I had two big procedures with Dr. Aznavour over a very short period of time. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He is extremely professional and friendly. To say I am terrified of the Dentist is an understatement but Dr. Aznavour eased me through these two procedures smoothly. I was very comfortable the whole time. I would highly, highly recommend you at least checking him out yourself in person to see what he is about – you will not be disappointed. I have been in California for the last 6 years and visited many different dentists in the LA area. All of these dentists either tried to oversell me or I just didn’t connect with. Dr. Aznavour is by far the best dentist I’ve visited and I am so thankful I finally have a consistent place to visit to be taken care of. Great staff too!

GREAT dentist – seriously, I just got a follow-up call from the dentist himself for a couple of small fillings?! How many dentists do follow-up calls?!?! Switched my family to AG Dental after we had a bad experience with our last dentist (she did a bunch of work, poorly, that we probably didn’t need). Everyone at the office is very friendly, it’s easy to book an appointment within a short time, and the work he did was reasonable and well done! Also, he was very friendly and calm with our four year old daughters 🙂

Dr. Michael and his staff always have their patients best interest in mind, and take great care with each visit – from cleanings to Invisalign treatments. A special thanks to Tina who always manages to remember me with each visit, and remains flexible whenever I have to travel and reschedule with ease. I can choose a dentist locally / in the DTLA area, but have been making the trek to Montrose because each visit to AG Dental has been exceptional. Some visits may require longer wait times, but do be patient as Dr. Michael is a perfectionist and wants to ensure you receive the best possible attention. After Dr Michael Aznavour was made, they threw away the mold. He is truly unique. Let me tell you why, and pay attention, you just might learn something. As an individual that is fascinated by quality craftsmanship and work ethic, it was only natural that when it came to repairing my teeth, I search for those qualities as well. I searched for a peaceful location (in this case Montrose CA) because I believe that only a relaxed and focused professional is capable of producing masterpieces. Much like the early Renaissance sculptor Donatello chipped away at his sculptures one at a time, so too, can Dr. Michael Aznavour be found in the hills of Montrose, sculpting eternal pearly white smiles, one client at a time. In the golden state the best dentists come from the University of Southern California. Out of those dentists, the best are the ones that return to USC to teach dentistry and become faculty. It was important to me that my dentist posses refined method, exceptional technique and an outstanding personality. So then, when you find Dr. Aznavour who is USC alumni, USC faculty and who thoroughly encapsulates the description above, my friends, look no further, for to do so would be to waste your time. I am confident that you will be beyond satisfied with Dr. Aznavour’s quality work. He is superb. Much like a bottle of expensive wine, Dr. Aznavour will only get better with time, and he’s already awesome. Think about that son!!!

I was looking for a dentist closes to my house, but i just didn’t feel the confident with many other places around; Until one day walking by I saw AGDental Studio and I decided to go inside and asked some questions. I immediately knew that this was what i was looking for. the personal at the front office were beyond friendly and well knowledgeable about their job. Then Dr. Aznavour and his assistants came out to greet. I am not a patient here but i wish i was (they dont accept my dmo). I had a bad toothache that was becoming unbearable so on a Saturday morning i was searching yelp for a dentist that was open (mine was closed). I was so desperate i was willing to pay cash. I left several messages at various offices, the dentist at AG was the only one who returned my call and i was surprised it was the actual dentist. His office wasnt open (they open every other sat) but he patiently talked to me and after listening, he referred me to an endodontist who could get started on evaluating my pain. He also phoned that endo to see if they could squeeze me in. Wow, idk many dentists who would do that, especially on his day off. I was very impressed. Ill def spread the word about him to anyone who asks me for dental referral.

