AllSmiles is a caring and professional dental office dedicated to their patients. Stephanie is awesome as well as Dr. Vela, Sam, Lourdes, and all the staff I haven’t personally met. I read once that the dark side of intelligence is anxiety because the person tends to overthink in the least-likely scenario. A patient who needs to be treated with more patience can be grateful and delighted at the commitment and enthusiasm of AllSmiles staff to ensure anxiety stays at the door, helping the patient to develop new (and positive) behaviors. From the level of comfort they provide, to the positive psychology methodologies they use, there is no doubt AllSmiles is in the business of people, combining science with personalized treatment and a friendly attitude that helps a patient feels relaxed. I hope in the future, AllSmiles opens more locations in the state of Texas and is recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA) as the exceptional business they are

All Smiles Dental Center is a top notch facility and the care is the absolute best. The service from the moment we walked in until we were personally walked out by our hygienist Stephanie was by far the best customer service we’ve ever received at a dental office. Dr.Vela is extremely thorough and makes his patients feel comfortable by explaining his process and putting patients and parents at ease. Our daughter has never been so calm and happy to be at the dentist. I’d definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a clean, professional, family atmosphere to go to All Smiles Dental Center! They do not disappoint.

I spent three hours at Alpine Dental after being advised they could repair a chipped tooth (that needed a crown) only to find out they could not schedule me until next month. I was frustrated because not even a temp crown could be put on. Very unhappy so I called 6 or 7 dentists and no help and I happened upon this office. It was everything I hoped for and more. I was asked to come in within an hour, they did not focus on everything else but what I needed fix ( like Alpine Dental) and they immediately took care of the issue. The Dentist was very good, he took time to fix and build up the tooth. The temporary crown looked perfect. I have read the other reviews and if I read them before, I would have been inclined to avoid going there but I can assure you I was more than pleased with the work. It was the right color, it fit perfectly and they took time to make sure it was right. I was told to call them back right away if I felt any pain or discomfort. It is hard for me to believe if you vocalized any concern to this team that they would not immediately remedy the situation. Maybe they have changed their practice since the last negative reviews were placed and often we learn from our mistakes. I did not know anything about this office, I came in highly frustrated and they fixed everything and more leaving me a very satisfied and happy customer. I go back in 2 weeks and if anything changes, I will be the first to update this post. Otherwise, I have to say the crown work is top notch and I am happy with the work so far. They are very attentive and caring – and they seem to care about their patients

This was my very first visit. Highly recommended by a coheart I scheduled an appointment. I must say from day one everyone was professional, attentive, friendly throughout the visit. An old fashioned southern hospitality welcome. Was given a bit of history and a tour before placing me in a room for the initial visit. This indeed ease my anxiety of a regular dentist office. I know for sure I mattered as a patient not just a dollar. Yaresi scheduled my appointment Gigi checked me in Crystal gave me a tour and very gently took xrays. Dr Vela very warm friendly and professional introduced himself before the exam. There was no rush he sat and discussed the plan individualized for me. Eased my mind of past diagnosis. And on top of that didn’t have to come back for an additional appointment for my cleaning Sylvia took care of this. Being very gentle. I know this was very lengthy but it’s very rare for this profession. Did I mention a gift and a personal signed welcome letter from all of the Doctors.

This place is amazing. I was recommended to go here at the advice of the 1-800 dental hotline when I called and complained about a filling that had fallen out. And they picked a pretty good place. I was amazed at how clean and organized All Smiles has their facility. The staff here are attentive and very welcoming. There’s little bottles of water and coffee at the front if you need it (I took one cause why not?) They listened to my needs and offered me a list of good solutions. I highly recommend this place. I’m just glad they took my insurance. Give them a try

Excellent customer service and dental staff! I have been going to All Smiles for many years, and the team they have is exceptional! Dr. De la Rosa has also been my dentist since I was a teenager, and I feel like one of the family at this point. His son-in-law, Dr. Vela, has also performed many procedures on me, from root canals to crowns, and they both are quality professionals. Their dental support staff, both in the office and in the dental rooms, give you 5 star care at every turn. Stephanie, Sam, and all the other dental technicians and hygienists go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. My entire family goes to All Smiles, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! I highly recommend All Smiles to anyone seeking dental services in San Antonio and the surrounding area!

I have been to 2 other dentist in San Antonio but this place made my experience welcoming. I’m one that doesn’t like to go to the dentist and will wait last minute or until I can’t bare the pain any longer to go to the dentist. I was feeling some discomfort and decided to try this place because of the great reviews and a friend referred me. The entire staff was wonderful, very courteous and help answer so many of the questions I had. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist with great staff to come here!

My family and I have been coming to All Smiles Dental Center for several years now and not once have I ever been unsatisfied with the care or customer service. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and helpful. The office is very clean and kid friendly which is a big plus in my book, my daughter never loved coming to the dentist until we started coming here. You’re greeted with a smile and treated with the upmost respect from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Dr. Vela and his staff do a wonderful job with not only myself but with my children.

My husband and I have been going to All Smiles for over three years now and I’m always greeted with a warm welcome. They have great hours and are open late some weeknights and on Saturday, which is great for our busy schedules. I love that they give you a courtesy call and email to remind you of your appointments. This family owned business really makes you feel welcomed. Dr. Vela and his team are wonderful and always keeps us informed (from procedures to insurance and billing). Mrs. Vela is a fantastic Dental Hygienist! She is very gentle and friendly. If your looking for a great dentist you need to check them out. They’ll take care of you and your family.

I’ve always came here for my normal dental care and the service has been excellent. My daughter has been coming here as well and now she is making the transition to braces. Dr Vela and Dr De la Rosa are truly incredible individuals that have always been very caring for myself and my 10yr old daughter. They’re very transparent in the advice and take the time to really help me understand what to expect and our next steps for my daughters braces. I can also say their schedule flexibility makes it very easy for me to get her appointments scheduled. This is a great place with excellent service! -Charles

I’ve been going to the All Smiles Dental Center for a couple of years and have never had a problem with them in any way, shape, or form. Scheduling has never been a issue. I was able to book an appointment for the next day after learning they’ve been reopened for about a week or two (due to COVID) and fully expected to have to wait another month for an appointment. They’ve always been gentle and friendly for every single check up and cleaning I’ve attended. I HIGHLY recommend this clean and professional Dental Center. They always go above and beyond to make sure they can protect my health during these uncertain times with temperature readings before hand and limited access to the building.
