I had the best experience with Align Orthodontics! This is not my first time going through orthodontic treatment, so I was discourage at first that there could be a chance to enhance my smile again. Dr Ding and her staff have made such a positive impact on my life now that I have an awesome smile again!!! Can’t thank Align enough, I highly recommend!!

(COVID-19 UPDATE) This was my orthodontist before covid and today being the first day back to treatment during this pandemic. I felt very safe and comfortable due to all the safety precautions in place. There are walls between each dentist chair, your temperature is taken as soon as you walk in as well as they give you a dab of sanitizer. Also they come get you from your car for your appointment. The dentist broke her glove accidentally while working on my mouth and pulled right away and changed her gloves. Just wanna give my pleasant experience to others as I know I was hesitant to come to my appointment due to the pandemic but Align gets an A+ with safety. Stay safe everyone!!

I was referred to Dr. Ding to help solve a challenging case secondary to a failed implant. Dr. Ding was able to solve my complicated dental problem with a high degree of competence and no pain. Dr. Ding and her staff are very efficient, professional, and friendly. I would recommend Align Orthodontics without any reservations.

I love Align Orthodontics! I started treatment at their old Quincy Center location and now they are by Wollaston. Every time I go, they are very friendly and professional, answering all the questions I have. They met my puppy when I first began my treatment and they continue to ask how my puppy is almost every time I return, even 3 years later! It took a bit long to finish my braces treatment because of my insurance issue from my job. Not their fault. But we managed to complete it and I am so happy with how my teeth look!! Thank you Dr. Ding and rest of the staff and assistant!

These folks are fantastic! State of the art equipment, great staff willing to work with my schedule. My son’s braces look and fit great. After initial braces install I received a phone call from them checking on him. Overall I am very pleased, the wait area even has some nice technology for kids to tinker with. Nice new and clean office. Love it!!!

Dr. Ding is very patient and professional. I’ve had braces before, however the first place I went to didn’t do a good job and after two years, I found Dr. Ding. Yesterday I finally got done with my braces (the second time in my life) and I’m so satisfied with the outcome!! They did a nice job and I love my smile now! I am so grateful for her work and yes I would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for perfect and straight teeth to Align Orthodontist! They are the best!!!!

Speaking for my own experience, this is as good as it gets. I was not a regular patient of Dr. Ding, but I did go to her to have a lingual retainer wire repaired after my original orthodontist refused to attempt it. Being that it has been almost ten years since my orthodontic treatment was completed, I’m now at the point where keeping the teeth from migrating is the major concern. The staff here were friendly and polite, they took excellent care of me, and better still, the repair was done quickly and well. She used a technique I had not seen before involving floss to hold the wire against the lingual surface, which reduces the overall profile of the bonded retainer and minimizes slack in the wire. The first repair was done a year ago, and it’s still in perfect condition! She recommended that I wear an essix retainer to protect it, which I have been doing, but I’ve never had a bonded retainer last this long without any signs of wear, and I call that impressive.

Align Orthodontics is the only practice I would recommend! Their staff, from the front desk to Dr. Ding are outstanding. And Rose guides you through the entire process with such patience and professionalism. Two of my children and I have all been treated there and they have always gone above and beyond to make us happy!!

Align Othodontics has been amazing. My daughter has been with them for years and each time both Rose, the ENTIRE staff, and the front desk have been beyond accommodating, kind and nurturing with my kids. They fit us in last minute for any emergencies, they have been flexible during times of schedule shifting and professional, yet personal, at every turn. My daughters teeth have made exceptional progress and I know it’s because of the care, mindful pacing of work for my daughter to not have too much at once and attention that this process has been enjoyable. Hands down- consider nothing else. I drive at the hieght of traffic most days, with plenty of places around me who offer the same services, because it’s not the same. Well worth the drive.

From beginning to end (which lasted 3 months longer thanks to Covid), my experience was outstanding. Dr. Ding is a perfectionist, her office staff is so professional and the office has always been extremely clean, especially important now. They truly go above and beyond. During Covid, I needed to order extra invisalign trays and Rose met me to deliver them. I am thrilled with the end result and can’t recommend Dr. Ding and her office more highly.

I started my invsialign treatment last year. My treatment at Dr. Ding’s office has been great! Very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. Dr. Ding always informs you of different options regarding any treatment before, during and after visits. I’m the type of patient who asks a million questions and I can confidently say that Dr. takes the extra time to answer them to the fullest.  It makes all the difference when you know you can trust your doc!

I was referred by a relative to this office, and have been a customer for the past 2.5 years. I decided to get braces myself when both of my kids showed how much a great smile can change them. I didn’t have the braces when I was young, but now I could choose more advanced technology. Dr. Ding did a fantastic job in fixing my smile! She used a minimally invasive technique and had me go through less surgery than another orthodontist recommended. I can say with confidence that I am 100% pleased with the outcome. And I am even more pleased with the wonderful relationship I have developed with doctor and the staff. The staff are all such warm and wonderful people. They always went out of their way to make us feel welcome and like we were part of the family. If you are considering orthodontics and want a wonderful family atmosphere, I highly recommend this practice.

I went to this place because my dentist recommended me it. I wanted good teeth and I have crowding next to my two front teeth. But when I went in the assistants found that I had cross bites on my molars so it was a good thing I went. It’s normally a place for children but since I’m in that weird age gap I went there and it was close to home so why not. The check in process is fast and the lady usually does it for me. My first time there the staff was super friendly and greeted with a big smile, a smile I wish for. I have been going there since July 2015 and every time they don’t disappoint. I thought I would have the same assistant, Lisa but they decide to change it around. One time I forgot to make a next appointment and just left after my current appointment and one of them chased after me outside (thank god she did haha). Dr. Ding, the doctor who runs the whole place is super friendly to the kids and always treats them with respect and explains things so there’s no confusion (the other staff does this as well). Last week my brother went in for an emergency because one of his wires was poking him so we went in without an appointment and the wait was only about 20-30 minutes, nothing too draining. It’s a good place for your kids and even for an adult like me who is going there for my braces.

I love this dentist and staff! I have two middle school kids and am coming to Align for couple years. They are always on time, super friendly and professional. We always get the appointments that fit our schedule. The staff is wonderful and greets us with a big smile. The equipment is state of the art.

I have been coming year for over a year now and Dr. Yong Ding and her team have been nothing short of excellent from the start. They are very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They have been holding my hand throughout the end of my journey with braces. They are like a family to me. Even the receptionists are like family. They are always readily available if I need to re-schedule an appointment or to accommodate me if I am a little late. I am always greeted by warm smiles upon entering the building. I drive an hour each way to be seen here and it is worth every mile. I feel like my smile improves every day. Quincy college was the best experience for me. I strongly recommend this collage for anyone who is thinking about a really good academic career in specific studies.. I had a great experience as an older student. I returned to College in my 50’s and studied Criminal Justice. My Professor was Matthew Delaney. I had a great experience with him. He was very knowledgeable in the field of Criminal Justice. He has a lot of hands on experience and I would highly recommend him.