I have been going to Dr. Michael Aznavour for the past 1.5 years and can really speak to their care and quality as dentists. In fact, the entire office is entirely committed to patient experience and provides the upmost quality of patient service. I could not recommend this any more highly – they are simply the best. The waiting room is very comfortable, has ample reading materials and always has beautiful classical music playing (very soothing before getting serious dental work performed). The friendly office staff immediately greets you and I am typically seen within minutes of arriving. No long waits at AG Dental Studio. The patient rooms are incredibly comfortable and all have a great view of downtown Montrose. Both Dr. Michael Aznavour and his assistant Krista and front desk Tina have such a great love of their patients and are always genuinely happy to see me every time I come in. It’s like meeting up with an old friend! In addition to being incredibly kind and gentle, Dr. Michael Aznavour is a superb dentists and also teaches at USC. His passion is clear and is a perfectionist in every aspect. Respect, hard work, and dedication to his craft. They work very quickly, always explain whatever procedure they are performing and how to prevent any potential future issues. I have never felt any semblance of discomfort during any of my dental procedures, which have included several crowns and unfortunately, countless fillings. His all porcelain crowns are amazing and can’t even tell a crown is a crown. Dr. Michael always make sure to frequently check in that I am comfortable and to ensure that nothing is painful. No surprises! They always offer music or the tv to take your mind off of the dental work. They all work so seamlessly with Dr. Michael to provide the best quality of care. Patients are truly the number one priority at AG Dental Studio. Beyond the superior quality of dental work, Dr. Aznavour offers a truly family-friendly environment, in that they make you feel as if you’re a good friend and part of family. Dr. Michael, and all staff are so kind-hearted and truly care for their patients. I have the absolute highest regard for this dental office and will likely never visit any other dentist if possible. Growing up I never really developed the habit of taking car of my teeth. This led to multiple root canals and not so pretty teeth. I was always hesitant to smile and even when I did I was always self conscious. I have to admit I was a bit scared (as anyone would be) at the prospect of getting work done one my teeth, but my initial consultation with Dr. Aznavour and his friendly staff, helped put my worries to rest. I was used to dentists rushing between 3 chairs but that wasn’t the case here His meticulous attention to detail and ability to explain in layman’s terms what he would would be doing and why, turned my worry into excitement. But man when he showed me the cast of the before and afters I couldn’t help but smile . As a matter of fact I couldnt keep my mouth shut. I’ve been coming here for years now and I’m still just as happy as I was when I first came. The doctor and his team are always so friendly, and show genuine interest in your dental hygiene rather than doing a simple clean and leaving. I always enjoy coming here – the office is clean, they offer a variety of beverages, have toothbrushes and more in the restroom if you’d like to do a quick clean before having them inspect your mouth. I’d always struggled with going to the dentist and now I look forward to going! I’m not a frequent yelp reviewer by any means but I hope that my experience can help others when it comes to choosing a dentist. Having close friends and family in the dental industry, I’ve always gone to places referred to me. Somehow, 2 years gone by and my biennial visits to the dentist fell by the wayside. A painful achy tooth got me looking for a dentist the day after Christmas (great job having business name starting with an A). Yelps review having a solid 5 and the office manager was just super, I knew this would be the place of choice. They were extremely busy but she probe and asked questions to gauge the severity of my pain–and the team made it work to get me in. -Professional team (the dentist is great but everyone else is just as knowledgeable and professional. I stress this, because I am a stickler when it comes to communication. Office folks have no idea how important they are. They are interfacing with clients, guiding them through the process and facilitating the relationship just as much as the dentists. So when you have a front person with a bad attitude, who comes across hating their job and little patience for their stressed clients that is no Bueno. Anyways, not the case here. – Not fluffy, fake, or over the top – Doesn’t oversell, really focus on the priorities – Traditional ethics and forward-thinking approach – Dr. Michael is legit, he’s a problem solver, perfectionist and get the work done RIGHT! He really gets in there and you can tell he’s not one to cut corners no matter how busy he is. He’s transparent, tells you what you need or don’t need with foresight on how it will impact the patients in the future. He will walk you through the proposed procedures and educate you on the whys/hows. Overall you are getting premium services, from a premium dentist at a responsible price. This place is fantastic.

So far, I’ve gone in for 2 appts and had a great experience! The staff is extremely friendly and makes the environment very comfortable. I don’t do well with needles and such but Dr. Aznavour and the staff made it the best experience possible. Everything was quick and easy. The Dr. constantly checked in on me to make sure I was never in pain. The facilities were modern and using the latest technology. It’s very apparent that Dr. Aznavour and his entire team are very passionate for both what they do and the comfort & health of their clients. Although I’m terrified to take out my wisdom teeth, I know I’ll be in good hands at my next appt. PS. parking is super easy & free! Just go to the back parking lot. You cant miss the AG Dental Studios sign from there so its really easy to find.

