me since the billing and claims submitted by dentist offices are often opaque. Great experience, will go there from now on.
