We’ve been going to Alpha Dental for the past year and we’ve only had good experiences over there. Dr. Pasha and team are extremely professional and friendly and it doesn’t really feel like you’ve come to a dentist’s office when you visit them. The staff is really good about reminding you about upcoming appointments which is really important to us! Dr. Pasha is has provided me with really good recommendations on how to care for my teeth in between visits and it seems like it’s really making a difference!

I was very pleased with the experience here today. I haven’t been to a dentist in quite some time, and was nervous. The two gentlemen who cleaned and x-rayed my teeth today were amazing. They took time to explain what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable. I will be returning to this dental office for future cleanings and fixes!

Dr. Pasha has been my dentist for over ten years now…..how time passes by. It’s amazing for me to think that I have not had even had a cavity for such a long time. Before coming to Alpha Dental I had experienced a patch of dental decline. However, now, between the expert care and guidance of Dr. Pasha and her attentive staff, I have gone 10 years with not even a simple cavity. The office is run incredibly efficiently, and you will feel as if you have entered a high end spa. From the first moment you enter, and the front desk greets you, as if you are an old friend, and the care and attention that you are given is unparalleled. I have never reviewed a health care provider before….but I cannot wait any longer. Alpha Dental will forever change your perception of going to the dentist.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Receptionist was so nice and helpful to my kids and I loved Dr. Pasha. She was so kind and efficient and was so knowledgeable. She gives you glasses to wear which was a first for me and I thought that was very necessary. I would highly recommend this dentist!

I am halfway through an implant and I want to say that it has been a great experience for me, everybody is very nice.Dr. Parsha is very professional, she made me feel very comfortable on the chair and very confident about her ability to perform this implant. I’m so glad I settled on Dr. Pasha! There’s a reason why everyone has given them 5 stars on here and everybody recommended her. Not only was it super quick, and easy, to get an appointment, but after they found out about my dental plan, and how it could be a little more expensive for me, they called me back to make sure I was ok with it. During the appointment, I was greeted right away, brought in super quick (wait, I didn’t sit around for 30 minutes? CRAZY), and the appointment was great. My hygienist explained everything along the way, what was covered for insurance, my x rays, how my bone, gum and overall teeth were like, and the health of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend!! This is the dentist you want.

Best clinic I’ve ever seen here in the USA in Massachusetts. I had an implant with them and I didn’t even feel any pain, apart from the prices that are absurd for cheap. I started going to Alpha Dental when I moved to Somerville out of sheer convenience, since it’s located a few blocks from my home. Upon my first visit, I found the entire staff to be friendly and professional, and the office to be bright and clean. But what brought it home as my favorite dentist office EVER was when I went through the traumatic experience of having my two front teeth broken in a freak accident involving a frisbee and a glass beer bottle. I’m one of those people who has the recurring nightmare about their teeth falling out and this was that nightmare come to life. My teeth didn’t just break, they crumbled in my mouth. HORRIFYING. I called Alpha Dental the next morning and they got me in within a few hours. Before beginning any work, they called my insurance and gave me an estimate on what my financial responsibility would be (only $125). The dentist then got to work putting fillings on the two broken teeth, periodically handing me a mirror so I could look and give feedback until we got them just right. I felt sort of uncomfortable taking so much time and felt like I was being picky, but when I apologized, the dentist just said “these are your front teeth, we want to get them perfect”. I didn’t feel rushed at all and when I left and felt a bit of a sharp corner, they got me right back in and fixed it, no extra cost. I can’t overemphasize how traumatic this event was for me but the entire staff at Alpha Dental made me feel so much better and did an absolutely amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough.

My experience at Alpha Dental has always been 5 stars. Dr Pasha and her team are very professional, competent and extremely friendly. I have a lot of anxiety around dental visits but when I’m at Alpha dental, Dr Pasha makes me feel instantly calmer with her gentle approach, constantly checking at every step, if I’m doing okay. She is great with follow up care, I feel confident that she will accommodate me at a short notice. I would highly recommend Dr Pasha and Alpha Dental, as I’ve been through a lot of dentists, most of them I feel are commercial, but at Alpha dental I felt my dental health was genuinely addressed and prioritized.

I moved to Cambridge a while ago, and my tooth began hurting. I had to find a dentist and got a referral to Dr. Pasha and she was outright incredible. Her office was super accommodating when I explained I needed a cleaning but also that my tooth was hurting. They squeezed me in for a quick exam of the tooth as soon as they could. Dr. Pasha was amazing. She was really nice, and really conscious of any discomfort I might be feeling. She was also great about explaining what she was doing, why and what I could expect. For my next visit, for my cleaning, the hygienist was great as well. She was attentive and spent a lot of time with me (unlike other dentists who might stop by for a moment and seem rushed). The other staff in the office is also wonderful. My wife has been going ever since I told her about my experience, and both we have nothing but great things to say about our experience with her practice.Her patience, customer service and professionalism is truly unmatched. I highly recommend her for all your dental needs.

The dentist and support staff (not sure exact tiles) were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient. I would definitely recommend Alpha Dental (the Ball Square location in Somerville with head dentist Dr. Pasha is where I went). I came here just for a regular cleaning, for which I was a bit overdue. I had to schedule the appointment about 2 or 3 weeks out–it was the earliest time they had an opening that I was free. When I went in to make they appointment I asked if they needed me to bring anything to the appointment, like medical records, and they said no but we can give you the new-patient paperwork now if you want to fill out at home and bring it in when you have your appointment. So I did this. The only bad thing I can think of is that when I showed up for my appointment I had to wait over half an hour to be seen. I literally showed up at the exact minute my appointment was scheduled for, so maybe they thought I was going to be late and saw someone else instead. I figured that since I was bringing the paperwork filled out we could get started right away, but maybe they had to enter it all into the computer first or something. Not sure, just guessing. Normally such a long wait would frustrate me but the dentist and all the workers were so awesome that I don’t even care. The woman at the front desk was nice and helpful, the hygienist/x-ray tech was nice, and Dr. Pasha was professional and helpful. They told me what they were going to do and made sure they weren’t doing anything that hurt or was uncomfortable. I had a few minor problems and the dentist explained what my options were and what she recommended and even told me how much they’d cost. At the end of the cleaning I asked several questions about my dental health and she answered them all thoroughly and clearly and patiently. She even asked if I had any more questions after I was done and said that’s what I’m here for, don’t be afraid to ask. I really appreciate a dentist, doctor, or any health professional treating their patients and intelligent people. I’ve had a lot of doctors who seem to be dumbing down their answers for the layperson and trying to explain as little as possible, and Dr. Pasha was definitely not like that, which is great.

I had pain in one of my teeth and Dr. Pasha was able to see me immediately. She localized it to an infection under one of my fillings, prescribed an antibiotic and I was a happy clam a few days later with the pain gone. In addition she diagnosed a few fillings that I needed and I was able to get them filled within 2 additional appointments. The procedures were fast and painless and the work is great. She was able to personally address and was very sensitive to all my concerns. I recommend her whole heartedly.

Dr. Perez is great. He explains everything that he’s doing and why. His dental assistant let me hold the suction thingy when I asked to distract me from the procedure which I find comforting. Overall the biggest reason to go here-> After another local dentist left me in the lurch when I needed an emergency extraction, Dr. Perez, his dental assistant and the receptionist stayed after hours fitting me in the schedule the same day I called and surely took time away from their lives and families just to help me get the tooth extracted and get me out of pain. I’ll never go anywhere else. Also their implant prices are so much more affordable than any of the other dental offices I got quotes from. The office is updated and very clean. I really recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
