I have been going to Dr. Orlov for years but my recent experience was so positive that I just had to write this review. I got a small cavity and made a short last minute appointment to check. Front desk person, Alla, was very accommodating and made an appointment immediately. Lucky for me Dr. Orlov accomplished a lot in this short amount of time. Not only did he fixed my cavity, but he also looked into other potential dental problems and saved me a lot of time in the future. All of his work was very professional and high quality as always. His assistant, Svetlana, was very helpful and contributed to the high level of service.

I have been receiving my regular dental care from All Dental Center for some time now. I love dealing with everyone that works there and they have done a really good job with any dental work I have needed. Parking can be tough but you’ll be happy you’re working with honest people. I live about 25 mins away and I end up doing the drive just because I know they are going to take care of me where I don’t have to second guess the Drs (Dr. Orlov is my doctor). I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to go here

I’ve had experience with many dentists in my life. I think Dr.Sergey Orlov is a great dentist. Very professional, exceptionally qualified. I’ve had several implants done by Dr.Orlov.I’m totally satisfied with amazing result. I also thankful to his assistant Svetllana (Lana) who made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr.Orlov to all my friends. The hygienist Zina Gassel is so gentle, friendly. Dr. Orlov is a very skilled dentist with a great deal of experience, and does excellent work. This is true of many dentists, but what I find puts Dr. Orlov at the top of the field, is his sensitivity to the typical anxiety and fear patients experience. His kindness and compassion shine through in his eagerness to make each visit as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. Appointments are convenient for late in the day or Saturdays, which is how I found All Dental when I had an emergency on a long weekend and not only did they answer the telephone, but said I should come right over for a consultation, and I have been a patient ever since. The staff is friendly and helpful with things like figuring out insurance.

Dr. Sarge Orlov was just fantastic. I was in need of extensive gum surgery and needed several implants to save me from getting dentures. The cost for this surgery was always prohibited so I never did it. Dr. Orlov, help me navigate my insurance and made it possible for me to have all this work done. He not only saved the structure of my mouth and eliminated the constant infections, but did so painlessly. He gets an A in my book.

My husband has been going to this place for almost 8 years since we moved to the area. I went to a more local denist in NH. However, when a few month ago I felt acute pain under my crown on Friday evening, my local dentist was not around and I called teh All Dental Center at my husband’s recommendation. Dr. Orlov truly came to my rescue! He saw me on Saturday morning and treated the issue. I was impressed with his professionalism, his attentive care and his thoughtfulness. The office is professional and at the same time does great with my kids (ages 5 and 12) which is a difficult task in itself. I actually came across All Dental Center when I read Kate’s review (Thanks, Kate!). Needless to say, although there was only one review, I decided to give the office a call. To my surprise, the dental clinic closes much later than the average clinic nowadays, which fits my work schedule (hooray!). The entire team were so kind and helpful. At one point, one of the employee forgot to close the door and unfortunately, had a front row view of the patient getting anesthesia. Thankfully, the guy working at the front desk (I’m sorry if you are reading this, but I forgot to ask for your name XO) probably saw my facial reaction and proceeded to close the door. As Kate mentioned in her review, I was allowed to watch the Red Sox game on a flat screen and that really calmed my anxieties! So right to the point: when it came down to my extractions, not only was the dentist quick, but he did it so painlessly that the assistant had to tell me that he already extracted my teeth! Honest to God, that dentist has THE magic touch because the only sting that I felt from the entire procedure came from the anesthesia. OMG, I cannot believe I was even terrified to get my teeth extracted in the first place!!! I think I gain 5lbs from all those unwanted stress! J/K! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tooth extracted or a second/third opinion. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention how awesome the staff are? Well, they are. If you don’t believe me, just visit the clinic yourself. And the price is fair. Also, they explained everything to me and did not leave anything vague like I am doing right now XD. Seriously, give them a try if you live in the area or can drive there.