5 STAR!!! It’s pretty hard to find a good dentist that fulfills your requirements and meets your expectation. Some dentists are always booked up while some only offer the most inconvenient times. I found Dr Michael Aznavour’s office online looking for a good local dentist in the area. Luckily I found Dr. Aznavour at AG Dental Studio. The location is great and there is always parking. Dr. Aznavour has got an awesome team of staff, they are all very friendly and the doc knows what he’s doing unlike some dentists =X AG Dental Studio has flexible hours. Great set up, all digital X-rays…state of art technology!
I was surprised when I was able to book a 5pm appointment. All you people who don’t want to take off work early to go to the dentist should come to AG Dental Studio because they can acommodate the after work crowd. The entire team at AG Dental studio are wonderful people. I am very thankful to meet this doc! In short, I would highly recommend Dr. Aznavour & the office as a whole. Keep up the great work!!

I was recently searching for a new Dentist in the La Crescenta/Montrose area. After my long search I found myself making an appointment to meet with Dr. Aznavour. From the very beginning; the process was easy and stress free. I was actually able to speak with Dr. Aznavour over the phone to make my appointment. From then I already knew he was going to be a good choice. His assistant called me the following day to ask for my insurance information, which she took, and was able to answer all the questions I had. Location was very easy to find and parking was not an issue. Let’s talk about the appointment itself. Dr. Aznavour and his staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Even myself as a new patient, I did not feel any stress or anxiety from starting over with a new Dentist. I was able to get a lot of my questions answered and a good amount of work done on my first visit, of course, schedule permitting. I highly recommend Dr. Aznavour. Seems like we found our new family dentist.

“Woohoo! As good as it gets!” is correct! My husband and I recently moved to La Crescenta and we needed a new dentist to go with our new PPO plan 😉 I did some research online and found AG Dental and I am more than happy with them. My husband hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years! Yes, 10 years! I finally convinced him to go in to get a check up/cleaning and AG Dental made him feel so comfortable that he actually enjoys going to the dentist now. Oh and after 10 years of not seeing a dentist …. NOT ONE CAVITY! But he was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and Dr. Aznavour did just that in sections. Because he was being a weenie for the past ten years there was a lot to clean up so Dr. Aznavour needed to do the cleaning in sections. It took about 2 or 3 visits to finish the cleaning. I went in thinking I had cavities because I was feeling some pain towards the back of my mouth and the Dr. looked at my teeth and already knew I didn’t have any cavities but instead I was in desperate need of a nightgaurd for my grinding. When you grind hard enough your jaw will begin to hurt and so will your teeth. 🙁 Dr. Aznavour told me about a new type of night gaurd that covers only the top four (or five) of your teeth. He highly recommended this new model instead of the old one and I now have it and am very pleased with it. I feel nothing in my mouth and sleep soundly throughout the night. Dr. Aznavour is so cool that he’s become almost like a friend to us. We both enjoy going to the office not only for him but his awesome assistant. The receptionist is always smiling and knows everyone by a first name bases. I love this place and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Keep up the good work A.G!

I found AG Dental on Yelp as I was looking for a dentist around my area and haven’t been to a dentist in a very long time. Even though he had 5 star review, I always write my own as everyone’s experience is unique. I had my first appointment yesterday (7/21/17), I gotta admit I was a bit nervous as I was gonna have tooth extraction. Dr. Michael came out to greet me even before he had to see me and I thought that was helpful as it made me feel at ease and that he cared. When I was called in, Dr. Michael examined me very thoroughly. His assistant (which I forgot the name and I feel very bad about ) was really nice and made me feel comfortable during the x-ray. Dr. Michael explained all the procedures that I would need to have and the cost very thoroughly. Prior to any procedure, he made sure that I had enough anesthesia to the area that he was going to work on and even gave me extra in the middle of the procedure to make sure I did not feel anything. I actually couldn’t believe that he was done as I didn’t feel anything. Needless to say I was very impressed. Fast forward 24hrs later, my phone rang and since I did not recognize the number, I didn’t pick up. To my surprise, Dr. Michael left me a message checking on me and making sure I was feeling ok! VER IMPRESSIVE!!! Just FYI, I’m in no pain at all after 2 teeth extractions! HE’S THAT GOOD! Dr. Michael is now my dentist and I know just like ALLSTATE, I’m in good hands!

