Since moving, I’ve been reluctant to try and find a new dentist, especially during the pandemic. As a result of a friend’s recommendation, I decided to give this place a try. The Alder Trails office staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed chatting with Camilla, the dental hygienist and received a very thorough cleaning.  Dr. Tran was kind, professional and funny and I felt completely at home. I made sure to book my next 6 month appointment before I left, so I don’t have to worry about booking it later!

Alder Trails has a very professional & friendly staff you are greeted by a kind & friendly face. Then the hygienist does her part X-Rays, cleaning & polishes your teeth and she is ventral on your teeth & gums. And then Dr. Tran, dentist greets you explains what they found and your treatment plan. Also Dr. Tran has exceptional patient manners always willing to help his patients and do whats best For his patients. I have been seeing him for about a year now. I even recommended my son to to Alder Trails.

I needed to find a new dentist because I recently moved back to the Houston/Cypress area, got a new job and wanted to find an office close to where I lived. I discovered Alder Trails Dental via a LinkedIn connection. Dr. Tran’s staff was very lovely and professional. Dr. Tran was awesome and explained what he was doing. I went for my usual cleaning but had a small cavity, so he was able to take care of it right then so I wouldn’t have to come back again for a second visit. The office is immaculate and social distancing and safety is practiced. Thank you again Dr. Tran. See you in December!! 🙂

My family and I went to this new office for our yearly cleaning. We were impressed at how clean and organized everything was. Dr. Tran was very thorough and made us feel extremely comfortable being in the dentist’s chair. We have switched from our old dentist to Dr. Tran permanently. We highly recommend him and his office!

I have been searching for a new Dentist. I was able to get a same day appointment because I was having some pain. Dr. Tran extracted two Wisdom teeth. He is so calm and walks you through the entire procedure. It really help me to stay calm. The office staff are all super nice. Dr. Tran is my new Dentist.

This was my first time at Alder Trail Dental and I enjoyed every moment of it! Ana was my dental hygienist and she was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly, sweet, and did a wonderful job on my cleaning. I also loved watching Netflix while getting my teeth cleaned. The visit was so great and I can’t wait to come get my teeth cleaned again in 6 months!

Hello Yelpers! I just got home from my dental appointment with Dr. Tran and could not wait to write a review on the wonderful experience I had as it was my first time trying a new dental office near my house! Plenty of parking here especially on the side of the shopping center. It’s a brand new office using the latest technology of equipment. His staff, Tiara was super sweet and attentive. I came in for a regular cleaning and he finished within less than an hour. He even threw in an oral cancer diagnose on me which I have never had done as complimentary. He was very honest, gentle, and gave me many great tips on how to floss behind my permanent retainer which I struggle with. Lol What my fiancé & I love the most about this particular dental office is that their business hours is a lot longer than most that usually closes by 5pm. Their hours at the moment is MWF 10-7pm and Sat 8-2 I will definitely be a regular here! Thank you, Dr. Tran and Tiara!

The staff was very nice and helpful in explaining my dental insurance coverage and payment plan for my orthodontic. Everyone is friendly, and the office is always cleaned. Dr. Tran was honest and straightforward in assisting with my concern before, during, and after the orthodontic process and dental care. The dental hygienist, Ms. Ngoc, was also very detailed in cleaning my teeth. They patiently walked me through the process of having the perfect smile. Their service exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for dental care in Cypress.

Dr. Tran was awesome! He was extremely professional and cared a lot about my concerns. I came to him for a second opinion as my other dentist was going to charge me an excessive amount for dental work. Dr. Tran gave me his honest opinion and I felt like he really wanted to help and he did! He was able to fix me up in no time. He made me feel valued. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend him.

Very friendly and clean. Everyone made it very clear what was going to be done and made sure I was comfortable. I’m no longer nervous about going to the dentist and look forward to my next appointment. they really do a fantastic job, showing before and after imaging so you see the entire process and cleanings done.

I was very favorably impressed with the staff and with the dentist – Dr. Tran. I was happy I could receive help on such short notice. Dr. Tran was very friendly and personable. I was here with my little brother is afternoon and may I say, excellent service. Starting off with the appointment call, to the paper work done online, arrival COVID screening by Nicole, to Camila the hygienist, Dr. Tran’s exam and check out with Linda. We enjoyed our time in the office and all the questions we had were kindly answered and explained to the point of view of a 14 year old.

