Dr. Alfred Ho is the best dentist and they only dentist I will be seeing going forward! Over the past 2 months of seeing him, I unfortunately have experience many dental issues. He has fixed all of them and is always there to help, make you feel comfortable, and answers any question you have. I’ve never been to a dentist who cares for his clients like he does. Highly recommend! He is great and so is the rest of the staff 🙂

I recently found Dr. Ho through ZocDoc and got a regular checkup and cleaning during my first appointment. Dr. Ho was a very kind, skilled, and obviously knowledgeable dentist who was patient with answering all of my questions. At the end of my first appointment, Dr. Ho let me know that I needed two fillings and spent lots of time explaining the procedure to me, which I very much appreciated. His entire office staff was polite and helpful and made booking my next appointment SUPER easy. My second appointment with Dr. Ho was just as wonderful as the first and my teeth felt so much better. I am very grateful to have found a dentist who I know will provide the best and most proper care. Dr. Ho is a wonderful dentist who I will absolutely be recommending to all of my friends and family.

I have been searching for a dentist for my mother for months! Many of the online reviews are helpful, however l still feel the actual dental visit is most reliable. Prior to Dr. Ho, my mother and I have been to three other dentists with lots of treatment options! We are not comfortable and confused with many of the suggestions. After the detail examination, Dr. Ho explained to my mother and I in simple terms where she should continue using the existing partial with his modification to the denture without being spent on expensive treatments. I believe that Dr. Ho is knowledgable, honest, patience and most of all willing to spend time for his patients. My mother have been eating with the denture pain free for two months now. She did return to the office for minor adjustments but this time she is comfortable to go by herself. I respect Dr. Ho’s honesty and professional skill and would recommend him for any dental needs including my own!

I came in to get my cleaning done. The staff sat me down super quick and my cleaning was done with dedication and care. Dr. Ho took his time cleaning everything and explained everything he was doing so there were no worries. Afterwards he even gave me some tips and points on how to keep my teeth in the best condition and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ho and Staff was super friendly and welcoming! When I stepped into the office I was greeted by the receptionist and after checking in with her, Dr. Ho immediately took me in to get my x-rays done for the consultation. I would like to point out that his staff is very courteous and will do anything to make their clients feel more comfortable. Dr. Ho assured me to what was going to be done and why it will be done – and throughout the procedure he kept in communication with me to make sure I was okay, and whether or not I felt pain. I didn’t feel much pain and he lived up to his promise “it won’t hurt”. I also want to thank him for immediately confirming my ZocDoc appointment request! He’s a great doctor, and felt his genuine compassionate care for his clients. Answers all my questions and goes above and beyond to address further issues if it arises! I have been looking for a dentist for quite a few months now, as I have needed to have my wisdom teeth taken out and couldn’t find a trustworthy dentist. Throughout those few months, I spent an immense amount of time looking through websites that would possibly have a dentist suitable for me. One thing I found about the dentists in each website was that most of them either had EXTREMELY good reviews or EXTREMELY bad reviews. At first that really scared me because I felt that it was a sign that none of those reviews could be taken seriously. But, one of the few dentists that really stood out to me was Dr. Ho because he had multiple great reviews, but quite a few negative ones thrown into the mix. I saw that even though he had largely positive feedback, the ones that were negative were really negative. This played into my decision of choosing this dentist because I thought that he deserved a chance because he had a large amount of positives in comparison to the negatives. I scheduled my first appointment for a cleaning, as I wanted to see the dentist without having any major work done…that could potentially cause damage if the dentist was bad. So my first appointment was just a teeth cleaning (where I also managed to squeeze quite a few questions about wisdom teeth removal) and in the short amount of time that I had experienced with Dr. Ho, I had felt the passion and devotion he had towards his job and his patients. He spent way longer cleaning my teeth than any other dentist I have ever been to, and always asked me if I was ok before moving on. He is very careful in his work and makes sure that everything is done perfectly. Nowadays I’m sure it is incredibly hard to find a dentist who is willing to spend extra time on a cleaning and has the patience to listen to a person who knows absolutely nothing about dentistry go on and on with questions about wisdom teeth. I have just booked my appointment for my wisdom teeth removal and I’m 100% confident in the work that Dr. Ho will put in! I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a kind, patient, and devoted dentist!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Ho and for as long as I can remember. I’ve never had a bad experience, whether it be staff or his dentistry. In my experiences, ranging from a simple check up and cleaning to extractions and root canals, his bedside manner is as professional as can be. His concern for my dental health was straightforward and he always let me know what needed to be done and what could be done to improve my dental health. I’ve recommended plenty of my friends to Dr. Ho and they’ve went and felt the same way! Always a great experience here.

I like this dentist because he is very nice. He does the cleaning by himself and I think it worth a lot to me. The cleaning went so well and I didn’t feel any discomfort. I will definitely see him again. I like his office, it is very clean and neat and make me feel so calm. I highly recommend him.

I freaked out after a half of one of my molar teeth fell out (the 40% that was composed of filling materials). I contacted Dr. Ho and begged for an emergency visit to fix it so that I could board the plane to Asia the day after. He did and it was the best filling job he ever did. There was no pain during the operation, and no issue through out my 2 week fun trip while in BKK/HKG. He even threw in a cleaning so I felt sparkling clean on my trip. I can’t thank you enough, doc!!!

Dr. Ho is an amazing dentist! I just had 2 of my wisdom teeth taken out at once. The top and bottom ones on one side of my face. Not even an hour to finish the whole procedure and there was no swelling or pain after the procedure. I even went out with my friends to go eat right after it. His bedside manner is impeccable and he kept me calm even though I was really nervous. Dr. Ho is very professional and comforting, I would definitely recommend him! His staff were very warm and welcoming and super helpful