Ok, I had a HUGE review written up but Yelp is getting mad at me. I have a terrible habit of writing essays so I’ll try to break this down. (Spoiler alert; it still ended up being ridiculously long, sorry!!!) There’ve been many business that made me want to finally write my 1st Yelp review w/ how happy I was; but I always just never get around to it. But I can’t let it pass this time. Long story short; I 1st contacted AG in Dec ’15. I already had a pretty bad problem tooth by then for ~1.5 yrs — cavity that turned into decay where a piece of the enamel (?) came off; the exposed area was pretty close to the nerve. It became sensitive to cold & eventually to pressure — even the slightest tap sent a sharp shooting pain that lasted at least 2 minutes. This usually went on for a few days every few months. When I finally had enough, it was in Dec. during the worst time, Xmas Eve/Day! I had to leave a family gathering to lookup offices open during weekends; & during a major holiday at that. So I found AG Dental. I didn’t know at the time that the office # redirects to Dr. Aznavour’s personal cell for emergencies when they are closed. So my grueling, desperate, almost-10-minute-long, late-night voicemail went directly to him, LOL. Next day was Sun. so I thought I’d have to suck it up until Mon. but he called early in the morning — while he was out of town on a trip! — to get acquainted w/ me & the situation. Also recommended products to keep me comfortable until I could do an office-visit. At any rate, turned out I needed 2 root canals; the 1st tooth affected a neighboring tooth since it remained in my mouth for so long. I was not very financially stable at the time but Dr. Aznavour was very genuine & urgent about getting me the care I needed to make me pain-free & comfortable. W/o going into full detail, we worked on a plan to still get the brunt of the procedure done & have the remaining, pricier portion done/billed at a later time. That time came this month & he has wrapped up the rest of the procedure — I now have both teeth crowned. Even now, he’s very supportive about the financial strain 2 root canals have put on me — not that he’s majorly discounted his service or anything, because he IS running a business afterall; no qualms there — but he’s given me helpful repayment plans, thrown in my most recent teeth cleaning free of charge, & given me some fillings I also ended up needing at a slightly lower rate. But it’s not just the money. AG will definitely be my home dental office from here on out for as long as possible. Dr. Aznavour just runs his office wonderfully & I believe he truly loves, knows, & cares about his practice. I previously went to Dr. Hakimi’s office along Foothill Blvd between Ramsdell & La Crescenta Ave. While my previous fillings & wisdom teeth extractions done there were not at all bad, the service was completely different. They seemed to always overbook, so even on the day of my appointment, I still always had to wait at least an hour before being seen; every time, w/o fail. Their x-ray machines are also outdated & take forever to develop a picture (AG’s is digital & uploads to their computers w/in seconds)! + at least 1 or 2 other dentists have worked there, so my 1st visit was w/ someone else, afterwards it was Hakimi. Nice guy but again w/ the overbooking, every visit he was working on 1 or 2 other patients simultaneously; WTF?! I was in there one time for almost 5 hours, maybe 1.5 of which was actually w/ the doc. & even then, he was always rushing & didn’t take a lot of time to talk to me — I’m realizing now maybe he wasn’t truly genuinely nice, hah. (Sidenote; my wisdom teeth extractions were done by the 1st dentist who is no longer there, don’t remember her name but she was one of the better pros about that office). So take all of that bad stuff & AG is the complete opposite. There may be days Dr. Aznavour is busier but I’ve never felt uncomfortable, rushed, or unsure there. Staff is great, too — his assistant Krista is a peach; makes sure I’m always ok, actually has conversations, & nerds out w/ me about Pokémon GO, haha. & his receptionist (I’m sorry I don’t know her name right now but I think it’s Tina?), is always very kind & easy to talk to; especially when I had a small issue w/ my dental PPO & had to get it sorted out. At any rate, (hey, you actually got this far?!) I’ve been very happy with my services at AG & will continue to come here for all other dental needs. I will always very much appreciate how quickly Dr. Aznavour got in touch w/ me when I was distressed & in serious pain back in Dec; especially since he was off-duty & out of town. & even though he’s always focused while working on me (as he should be), the guy’s got humor & personality. The whole office does, they are very warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. Thank you for everything so far!!! (:

