Dr. Ferguson has been my dentist for 16 years.  In that time he has been very professional, thorough and caring. Their hygiene team is top notch and very up-to-date. Dr. Ferguson’s assistants always know what they are doing and it seems like they are one step ahead of him in what he needs next. Their talents and professionalism are endless .  His front office are always cheerful friendly and seem to be always available to help and go that extra mile.  I just love Dr. Ferguson and his awesome team

Like Andy Sobczak, I have been connected to this dental practice for many years. When our previous dentist was no longer available, Dr. Ferguson came on the scene. I was a bit nervous but he turned out to be an excellent, caring dentist that has been keeping my mouth healthy for years. The office staff remains awesome and this coward appreciates it very much. When I started with the practice years ago I had serious oral health issues. The obvious caring, professionalism and nagging have brought me to dental health. Thank you Dr, Ferguson, Sheryl, Shelly, and all the rest of the wonderful staff. I strongly recommend them as your future dentist and dental office.

Don’t normally write reviews, but this office deserves recognition. They are top of the line, professional, easy to work with, up to date with technology and information, and as the sign says: Caters to chickens and cowards. Have been with some of these folks one way or another for about 40 years. Highly recommend these warm hearted, compassionate, skilled technicians and Doc Ferguson is a gem. Thank you all!

We have been going to Dr. Ferguson’s office for years. Staff are always great – so courteous and friendly. They’ll help you navigate your insurance coverage and are very efficient as well in handling appointments. Dr. Ferguson, all of the hygienists, and dental assistants are wonderful as well. They do great work and make you very comfortable.

Dr. Ferguson’s office is an amazing place. I went in as a new patient last week and they took x-rays; not even a cleaning (which is next month). They were with me for 90 minutes. He did check for oral cancer which is new for me. I highly recommend Dr. Ferguson if you are looking for a new dentist or if you are unhappy with your current dentist.

I was a patient at this practice before Dr Ferguson took over and that was many years ago. He and his staff have been great at caring for everything I do to my teeth including helping me prevent loss from night grinding. After any major procedures Dr Ferguson calls me that night to see how I am doing. The ladies at the front desk are also masters at managing insurance and that really helps. I will be here for as long as they will and hope that is many years. Oh and the hygienist are just fun fun, love them.

The best dental experience I have ever had! The front office staff are always so welcoming and personable. The dental hygienists are all very thorough and seem to genuinely care about my dental needs. Dr Ferguson is SUPER nice , and seems to really have a passion for his work! All in all I would highly recommend this office!! Two thumbs up

I’ve been a patient of Dr Ferguson’s for years. He is thorough, gentle, and a great dentist. I totally trust his advice. His staff is wonderful. I love Val, my dental hygienist. I’m always greeted with smiles from Cheryl or Shelley at the front desk. I drive down from Cave Creek because I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!

I am so happy I found such an amazing dentist that I can trust. Dr. Ferguson is hands down the best dentist I have been to! He also has such an amazing team. Sheryl, Shelly, Suzy, Katie and Lori were knowledgeable and more than happy to help and are genuinely sweet ladies. If you are someone who is scared of the dentist, I highly recommend this office as they explain in detail what they will be doing for the day and make you feel very comfortable. I also received a hand-written note welcoming me to his office which is the sweetest thing and something I’ve never seen a dental office do. Will definitely be referring my friends and family!

Dr. Ferguson is an alumni from THE PANKEY INSTITUTE! Up until this year, I thought all dentists were more or less the same – I was absolutely equivocated. I spoke to a Registered Dental Assistant in California that recommended me to visit Dr. Ferguson in Arizona – but if his office was too far, to at least look for another Pankey Dentist. I was looking for a Dentist that could offer a saliva test since there is so much you can learn from your overall health based on the health of your mouth, gums, and teeth. I am grateful that I made time to go to his office even though it is out of our way. We each got a different care plan and were treated based on our needs and preferences too. I like everything explained to me in detail and all options mentioned, I was given all of that by every staff member… Suzy is so sweet and Sharon is a bomb of information and I love it! I always leave the office with notes. My spouse was also very pleased and prefers being comfortable with little details involved in the procedure and said he was so relaxed that he has fallen asleep during his visits. I never knew there would be a drastic difference in our dental care and treatment going to a Pankey Dentist. I wish I had known about him 20+ years ago; and have started reaching out to friends and family to consider making a switch to Dr. Ferguson; or for those who live out of the state, to find a Pankey Dentist.

I am so glad that I have Dr. Ferguson as my dentist, he truly is a professional and runs a great buisess with a wonderfull and caring staff. I can’t say enough about the quality of all who work for him and what a pleasure it is for me to feel like I’m part of there family. Three fillings, two caps and one tooth pulled with no problems, great job everyone and thank you Dr. Freguson.

Dr. Ferguson and his staff are great. I recently moved back to Phoenix and wanted to find a dentist nearby. I basically went off the reviews I read on Google and chose Dr. Ferguson. I’ve been going to him for close to two years now and have not been disappointed. I highly recommend him. Most recently I needed a crown and a root canal. He referred me to a great endodontist and Dr. Ferguson did a great job on my crown.

They were able to get me in without an appointment for an extraction. The receptionists were very nice and even looked up my insurance because I didn’t have my card. Everyone there was so kind. The doctor was so gentle and explained everything. They even gave me a blanket because I was cold. They called later to check on me. I’m so impressed. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

Great office! Dr. Ferguson and all of the staff are all very personable, professional, and make you feel very comfortable. They are responsive and are always willing to check to see if there is another option for appointments and I love booking well in advance so I can put into my busy schedule without having to think about making appointments. The quality of their dentistry is apparent and I look forward to going to the dentist! Plus – you get an awesome sticker!!!! They have contests for prizes, provide a little snack and/or coffee or tea if you need a pick me up after your appointment! Gentle, professional care.

Dr. Ferguson, Sheryl and his staff are the best. I travel from Prescott Valley to have all my dental work done because I know I will have the state of the art procedure and be treated as a special person. Dr. Ferguson is both a sensitive and compassionate person whose heart is filled with love. I have been a patient in that office since the early 80’s and will not go anywhere else. I have referred several people from Phx and they too, feel he is outstanding. Thank you, thank you, the world needs more professionals like you.

Most recommendations come from family and friends. My cardiologist referred me to Dr. Ferguson and I applaud her choice. My regular cleanings have reduced my mouth infections so that I no longer am considered ‘at risk’. The exceptional care by Dr..Ferguson and his entire staff has significantly improved my overall health.
