Milagros has been my dentist my entire life and I would never even think of going to another dentist! She really cares for my teeth and only wants the best for them. She loves to talk and sometimes her humor goes over my head but I know she means well. She has guided me over the years in the proper care of my teeth and I’ve learned the hard way that if I don’t listen to her then it’s just more trouble for my teeth’s health. She really knows what she is talking about! I would recommend her to anyone who really cares about their teeth.

Dr. Mila is by far the best dentist I’ve been to. She makes you feel welcome and is always very warm and attentive! I got my wisdom tooth pulled here along with some fillings for cavities and the entire procedure was entirely pain-free, not to mention she uses the white composite fillings instead the metal ones so I don’t feel so self-conscious about them lol. I was nervous that I would get a ton of swelling from the extraction, but Dr. Mila gave me very thorough after-care instructions and a prescription for the pain after the initial numbing wore off, plus another for antibiotics. The whole process was very simple, I’d definitely come back again- thank you!!

This dentistry is so nice. Dr. Milagros has been my dentist for several years now. She is always very kind to me and makes me feel at ease, making jokes and asking how I’ve been since last time. I normally dread going to get my cavities filled but I don’t mind it half as much when I go to Dr. Mila; she makes sure I am comfortable and don’t feel a thing! Appointment process is always pretty simple, and wait times are definitely manageable compared to other places. Highly recommend!

I was so afraid of dentists & in the past have had very bad experiences but when I called All Smiles and spoke with Francesca she was so warm and friendly I felt instantly comfortable telling her about the pain & my experience. She was so concerned for my oral health and so reassuring I made an appt. Once I got there, I was so nervous but the staff was so very helpful and supportive I knew I picked a winner. OMGosh Dr. Macaraig was so cool and understanding. She didn’t make me feel bad, she was glad I came in, she immediately got down to business about my oral health. I spent my whole life in fear and this is the first time I have ever felt this comfortable and secure with a Dentist office and the staff. Very family friendly, family oriented office. Toothaches are never fun. A week ago, I came in as an emergency patient of Dr Milagros- she took X-ray started to numb area she was going to work on and just jumped right in. She’s a no no sense dentist- very direct and honest. I had two teeth that I was told needed to be extracted- well I was told it would be for extraction… only to find out that they can still be saved! Got my porcelain fillings today- glad I drove out to see her. Will definitely refer friends and family to her office! I truly felt she genuinely cared for me.

Very positive experience! I have been afraid of dentist my whole life but when I called about a terrible toothache and explained my fears Francesca was understanding and friendly. I felt completely comfortable and at ease by her energy. She was very concerned about my oral health and made an appointment immediately. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Macaraig was very nice and answered all my questions. She got right down to business. What I really liked is how they made sure I was okay from the moment I walked in, through my first round of work until after. It was 99% pain free and I had a few extractions, a root canal, fillings and the beginnings of a good cleaning. Dr. Macaraig is GOOD!!!!! I am so happy!