I would give Dr. Aznavour TEN Stars If YELP allowed. I CHIPPED my front tooth a while ago, biting hard on a fork. I didnt look like an extra from Breaking Bad Set, but I could def. notice it. I took my time to get it fixed because I wanted the perfect dentist. Mean time, I tried to just chuckle instead of my hearty laughs. Nevertheless, Thanks to YELP, I found him. After quick and FRIENDLY exam, Dr. A came up with the genius idea of filling in my chipped tooth and slightly grinded down the lower teeth so when I bite down, it wouldnt put too much pressure on the tooth. Hence the filling wouldnt pop out. The above took less than 10 minutes. Second, Dr. A advised to help my Tmj, he would make night-guard for me. He took a mold of my teeth and I get to pick them up in just a couple of weeks. His entire TEAM is super super SUPER welcoming, kind, well spoken and I felt at ease the entire time. Quality:—— A+ Great work, my tooth looks PERFECT! Office:——– A+ Super clean and cozy! Remodeling soon so Im sure it will look even better. Location:—— A+ Nestled in Honolulu Ave, overlooking the beautiful shops and tree lined streets. Wow talk about the greatest dental cleaning ever. It’s pretty incredible how Dr. Aznavor attended to my teeth and with such a gentle approach. It’s all pretty sad because after having my teeth cleaned by Dr. Aznavor I quickly realized I never had a proper cleaning just kinda a high end brush. With that being said I’ve been in and out of many dental offices and I have never experienced such professionalism and expertise. Dr. Aznavor and his staff are dedicated to their patients and what to make the “horrifying dental experience” a pleasant one, and they did exactly that. I of course have to go back for cavities and so on but I am actually excited about it because the doctor educated me about my teeth and how to properly and realistically care for them. I was also told I need my wisdom teeth pulled … yikes !! Not looking forward to that but the doctor had me at ease. He assured me he would only send me to the best oral surgeon and it would be as easy as possible (plus I get to eat ice cream 3 times a day !! Not by doctors orders hahah).
I honestly didn’t think I would have such a great experience at a dental office but it was 1000% the best Dentist I have been too in 30 years!! I highly recommend AG dental for anyone who has any dental needs. This doctor is an expert and will make your experience a great one !!

This review has been a long time coming. After years of being terrified of going to a dentist, I did some research in to a few places and decided to make an appointment with AG Dental Studio. From the first phone call, the lady was so sweet and reassuring me that they would take care of me. Every time I have been (and it’s been a LOT over the past 6-7 months: 4 wisdom teeth extracted, one molar removed + bone graft, fillings replaced, two chipped teeth fixed, night guard made that had immensely helped with my grinding… the list goes on) it’s been a positive experience. I’ve had a lot of work done and Dr. Aznavour took his time with all that needed to be done so it wasn’t so overwhelming having everything done in a short amount of time. Dr. Aznavour and the team are so friendly and attentive. I’m continuing to go back for routine check ups and cleaning since I trust the work they do. Thank you all SO much for taking care of my teeth! The offices (that were also recently remodeled) are clean and in a great location – easy free parking in the back. I highly recommend AG Dental to anyone reading, they will answer questions that you have and I liked that after some of the more extensive work I’d had done, Dr. Aznavour would call the following day to check in on you and make sure you’re okay. Update: I really don’t come on Yelp to write good reviews. Usually only when a business is just bad all around. But after after my first visit with work done I thought I would add how great it was. My appointment is not until next week but I came in today to see exactly what I needed. I went to a different dentist yesterday and he told me I needed a root canal. I was confused because my teeth don’t hurt and he wouldn’t show me where it was nor another cavity he said I needed filled. I called AG dental because of the good reviews.
Bridgette, the assistant is so sweet and I felt like Dr.Aznavour was really honest in what I needed and didn’t need. He said a root canal wasn’t necessary which made me really happy, but the biggest thing for me is that my young ones go everywhere with me. My daughter is 3 and they were so cool about her being in the office. It’s hard for me to go places without them and I really appreciate how cool they are were with a crying baby and rambunctious 3 year old. I’m also in search for a dentist for my daughter and since their so great with kids being there, I think I found one. I haven’t had work done but I’m confident that everything will be okay.