Dr. Orlov is a trustworthy and highly competent dentist. I’ve seen him for many years – for cleanings, x-rays, and invisalign treatment – and he and his team always do an excellent job. He can be a bit brusque at times but his expertise and the results he can achieve are unparalleled. In one instance, after a serious accident, he saw us right away even though he was technically booked up that day. Then, he was able to preserve a tooth that another dentist was planning to pull with emergency surgery, saving an enormous amount of time, energy, and money for our family. He also went the extra mile giving us his personal cell phone number in case pain became unbearable during the waiting process between the appointments. Side note: Alyssa is also a fabulous hygienist – so kind, has a positive energy and does great work.

My teeth have been cared for by All Dental for a few years. Without an appoitment they made the time, took me in and addressed my infected tooth immediately. Each of procedures for root canals, crowns, and bridges were handled carefully and professionally by Dr. Orlov. I have been coming to All Dental Center for years for cleaning and other procedures and have had very good experience and as much fun as you can have in a dental office Had my wisdom teeth pulled saturday and glad to say that Dr. Orlov did an excellent job considering that one of my teeth was deep inside and tearing my gum apart. 3 days later no pain and almost fully recovered. Definetly recommend this office. One suggestion I’ll give to people who write nasty reviews, the more you wait to fix your teeth the more painful the proceedure is going to be.

I have been to a few Dentists in my time but Dr. Orlov is by far the best. So good infact that when I went to the orthodontist he could not tell which of my teeth had crowns. 5 STARS!!! RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!! I visited Dr. Orlov’s office first time having an emergency when both my front teeth were knocked out during a hockey game. Dr Orlov did great job first taking care of root canals, and then putting temporary crowns on. Overall experience was overwhelming and when Dr finished the job and put permanent crowns on they looked really good, even better then my old natural teeth. 7 years later, I broke one of my crowns and Dr. Orlov fixed it by installing brand new crown with no charge. The doctor and the dental techs that he uses did very good job matching the color really well. Since then my family and I go to Dr Orlov regularly for checkups, x rays and minor work and we are always happy with the way Dr Orlov and his office treats us. 5 STARS!!! RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!

Best Dental Experience ever at reasonable price !!!!! I came to see Dr. Orlov by a referal from a coworker. I needed lots of work done but, most importantly, I needed several implants that I was really afraid to do. Dr. Orlov was pleasant enough to explain the procedure, answered all my questions, showed implants on dental models and provided a video demo for me. His secretary provided the treatment plan with pricing that, as I checked later, were customery for the area. He advised that oral conscious sedation would be a good option for me and I never regreted. Finally, he treatment planned my implants via a special software prior to actual implant appointment which, along with sedation, made the appointment a breeze. I would highly recommend Dr. Serge Orlov to anyone seeking a competent surgical and cosmetic dentist!

I am a long time patient at All Dental Center, and I would like to share my impression of Dr. Serge Orlov’s work who is my dentist for all these years. He did for me all kind of work, including bridge, crowns, fillings, etc. Dr. Orlov always stays on top of the latest development in dentistry, and he implements the latest methodologies in his practice. For example, he did an operation on my gum to fight gum recession and he used the state-of-the-art materials. After short period of healing all discomforts and pain are gone, and I am very happy with it. Dr. Orlov also did 4 wisdom teeth extraction for my son in one appointment, and two weeks later he was fine and playing sports. I am very happy with the services and I always recommend All Dental Center and Dr. Orlov to all my friends.

I did not like how busy this place was, but once I was in the chair the service was great. I believe my doctor was Dr. Orlov who took extra time to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. I have to admit I have nightmares about dentists due to my previous childhood experiences. Not only was the doctor caring but he also used some impressive techno gizmos that displayed my badly neglected teeth on the big screen tv. He made sure I was aware of all the treatment options and did not push the most expensive ones. For that I gave this place 5 stars
