I loved the staff here. Stacy was very kind and polite from the get-go, same goes for the dental hygienist whose name I did not catch, but she was friendly without being overbearing. Dr. Alex was soft-spoken and had a calming demeanor, which I really appreciated. My husband and I got here on time and we did not have to wait for long before we were called in for our appointments. I would recommend Dr. Alex for your dental visit for sure

By far the best dentist I have been to. The cleaning was very thorough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Metodi runs a very well organized office. I am happy I have found my new dentist after moving. Him and his staff made sure all my questions were answered, that I got all the information I needed from them. The small details are what really sets this office from any other office I have been too. I was given a choice on the flavor of polish they will use for the cleaning.

I have HIGH anxiety when it comes to dentists. It seems that every time I go, I need more work done. Going to Dr. Alex was great. He was gentle and understanding. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Getting my teeth cleaned was painless too, Didi did a great job. I felt very comfortable in the office and everyone was super nice.

Dr. Milushev was respectful, kind, and very professional. He worked very carefully and gently. He took the time to explain the treatment and the reasons for it, and then patiently carried out each step along the way. He took extra time to save a troublesome tooth. He and his dental assistant, Tina, work with very effective teamwork.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Dr. Milushev places The patient’s comfort and care as his primary priorities like no other doctor. Not to mention, the procedures I received had quality and precision. That surmounted all of my previous dental care. I have had Dr. Metodi Alex Milushev as my dentist for 17 years and I keep being amazed by the excellent care he provides. His professionalism, patience with smile , knowledge in the most advanced methods and technology in dentistry, and affordable prices made him our family doctor. The staff in his office is absolutely fabulous as well. They are very friendly and professional as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Milushev’s dental practice any time.

Been going to Orchard Dental for about 25 years when Dr Smart was one of the principles. She was top notch and got my mouth into good shape after me doing the wrong things like not going to the dentist. When Dr Alex took over the practice we discovered we were in equally capable hands. He is a fantastic dentist and a perfectionist. The staff has, largely, been there throughout the years so there is consistent care in your appointment.

My wife and I are so blessed to have found Dr Milushev’s dental practice. After numerous negative experiences with other dentists—some dishonest, others simply incompetent—we couldn’t be happier to finally have found someone we can not only trust, but who has already proven to do quality work. For example, I just had two very difficult fillings put in by Dr Milushev, ones that a different (upscale) dentist in the highlands said were impossible and that I would need a crown. He did an amazing job, it was quick, and well done. He also saved me lots of money in not needing an expensive crown. My wife and I really liked the hygienist as well, she was very thorough and pleasant to converse with.

Very polite staff and great ambiance. The entire staff made me feel like I’m in a good hands. Both hygienist and dentist explained in details procedures and follow up care, also answered any concerns I had. They were very thoughtful and considerate when planing future visits to make the most out of my insurance benefits, a refreshing change from other dentist offices where they would pulled up everything they can treat you for. Highly recommend this dental practice!

We have gone here for many years. The staff and Dr Milushev are always professional and very friendly. We never have to wait more than a minute or two for any type of appointment. We trust their reccomendations for any services and are very helpful with billing and insurance.

From the moment I enter the office to the minute I walk out, my experience with Dr. Milushev is always a positive experience! Ive always felt comfortable asking questions with treatment and he always makes time to explain any certainty. Stacy is pleasure to work with when making appointments and always makes statements and billing very straight forward!

Just switched to this office this year and I am so happy I did. They really take care of you and inform you of your problem areas so you know how to take better care of yourself. I enjoy seeing them every time I go. I was a person with a fear of the dentist for bad luck reasons and this family has made it much easier for visits and allowing me to feel more at ease. I don’t want to go anywhere else!

To say I was impressed with the service and his very careful and diligent work would be an understatement. Dr. Milushev and his wife make an excellent team. I went to his office with discomfort from a fallen bridge as well as 2 missing fillings causing pain from packing food. He so artfully repaired everything and I’m so pleased and grateful. I have been going to Orchard Dental for many years, even as it changed hands with different dentists. Dr. Milushev does a great job. I had severe bruxism (teeth grinding) as a child and my front teeth were ground down and ugly. I began to realize how important my teeth and a nice smile are to my social life. So I had Dr. Milushev do 6 caps to correct my damaged teeth. They turned out great! My teeth look very natural and I had no idea how ugly my old teeth were.
