Always caring and yet still very Professional. I’ve been coming to this office for the past four years and I’ve always had a great experience with the Staff that goes above and beyond in all the services that they provide – and I can’t say enough! From the front desk to the doctors and technicians they are all top notch professionals. The staff is awesome and their with a smile and a kind word, the staff are very kindness and professionalism with a sense of humor all at the same time and such an amazing staffs. Thanks Team I really appreciate all your efforts.

I was looking for a new dentist in the Atlanta area that came highly recommended from someone I personally know. One of my coworkers recommended Dr. Cheng, and it has been a great experience so far. I have been very pleased with their quality of customer service and efficiency. They get you in right at the time of your appointment and are very professional!

The staff are phenomenal! Dr. cheng took the time to explain the procedure, have a general conservation and the assistant took over to explain the post/op instruction. It never seemed rushed. she is a throwback to when medical professionals took time with their pstients. she’s very gental and sweet. the is modern and clean. Great atmosphere!! highly recommend!!!!

The staff here is very warm and welcoming. Don’t particularly like going to the dentist, always try to avoid going, but they made it very easy for me. My husband is also a patient and never had a bad thing to say. The wait is never long and the staff is very accommodating. Weather it be the temperature of the room or questions about my teeth and the procedures being done, the staff was absolutely perfect. Cant say i’m looking forward to every visit but at least i’m not dreading it because I know I am in capable hands.

My wisdom teeth were bothering me for couple weeks. I ask my colleague where she had her wisdom took out. I was able to schedule the initial evaluation on a day and time that was convenient for me. I were able to schedule it at a convenient day and time. My recovery from the surgery is not bad, but so far I have been pleased with the service I have received. Thank you for an excellent care!

Front desks were awesome! Very sweet. My dad is a patient there their treat him very respect and professional. We loved Dr. Cheng! She was so nice and understanding with my dad. She made us very comfortable with her recommendations for a treatment plan. We both enjoyed the visit! Wish we had known of this practice a long time ago!

I’m a new patient and recently moved to the area. Setting up the appointment was a simple and easy. To get a new patient appointment was within a reasonable time period. They acknowledged acceptance of my insurance over the phone. I arrived at the office and completed paperwork our dental hygienists took me straight to the room and the assistants conducted a thorough x-rays. The hygienist start pocket depth and cleaning. I was happy that I didn’t have to come back or reschedule for the cleaning. Dr. Cheng conducted her exam and explained dental needs in great detail. The front desks are very helpful. They helped to verify the insurance and explained the insurance breakdown coverage. The cost estimate for cosmetic dental work are reasonable. I’m very pleased and satisfied with the experience with the staff and dr. Cheng. I’m glad to made the choice to dr.  Yi-Tsu Cheng and associates for my dental needs. Highly recommended them to everyone!

hola ,soy una persona que le tengo panico a las agujas,anteriormente intente ir al dentista pero nunca podian trabajar conmigo porque no me podia relajar,cuando fui donde la doctora Yi Tsu Cheng me receto medicamento para relajarme y fue tan facil todo,me senti tan comoda las asistentes y todo el personal son tan amables, gracias especialmente a Isabel que me ayudo en todo mi proceso,en traduccion como atencion..A todos los hispanos se los recomiendo la doctora Cheng tiene una mano muy suave al aplicar la anestesia .

I went on my insurance website and it had Dr. Cheng on there at couple years ago.so I thought I’d check her office out. Happy to say my insurance pays well to their office and they have excellent customer service! The front desk is very helpful, informative, and efficient. They call ahead of time to remind you for appointments and give courtesy check-up calls the day after. I think this is really professional they way they make sure you are okay after each visit. This is an excellent dental office! The staff are so helpful in scheduling appointments and rescheduling when needed! The hygienist and doctors are always sweet and professional. Dr. Cheng is one of the best dentists that I have visited. She has been working for 20+ years and it shows! She is so attentive and caring and knows what’s she’s doing. I love going to the dentist now because of Dr. Cheng. I chipped my tooth during lunch and needed an emergency appointment so i called in and they were able to fit me in as soon as I called! I love their customer service and Dr. Chengs not work at that’s day than i gave her a try She was able to fix my tooth within a few hours! Thank you so much!!! Definitely the nicest group of people! They are so kind and welcoming as soon as you walk in. I love coming here for my dental work!

Dr. Cheng’s team has taken care of my family dental needs for many years. We really appreciate their efforts, accomplishments and follow-up during or after every visit. They are a group of professional, skilled dental experts. Their office building is very modern and organized. We have always recommended this office to everyone who need a good dental care.

I’m a returning patient. My family moved back to GA and my first thought was dr. Cheng’s office. The front desk and the assistant are familiar like before. Very friendly and helpful! The office is very modern and up to date technology. The wait was short. I got my X-ray done and got my teeth clean. Dr. Cheng is really sweet and gentle. The assistant and dr. Cheng review my X-ray and it was mind blowing because Got to see all my 32 teeth in the digital X-ray. The sad part that soon I need to pull out all my four wisdom teeth. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the dental service. After left Dr.Cheng I got goodie bag and my favorite at all time is getting a toy!
