Dr. Ozaki is kind, gentle and extremely honest. I feel like he’s always told me the truth and not tried to “upswell” me like many other dentists do. He does not rush you and takes the time to answer all of your questions throughly. The front desk staff is amazing and Anita, my hygienist. Where do I start with her? So good at what she does – she’s extremely gentle and caring. I had to get a cavity filled for the first time in 16 years  (I’m terrified of needles and the dentist) and She actually remembered my appointment time  and came to hold my hand during the shot portion, lol. It didn’t hurt an ounce – Dr. Ozaki is a true master at his craft. I am terrified (or was terrified) of the dentist, but visiting Dr. Ozaki, Brenda and Anita feels more like visiting some friends than a bothersome visit to the dentist. He came highly recommended by a coworker and I am so glad I listened. I now refer all of my family and friends to him. He really is THAT good.

This Is one of the best dentist offices I’ve ever been to!!! The best customer service!! Bri has the most gentle hands when it comes to cleaning my teeth! The front desk “Brenda” has the best way of making you feel welcome and excited to come in or just make an appointment on the phone! The dentist him self Doctor Ozaki, is the best dentist I have ever been too! He’s very nice straight on and very professional! I love this place I always feel so welcome and it feels like family coming every time! Thank you to the Doctor Ozaki office and it’s amazing team!! I love you guys!!!

This is my second review of Dr. Ozaki and staff. I went in today to get my “Flipper” fitted. First Dr. Ozaki had to extract a “bad tooth”; and I must tell you that I am terrified of needles. Dr. Ozaki had “perfect hands” and I barely even felt anything. “GREAT JOB DOC”! Doctor Ozaki and his assistant “Yuka” did a great job explaining how to care for the “Flipper”, cleaning, etc… They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Lastly, the lab they used did a great job. I’ve already had many compliments and have only been out of the office a few hours. Once again; “Cheers” and “Thanks” for a job well done! Thanks, Mike K.

Dr. Osaki and his team are incredible. I was suffering from TMJ for years and didn’t like the idea of having to wear a night guard for treatment. Dr. Osaki suggested I give this laser treatment a try to see if it could help relieve some of my pain, I wasn’t sure what to expect but went for it and am so relieved I did! I did about 5 treatments (they only take about 10 minutes) it’s been 3 months since my last treatment and still NO pain. Thank you for introducing me to that treatment Dr. Ozaki. I hope anyone else who has jaw pain will give it a try, what a relief it was for me! Many thanks to you and your team Dr. Ozaki you really know how to make each visit easy and welcoming. I needed a root canal and he was able to squeeze me in right away. In years past, other dentists would send me to an endodontist for a root canal, but Dr. Ozaki is able to do it himself. It was quick and painless, and very reasonable. I don’t have dental insurance, so the low price was really appreciated. I have sent my friends to him and they are all very satisfied. Thank you, Dr. Ozaki!

Exceptional would be an understatement. I was referred to Dr. Ozaki by a friend who has been completely satisfied for 25 years. Unlike numerous medical and dental practices whose prime interest is profit, Dr Ozaki is focused on patient health and satisfaction. He and his staff are extremely professional, highly skilled, and have commendable interpersonal skills. The positive work ethic is visible throughout and patients are treated with dignity and respect. From the moment I was greeted at the front desk through every aspect of treatment, the experience can only be deemed as outstanding. I applaud Dr. Ozaki and his staff for their commitment to providing only the finest care, and would easily rate them well above the competition. If you want premier attention and quality, this is the place. How many doctors do you know who provide their private cell numbers to patients? Five stars is simply not enough……..

Dr. Ozaki has been my family dentist for over 20 years. I just finished my 2nd root canal and crown (May 2017) which went smoothly. He provides excellent workmanship. For example my oldest daughter had work done by Alan in 2006, since then she has married and moved to Idaho. She went to a dentist there who said he has newer seen such excellent work and that she had a great dentist in Las Vegas. Lastly, Alan is not a pediatric dentist so when my youngest daughter needed 4 fillings, I went to 3 different pediatric dentists for consultation. All three said they would have to strap her down, cover her mouth if she screamed, wouldn’t allow me to be in the same room, and other barbaric procedures. I was sick thinking about it, went home and prayed to God. I felt prompted to go back to Dr. Ozaki and we talked about just doing one of the four cavities to see if it would work, that is my daughter would stay still. I held my daughters hands and feet during the procedure and gave her constant praise how good she is doing. Dr. Ozaki successfully fixed the cavity and after three more visits she was done. That was over 10 years ago. Dr. Ozaki won a place my heart! It is a cherished memory I have, for my daughter and I were in a bind and he made us free. I will be forever grateful.

Absolutely changed the game for me, I had this huge gap in my teeth, as shown, and I always had this level of thought about my teeth and smiling, but after my visit today and getting them filled in, Dr. Ozaki and his son are absolute angels, they make sure you are perfectly comfortable. I couldn’t recommend them anymore than I do now, please, if you need something done, go to him, he is absolutely amazing!

Well, since I am up “Yelping ” I have a couple of things to say My husband is 95% deaf now, I make all phone calls, which of course I do not mind doing whatsoever. Is it me, or is it sometimes simply annoying to hear ” Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed. Press 1 for this , 2 for that and so forth . After you press 2 once again, it’s press 4 for this 5 for that. Then it’s ” This is (name) I’m not at my desk right now please leave a detailed message , I will get back with you within 24 hours!” Well folks, guess what, none of that at Dr. Ozaki’s office. You get a pleasant answer from Brenda. ” ” Dr. Ozaki’s office, this is Brenda,how can I help you today.? Usually Brenda, sometimes Melissa. Both are at front desk, almost as Ambassadors to greet you with a friendly smile, no matter what kind of day they have had. Dr. Ozaki once told me he hires “People persons” and I for one appreciate that.

I just wanted to tell everyone that this is the best care that I have ever had!  Dr. Ozaki has the best chair side manners of any dentist I have ever visited.  He took the time to explain in detail all my options and every procedure available.  The following day I received a text message as a follow up asking how I was feeling and if there was anything I needed to contact him!
I highly recommend this dentist!! If I could give him 10 Stars I would!

If you need a dentist, you need to see Dr. Ozaki! He is A.MA.ZING! He is kind and gentle, and does not tell you what you don’t need to do. He will tell you what really needs to be done, and what you can wait to do. He and his staff are also very very friendly; and they take referrals seriously. I was referred by family friends; I referred three other people to Dr. Ozaki, and they all love him too! I cannot say enough good things about him; he is a wonderful dentist, and I will miss him dearly since I am now out of Las Vegas…..