Holy amazing balls!!! I love it here so much I’ve never been so happy at a dentist before. Dr. Michael Aznavour and his staff were very nice, down to earth, polite and very professional. His office has an amazing digital xray system so I don’t have to worry about radiation as in most dental offices. He also showed me everything on his computer which has an awesome touch screen and he draws out and points to anything he sees on the xrays. He makes sure that you understand each procedure before moving on; whether it is a basic routine cleaning or a root canal. The location of his office is awesome. It is right on Honolulu Ave in Montrose and has a great view from his dental chair which is totally relaxing. His office is also very clean. Dr. Michael and his staff are funny, nice and take the time to sit down and talk to you for as long as you need. They make u feel comfortable with out even trying. The big screen tv with the music in the waiting room and the tv’s in each room are awesome and takes your mind off being at a dental office. He sits, jokes around and really makes you feel relaxed. He is very reasonable with pricing and works with you. I wont be changing dentist as long as he’s here. I did the $99 Lifetime Whitening Special and got my amazing, thorough cleaning and my teeth are sparkling. Can’t wait for my next visit 🙂 Thanks, AG Dental!

My first yelp review ever! So well deserved.. Dr. Aznavour and his staff are amazing! I have been going to a dentist next to my house for 13 years now but when my close friend went to AG Dental Studio and told me of her awesome experience, I thought I would give it a try. From the minute I called to make an appointment, I was treated very professionally. The receptionist lady, Jenny, is very nice and agreeable. I went in for my cleaning. I admit I can be a bit of a drama queen if I feel any sort of pain but Dr. Aznavour was so gentle. He stopped many times during the cleaning to make sure I wasn’t in any pain or discomfort. I did not feel a thing! Dr. Aznavour took X-rays and noticed I had a cavity. Spot on! I had been having pain there but was too scared to say anything in case it required extra dental work. He showed me exactly where the cavity was and explained thoroughly what he was going to do. I had gotten only a handful of cavities filled in the past so I was a bit nervous. He was sure to put my mind at ease. Once again, no pain of any sort during the filling! Needless to say, I no longer have discomfort in that tooth. I am so glad I found AG Dental Studio! Oh the irony… So counselor says “Jack! Are you out of your mind putting 8 packs of sure in a medium coffee??” I tell counselor no… It just keeps me sweet, lol (It’s the truth!). She tells me that I need to do a sugar detox. Cool… Let’s do it!! Of course, while I do my sugar detox my tooth begins to get some pain. That pain within a week turned into more pain… Then I can’t have anything cold due to the pain! What the heck???!!! While I have sugar, I’m good and then I try to do something good and I’m in pain (and no, not a good pain!). I found AG on Yelp cause I practically find everything on Yelp! I walked in and had a moment of awkwardness cause I walked in and the front office woman and Dr.Mike were just starring at me, lol… Maybe a “Hi, how are you?” Lol. After a few moments of just looking at each other I told them that I have pain and they asked if I can come back in a few hours… Which was pretty impressive that they would take me in THAT quick! I got back, filled some paperwork and he got me seated. Now, please note- I do NOT like the dentist!! I never have, probably never will, and I love sugar! (sorry dr.mike… Nothing against you.. I’m sure you’re reading this, lol). My first impression of him is “okay he’s a young guy, God knows how much experience he has, BUT people on Yelp seem really happy… Let’s do this!!” Second impression is – this guy is Armenian???!!! No!! Really??! Ok cool! The first visit took approximately 2.5 hours. He checked my teeth, got an X-Ray of ALL my teeth. There is a good and a bad of this… Bad is that I HATE putting that thing in my mouth cause I gag easily… Good cause it was done all through a device that gives a computer generated picture, which was really cool. He found that the pain that I had a crown that was too high or too low (I don’t remember). He made some adjustments and said hopefully it will feel better and will follow up with me in about two weeks (thankfully it’s feeling a little better). Then he checked the rest of my teeth and got me a quote right away on what I need done for my teeth to look great. The reason the appointment took so long is cause he was kinda jumping back and forth between me and the next room. I felt bad cause the person in the next room was scared to death, so I told him to take his time with them… I have to say that Dr. Mike is a good dentist. He and his staff make you feel comfortable and that is one of the biggest things that you could ever do for anyone that is going to the dentist. He was totally understanding, he was communicative, and he has a good staff to back him up. If you are looking for a good dentist, come by and check this place out!! This is advise coming from someone who is crazy about sugar, candy, anything sweet…