Dentist Dr Tran is great and very thorough with explaining things. Reason for 5 stars is today l went in for cleaning and received exceptional service. Dr Tran was patient and explained how I can task things more efficiently and not one negative thing. Yes he is always professional and remembers you from last visit. I would highly recommend Dr Tran as I believe quality of service was impeccable. Hats off to the staff as well from checking in and out always friendly.

I postponed and procrastinated my dental care for years just because I couldn’t find a place with trust. Alder Trails Dental gains my trust from the moment I walked in. Cleanliness, warm welcome and professionalism. I write this review right after I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled, 3 fillings and deep cleaning PAINLESSLY on a single visit. Thank you. So, just to get personal, I haven’t been to a dentist in my adult life until today. I got an appointment booked, they text me new patient forms to fill out, and I was ready to see what was next. The day of my appointment, I got a text saying to check in while I was outside (Covid precautions) and they let me know when to come in for my appointment. I had an X-ray done, my hair wouldn’t fit in the machine but the hygienist still attempted 3 times to get my scans done. She made sure I was comfortable and informed about every procedure, pricing, and after care for my oral hygiene. She cleaned my teeth and set me up for a cavity fill. It was a 2 hour appointment that couldn’t have gone any better for someone who hasn’t seen a dentist! I look forward to coming back for my next appointment and getting my oral hygiene on the right track!

I was overdue for a cleaning and dropped by during their open house and decided to make an appointment. Dr. Tran has great bedside manner and explained exactly what he was going to do and checked-in throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed out and he was happy to answer all my questions and gave me tips and recommendations to maintain good oral hygiene at home. He also worked on my mom and she had nothing but good things to say about her treatment. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back as regular patients.

My family and I came for our regular cleanings. We are so glad we switched dentists. Our previous dentist no longer accepted our insurance so we were referred to Alder Trails Dental by my parents. Dr. Tran is very professional and showed each one of us a lot of attention. He answered all of our questions and was very gentle with the cleaning. The staff is great as well. The office is very modern and clean. You can watch your favorite show on Netflix while you get your work done which is pretty awesome for someone who needs to take their mind off of the procedure! Dr. Tran sees pediatric patients as well so bring your kids! We are looking forward to our next visit already.

Dr. Tran and his staff were so friendly! They were able to get me in the same day to fix my tooth. I was really anxious because it’s been a few years since my last dental visit and my front tooth chipped! Dr. Tran was able to make it look really natural and as if nothing happened. Awesome cosmetic dentist! Highly recommend!

Dr. Tran is an excellent dentist! He does not make you feel rushed at all. Explains everything thoroughly and answers any questions you may have with pleasure. I felt very at ease and comfortable. Quick and efficient service. My cleaning was great! Linda is wonderful as well with explaining pricing break down for you. Each staff person I encountered was very pleasant. The office is very clean and relaxing. Thank you all!!

Dr. Tran and his staff did an amazing job with my not so pleasant 4 year old. Everyone was patient and took the time to reassure him and explain what everything was for! Overall very positive experience! Everything felt very clean and organized in the office and rooms and it looks like everything is state of the art! I can see why my work colleague recommended Alder Trails Dental!!

The best dental appointment experience I’ve had. I haven’t got a dental cleaning in 6 years and the staff did not make me feel bad for that. They were understanding and very informative. I am very grateful I booked an appointment here and will be returning.

I just went in for a cleaning and checkup, and I have to say Dr. Tran is the most thorough dentist I’ve ever been to. Unlike some other dental experiences I’ve had where it feels rushed and their only focus is turning over patients, Dr. Tran was friendly and takes the time to explain his process. He was never bothered by any questions I had, and his focus is solely on you when you’re in the chair. I truly appreciate his effort in my understanding of dental health and how to keep them in tip-top shape. His staff is really nice and attentive as well. I felt very comfortable from the moment I stepped through the door. Not to mention, there’s Netflix! If you want to keep your mind off what’s going on in your mouth, and would rather catch up on your favorite Netflix show while Dr. Tran does his magic, have at it… there’s a TV above you so you can watch what you like. I must’ve been really due for a cleaning because my teeth feel mighty fine now! I’ll be coming back here for sure. This place is new, clean, and convenient. Highly recommend!