I was doing a bunch of research to find a new dentist since I’m new to the area when a new friend recommended I try AG Dental. So I gave them a try and I could not be happier! Dr. Michael is awesome! He came up with a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all my dental issues – which he explained in detail. He extracted a bad tooth and I barely felt it. A root canal went as smoothly as possible. On top of the great care, the staff is super nice and personal. I feel well attended to every time I come in and in every call I have with them. They have good technology on managing my records and appointments. And, the costs are totally fair and reasonable. It’s a great feeling having such a highly skilled and caring professional taking care of my issues. Highly recommend!

Ok, so my friend recommended AG to me and I decided to book my first appointment.. Here are the things I loved: 1) BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY: The first thing I noticed when I called was how helpful and on-top-of-it the staff was. They checked my insurance, and called me right back. I was honestly expecting to book an appointment in 4 weeks, but they booked it right away and apologized that the weekend wasn’t available… am I the only one shocked here?!? 2) FRIENDLY STAFF: When I went in for my first everyone made me feel comfortable right away. I went into the appointment early and was expecting to wait for hours.. they took me in right away! 3) ATTENTIVE: Dr. Aznavour made sure I was taken care of. I feel like most dentists are on a clock, they over book, and once an hour passes they show you the door. That ends up dragging out procedures for a few months. He made a clear plan of things we needed to do, made me feel comfortable, and addressed other questions I had. He went out of his way, and that is extremely RARE. Definitely going back!

I’m sure many of you would agree with me when I say I am terrified of seeing a dentist. Hence why I have been avoiding it for the past 4 years! Yes, 4 years, I know it’s bad. I started getting a really bad toothache a few months ago from a fallen out filling that I never took care of it. I was in excruciating pain and knew it was time to go. I got in touch with Dr. Aznavour who recently purchased the facility and he recommended me to a great endodontist to preform the root canal since he was still in the process of getting ownership of AG dental. After I got my root canal done, I went back to Dr. Aznavour for my crown and WOW! 1. I didn’t feel a single thing and 2. My crown is perfect! Dr. Aznavour is very gentle and was constantly checking to see if I was ok. I told him in advance I was terrified of shots, and honestly he spoke to me the entire time and I didn’t even realize I got 2 or 3 shots. The staff is extremely friendly, the facility and equipment are very clean, and the dentist is an expert. I’m so glad I found AG dental! I recently went back to get a cleaning, since its been you know…4 years. And again painless. Thanks, Dr. Aznavour and staff you guys are the best.

I rarely review anything on Yelp, but I had such a great first experience at this dentist today! This may be my 2nd yelp review. Excellent dentist. The staff is very knowledgeable,caring, and patient. I was really impressed with the amount of overall knowledge the dental hygienist had. She and the dentist had a good rapport and working relationship. Dr. Aznavour did not rush the visit at all (which was the case with my previous lifelong dentist), explained all the dental work I needed and his technological equipment and software made everything easy to understand, from the x-rays close-up shots of the tooth decay, to the breakdown of expenses for each item. I have never met a more detail-oriented dentist who was willing to answer each question I had thoroughly, from the angle at which to hold your toothbrush while brushing (45 degrees) to such minutae as how close my cavity had come to having to do a root canal(1/2 mm and 3 months apparently). I also enjoy the Xylitol mints in my Dental Goody Bag (which includes floss, brush, toothpaste) which he gave me to produce more saliva from my dry mouth that is contributing to my tooth decay. My husband and I will be returning on Wednesday for his check-up and cleaning and my fillings I will be returning 2x annually, after today’s visit, I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Give Dr. Mike a try, you won’t be disappointed.
